Kal Tire

First time to get oil change here on 100 mile house. Price is reasonable. They seem to do a good job. Will be going back to do some work on the same car soon.

Great experience today at Kal tire getting our flat tire fixed. A very stressful afternoon was completely turned around by prompt and friendly service. Thanks!

Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always had excellent service done to my vehicles and any issues or possible upcoming issues are always explained to me in simple terms!

Learned recently that management has been going around spreading false information about other businesses (like this one) in the community say that they don't offer all of the services that they do.
If you ask me that does not sound like a business I wish to deal with.

We showed up with a flat tire over an hour after closing and he stayed late, got us set up for a fix first thing in the morning. Great Service!

On a lengthy road trip and we got a rock lodged between the caliper and rotor. They saw to it immediately and had us back on the road in 20 minutes! Can’t say enough about the service!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. More than just tires too! They also replaced my struts and control arms.

I had the misfortune of a very flat tire while shopping in 100 Mile House last week. BCAA were going to be 3 hours before reaching me. On someone's recommendation, I called Kaltire who were super friendly and said they would love to help, but their service truck was out on a long service. I managed to get my flat changed to my spare with help from a stranger (thank you kind sir!). I headed over to Kaltire expecting to need to leave the tire and return later for it. They fixed it on the spot, put it back on my car, and did not even charge me for the service! Kaltire (and my parking lot stranger/helper) turned this bad afternoon around for me. I am so impressed by their generosity and friendliness. 100% recommend.

They got me in without an appointment as I was traveling and fixed my tire while we walked around and did some shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I stopped at 100 mile house, we wanted to grab some food. While I was walking back with our takeout. My husband pointed out to me that there is some rippling in the trailer tire. Luckily he saw Kal tire, right across the street. He drove the truck over and they said they had a few clients ahead of him. But it was a good thing he saw the tire because it would have blown once we got on the highway. I thought we would be waiting a while in fact quite the opposite he replaced our tire and we decided to get the other one replaced at the same time for fear of having problems later. Not only did they attend to us right away and understand that we are on our way with our vacation, with 3 old dogs in the back in 30degree weather. We even got a discount! Thank you Seto, Eric And Ethan. You guys are what creates, loyal customers like us. Hope you boss sees this, you are amazing!

We got a flat tire 25 km north of 100 Mile House. We had a spare, so we changed it ourselves. Called Kal Tire and said we hope to be there by 6: 00. (when they close) They said to bring it in. They stayed open to fix our tire, so we could continue on our trip. Not many companies will do that anymore. And they were so friendly and happy to help us. Thank you Kal Tire!

But I did call after 1: 30 hours
He said guy on the way
I did another call after one hour he put my call on hold and he didn’t answer after that
There was only 20 minutes drive from kal tire

It was a great outfit in the past, but since Al left, we seem to collect more negative experiences, and are losing trust with this outifit, unfortunately. We keep taking the tires that have been "fixed" by KalTire in 100 Mile House to other outfits to get properly fixed, shortly after the first attempt by KalTire and then going flat again.
(The most blunt example here: I had a flat in my truck tire and was told it is because of a nail. Got it back "fixed", next day with stock trailer and a load of horses went flat again in Kamloops. Took it to KalTire there and was told the nail is still in the tire. Told them that this as diagnosed and "fixed" the day before, well it obviously wasn't. No fun when transporting livestock.) I will take my business somewhere else now.

While on vacation we incurred a flat tire. Nick, Andrew and Danny at 100 Mile House Kal-Tire promptly helped us out with a repair, balance and rotation. We were back on the road quickly. Thank you!

Call that we we are thankful that we purchased our tires at Kal-Tire in Abbotsford as we can get service all over the province while out and about.

Prices comparable to anywhere, outstanding service. In and out in a couple of hours with no appointment. Got lucky I guess but still, they got it done.

Fast service and helpful. Staff members were motivated in saving us money, and delivering good products.

This company restored my faith in humanity. The story: I blew a tire while on vacation and had to drive into 100 Mile to get it repaired. It was my daughter's fifth birthday. I had the whole family (wife and four kids) in the car with me. When I arrived at Kal Tire, it was very busy and I was concerned about my chances of getting the tire repaired that day. I explained my situation to the gentleman behind the counter who nodded and said "we are fully booked today but I will see what I can do. " He got me in within a half hour. When I went to pay he shook his head and said "no charge - tell your daughter to have a happy birthday on us. " What a thoughtful, human, and kind gesture. I was floored. Thank you to the crew at Kal Tire - I won't forget it. I will be giving all my business to this first class group whenever possible.

Got a flat and they gave us 2 used tires to get us to where we needed and for very cheap. And got them changed over in less than an hour! Thank you so much. You guys are life savers.
