Visited in May because I was worried about the tire walls on my one tire because one tire had gone low after the car had been sitting for a few months.
I was told the walls were gone but that I was dangerously low on tread. As in, I wouldn't be able to go another 1000km. Almost bought a set of tires, but they didn't have them in stock.
When I went to a fountain tire in Prince George, they told me I was fine, and didn't need tires for a long time. Just drove across the state and back and have put on more than 10,000 km with the same tires and visited a fountain tire down south and my tires are apparently still good, though now I'm actually closer to that 1000 km mark.
Either the lady who helped me is very dishonest, or she really needs to go easier on the pedal.

Don't know how to patch tires. Got stranded in the bush after they “fixed” my tire.

Kal Tire is the best place to go to get tires & need info on any concerns you may have, they can answer ur questions

Huge thanks and thumbs up to Kal Tire! Had a tire puncture leaving FSJ on route to PG airport. Harley got us in and helped us with transportation too. Great service!

Kal tire is friendly and fast. Your appointment is always on time. It's nice because it's busy.

Brought my truck in a few days ago to get a slow leak fixed. $47 later. Had to pump my tire up every day since here i sit once again at kal tire. 35 min past my appointment n they still don't have it in the shop.apparently unloading their inventory is more important than customers. Better not charge me for the shoddy work. Now they claim i have another hole right beside the old fix.i will be having a close look.
