Customer service is dead with this particular Kal Tire. I will abbreviate this text but suffice it to say I am very disappointed. Was told by a neighbour to go to OK Tire and they would help me but on a spur of the moment decision I pulled into Kal Tire. All I needed was one lug nut loosened on my spare because I didn’t have a deep enough socket to reach the nut. The attendant told me it’s too much work and to book an appointment! I immediately went down the road to OK Tire and the friendly attendant said” no problem “ and within 10 seconds had the nut off. I have used Kal Tire numerous times in the past (buying tires, changing tires, etc.but they won’t see me again!

Booked an appointment for new tire instalation, reminder the day before.all on time and completed in less time than expected- first class!

Our tire got low pressure today and we came here for help. The person who work here is so nice that he pumped all the tires for us for free!

The absolute worst kal tire i’ve ever been to, purchased $1000 winter tires and booked my appointment first thing in the morning to have my car be done quickly, happened to be a huge snow storm the night before my appointment and i called saying i’d be 10 minutes late since i still had summer tires, when arriving at 8: 40 for my 8: 30 apt which i was told NOT to rush to because they were running late, they told me they couldn’t get to my car till maybe the end of the day, they close at 5: 00 and my car is not done, absolutely ridiculous customer service, overbooks themselves, expect to wait for a long time

By far the best shop I’ve been to in Kelowna, honest, friendly and very considerate. Highly recommended!

The staff here have definitely proven to me that this is one of the best car places in town! Th online booking process was super easy which I was thankful for. The staff were not only nice but also knowledgable and clear about swapping my tires and how the storage process works. When I informed them I would be unable to pick my car up the same day they ensured me they would do their best to keep my car inside overnight and even called to confirm this with me. I will be coming back!

Very helpful and got us in quick regarding a tire valve issue on Tuesday! The manager was awesome and saved our vacation!

Bad service, told me they didn’t have time to do what i did the appointment for and rescheduled on the spot but appointment wasn’t made from the guy

Huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond today. I showed up without an appointment and with an issue not tire related. They weren't sure if they could help fix the problem or even fit me in. My vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up before noon. Thanks again!

They use to be good. But for some reason they have gone to sh/+. They have tried to screw me when I bought new tires. I got an alignment from them 3 weeks ago and was told everything was good. Now when I got my new tires I got a quote for $3560 worth of work. When I mentioned to the sales guy I was told it's all good 3 weeks ago he said "well it was one of our tire techs that did the check. They're usually pretty good. I'll book you in to have a certified mechanic take a look. "
And they left my tires filthy dirty.
And they put the weights on the outside of my rims. Every rookie knows not to do that

Terrible customer service. Went to the shop for tire repair this morning and they told me that you have to wait to 1 to 6 hours. Later on, I was told that my tire isn’t repairable. Took my car to OK TIRE on springfield road, they repaired it under 20 mins for a very reasonable price! Highly dissatisfied by the quality of service being provided at this store

Dylan and his team did a fantastic job fixing a slow leek on my Tesla. They pulled out a small screw that looked like it had been in my tire for quite a long time but not long or deep enough to flatten the tire quickly. I was expecting a $100+ repair bill but Dylan presented me with the final invoice No Charge. Apparently I got the free service because I've bought tires from them in the past. Well now they are my #1 go to place for all things car related. Well done guys and I am so grateful for the quick and free service. You have my business for life!

Always good service. Update, went back to get snows put on with an appointment and they forgot our tires in Vernon. Earliest they could get them was 4 days later. We had to cancel all our reservations for a road trip we had planned. Not impressed.

Great tire store, competitive and great service. Kal Tire stores are always the same and this location is as good as any in their chain.

I am not going to get into the details of why I am writing this “1 star” review. However, I will say that this location of Kal Tire had extremely poor customer service. It was so poor that we asked them to remove the new tires they had put onto our vehicle, and put our old tires back on so we could take our vehicle to be serviced elsewhere. We realized it would be a mistake to support this business. We called Tim from T3 Performance and got the same tires, at a better price and he managed to squeeze us in the next day.

Bought tires from them last week. They forgot to put the plastic lugnut covers on the wheels but rather on my clean seats inside my truck. They also forgot to put the valve stem caps on. Tried calling but like usual, their phone lines are not working.not a great experience. Hate to say it but I had a better experience last year at Costco. Will go elsewhere next time.

I got two flat tires in less than a month! They fixed the first one for super cheap, then were my heroes again the second time when they fixed it for free. Both times I drove over something sharp, both times they fixed the flat same day without an appointment. Wasn't even the same tire, these folks just know how to do customer service. I can't recommend them enough and I know where I'll be buying my next set of tires! Thank you

This Kal-Tire location fit me in within an hour of closing to repair a flat tire. Friendly, fast service, and a super reasonable price. I really appreciated their help when I was in a bind!

