Kal Tire

One of the best and honest shops in Tsawwassen. They perform great alignment, diagnostics and charge reasonably. Always stand behind their service. Couple of times i’ve got a flat tire and they fixed it for free, which was a good surprise.

They charged my wife $122 to repair a nail puncture.

We buy our tires exclusively at Kal Tire because they are known for great service and not gouging, so when my wife had a slow leak in her tire I said, "Take it to Kal Tire they will probably fix it for free like they always do. "

Instead, I get a message from my wife asking me to etransfer her $122 to fix the leak.

Now I'm telling all of my friends in Tsawwassen about this and we are all so flabbergasted. Good on you for maximizing your profits but it's going to cost you so much more in future sales. We have spent thousands over the years but you will never see another penny from me and I will shame any of my friends who use you as well.

Went to kal tire to have my ATV tires taken of the rim and replaced with new tires, they call me to tell me that the rim’s could get scratch if they would continue the job, I didn’t really care about scratches cuz they are weird rims and I don’t think a other place would of done better, they did a awesome job and the price was also good, I’m a happy costumer

My wife and I Went to kal tire at Tawassen mills! Purchased 4 brand new tires and asked for tire alignment! Shortly after appointment the front office girl called and said they broke a rod on our car! And that they were looking for a part! It’s a Sunday and I need that car for work tomorrow! She assures my wife and I that they would provide a rental! Ok so my wife and I wait all day for a call! She doesn’t call! I call she puts me on hold for 30 min! Doesn’t come back! So my wife calls as I’m still on hold! She picks up! My wife tells her I’m on hold with her, She doesn’t care! Ok! So we tell her we need a rental and remind her they close in 1/2 hr! She says she has to talk to her mng! So my wife and I go down there there closing in 1/2 hr! She tells my wife that she doesn’t know what we’re talking about! That she never said we could get a rental! And we would have to wait till Monday to find out when our car would be ready! My wife tells her to get her boss on the phone! She says she’s busy helping other people! And is very rude to my wife and calls her dumb for not knowing about something to do with our car! Long story Short! The manager finally calls us and try’s to charge us a few hundred dollars for the part they broke! So we have no car to drive to work! And no rental because there now closed! I can’t believe that they would keep this girl employed! Worst experience ever!

We got a flat tire on the highway and called Kal Tire. They got our car in within the hour, and fixed in under an hour. The cost was super reasonable. All around great service!

Marvin and the rest of the team went the extra mile to squeeze us in and deal with our tire replacement emergency. They had tires in stock and at a good price. 6 stars!

Exceptional customer service! I got there 20 minutes before 5 pm closing and they fit me in for a much needed oil change before an 1100km trip the next morning. Very professional from the Manager to the Technician! Customer for life as exceptional service from all staff is a rarity these days.

Ive had several positive experiences with this shop. Had a situation recently where they could’ve easily upsold me on a brake job, but Ryan was straightforward, honest, and gave me several options on how I could proceed. Definitely appreciate having a trustworthy shop in town.

Had an 8am appointment for a seasonal swap and got there at 7: 50; door was open so I got in earlier. Went down to the A&W for some breakfast and I hadn't even finished when I got a text AND a phone call advising my car was ready. Everything went perfectly! Thank you!

Expensive…. Needed a slow leak fixed on one of our travel trailer tires. They couldn’t help us unless we brought the tire by itself which seemed odd for a tire store. The plug they put in cost $50 which seemed excessive

Fantastic service, Heather saved me and my family on Saturday when I got a seized caliper on the driver side of my Nitro. The Kal tire team worked quickly to solve it and helped my family back on the road safely and efficiently. Very big thanks from my family to Heather and her team for the great job, would have never made it home the same day without you.

Dropped in without an appointment due to a flat tire. Fixed it and had it back to me in a couple hours and wouldn't take any money.

I'll be back in the future for tires and anything else they do.

Exceptional service. Thomas, the new GM, could not have been more helpful and knowledgable. Despite us messing up our online appointment, he made sure to accommodate us despite an extremely busy day for them. He installed 4 tires and balanced them and while we expected it to take all day, and despite us requesting the incorrect day online, they had the job done in two hours. Rarely see service like this any more. Great customer experience! Thanks.

Bad experience with Kal Tire in Tsawwassen
Just had a oil change today, and everytime before today with VIP, Kal tire only charge me for $6x dollars and that is what I expated.
Today I pay $136 and I did not find out until when I pay the bill! With $136 I can do two time oil change somewhere else, felling Soooo angry and unfair.
WILL NOT GO AGAIN!

Great place for all tire related issues. Be it the purchase of new tires or flat repair, this is the place to go. Very well organized establishment, clean, and efficient, with helpful and friendly personnel.

Initially went there for a tire patch and was not too impressed with service. Second time I went in for a service was disappointing as well. No professionalism and lack of interest in explaining anything about the service. The service technician at the front counter making sure you feel like you made an unwise decision to support his tatoo habit. Would not recommend this business.

Great service and Ali was very helpful when I realized I had lost the wheel lock key for my Lexus. Recommend this location and I’ll be using them again.

When I took back the car from its oil change the manager Ali asked me to wait few seconds then he fixed my door's squeaking sound without me asking. Super people and service.

Was told at pick up that the two air filtered I needed weren’t in stock. I was given an estimate but not offered another appt. Couldn’t this have been checked /told before my appt so I could rebook instead of maki g a second trip. Was also told to checks line for recalls. At other places I was informed if there was a recall as they had actually checked for me. Not sure if I will go back.

The car service was fine but the only time they had available was 8 am on a Saturday. When I arrived I realized a few minutes before paying that I had forgotten my wallet. The mechanic wouldn't let me have the car keys, didn't offer any solutions, didn't seem to care at all, and was happy to let me walk 2 and a half hours in the rain to go back home and get my wallet. He claimed it was for "security reasons" which seems silly to me, since I could have easily had a second copy of the car keys and driven off that way. I couldn't even get in the car to get my jacket and ended up being incredibly cold. I lost a little bit of faith in humanity that day.

If you don't care about customer service, then this place is fine. Otherwise, there are plenty of more friendly places elsewhere.