From the first point of contact Dylan provided me with amazing customer service! Not only was he helpful in finding me a great deal, but recommended tires that will be suitable and were a great value. Once appointment day came Steve and Keith both offered excellent service and were honest and helpful without trying to upsell me anything they knew I didn't need! I like to shop around and called a lot of places trying to find the best deal I could get! Kaltire very much exceeded my expectations! Most of the service I do for my vehicle gets done at the dealership and I think I'm going to switch to Kaltire for my services! And my truck also feels so much better to drive it! 10/10 from start to finish!

Got a flat tire in morning rush hour and they got me in right when they opened. They even drove to a different location to pick up a new tire for my car.

I took my car in to get a flat investigated only to be told that they couldn’t even look at the tire because it was a safety issue as the tire was deemed “non-repairable”. Took it to another Kal Tire where they proceeded to fix the tire without hesitation. It seemed that because it was busy that morning, they were quick to send me on my way and not address the problem.

Took my Tesla Model 3 to get my winters on. They are experts, friendly and helpful. Took not long to do the swap and I got to enjoy delicious coffee while I waited.

The entire team here is amazing! Come here year after year and always blown away with the great value and incredible customer service. Wow!

I love this Kal Tire location. They’re customer service has been on point every time. I went in there to have my winter tires put on, and then a day later I had a flat tire. I called them right away and they told me they would put another tire on, and they did it free of charge even though the flat tire was not their problem at all It was super helpful to me especially since I was 7 months pregnant at the time and emotional. Not to mention, their waiting room is nice and clean.going to go to the for all my car needs from now on!

Always had great service here. I have been going to this location of Kal Tire for many many years and a few different vehicles. I recently had a battery changed out, and once again, service was great and done in a timely Manor. I would recommend this location.

Nice staff, fair prices, timely service. So why only two stars? I've had cars here three times, both mine and my housemate's, and all three times the lugs came back not only massively overtightened, but unevenly so. Obviously the techs don't care enough to attach the wheels to the proper torque specification. Checking with a torque wrench is basically meaningless if you've already overtightened the lugs with an impact gun!

Not only is this practice lazy, but it's downright dangerous. The owners are opening themselves to a lawsuit down the road when a customer's wheel studs break while driving. You have been warned.

Edit: Steve, the manager, called and expressed concern and said he has told his staff they have to do better. He has offered me a free mount and balance to make up for my poor experiences. He invited me to bring my torque wrench. I'll believe it when I see it, but at least he has accepted the criticism and said he wants to do better.

Booked an appointment a week out for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I arrived I was asked if I brought my tires. I said nope, just a rotation and an oil change. I was told to wait a moment and then I heard from the floor “I don’t want to do an effing oil change! ” I was then told they were only able to rotate my tires.

You’ve lost my business.

Friendly service, but.ordered tires on about April 12. Was told they’d be 7-10 days - no problem. They’d call when they arrived. Called again on April 26 to check on them (8 business days). Was told they hadn’t arrived yet but should very soon. By May 10 still hadn’t heard from the store so called them again (9: 00am). This time they said they didn’t have a work order in my name. Fellow on the phone said he’d ask around and find out what’s going on and call me back. Didn’t get a call back all day.

Called a competitor, they had the same tires in stock, same price. Getting them put on tomorrow.

Pretty disappointed in Kaltire. Usually pretty good, but dropped the ball this time.

Had an issue with my tire and on one of their busiest days managed to fit me in and fixed the problem. No charge. We will be back next time we need new tires and for mechanical service

Steve, the Manager, was so helpful to me when I didn't have the right lug nuts so messed up my appointment. I came back later to check to see if I had the right ones and to make another appointment and he was kind enough to fit me in!

I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor. They got me in that day as the tire was leaking air and would've been flat if I didn't get in that day. They temporarily sealed it, booked me in the next day. They installed a universal sensor replacement which my vehicle wouldn't recognize, so I had to come in again to have a Jeep specific sensor installed. They didn't charge me for the second sensor as it was a bit of a hassle. They were kind and helpful the whole way through. Knowledgeable staff.

This place may be a bit busy but it's like that because people want their cars fixed here. Personally, they were able to save me some money. Be aware this place is "first come, first serve" so drop of your car in the morning. Thank you.

Had winter tires installed. Selection was minimal for inexpensive tires. Web site offered less expensive tires, but not available at this store. So bought some more pricey. What do you do, it is winter.
