I called in because of a flat tire and so I filled tire with air compressor and drove to the shop in Abbotsford and they fixed it in no time. Such awesome service and courtesy that I made it on time for my son's Badminton games! Thanks so much for your prompt service. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I have been using Kal Tire for years, but now I will only go to this Location, Allen has been so helpful and easy to deal with.

I noticed when I drove on the freeway that my steering wheel had a wicked vibration. For this reason I went into Kal Tire to see what the issue was, thinking perhaps they needed balancing. When they got the car on the hoist, the service rep said the control arm assembly was worn out and needed to be replaced. I didn't hesitate to get this done when I went in without an appointment. Safety is number one for us always. We were in and out in roughly 90 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Thank you gang!

Took it to kal tire for alignment after i had gearbox and tie rods replaced. They said it needed a track bar to do an alignment so i said sure. They replaced track bar and did alignment. My Trucks now pulling to the left and doing a shimmy where it feels like the rear axle is not aligned with front so i take it back for realignment. They tell me alignment’s perfect your tires are causing the pulling (my tires are relatively new and have clean tread). I had enough of wasting my time and dealing with them. I bring the truck home and take a look at it myself. First thing I see is the rear left axle u bolts broken off and the axle is shifted. I dont know how they dont catch this after doing an alignment twice. Don’t recommend this place at all. Save your time and money.

Although the service was good, they did not program the sensors in the tires both times I asked and then I took it to Toyota where I paid $50 for the work that should've been done already.

Good service/staff, but my trailer hitch was missing when I picked up my truck after only being in the parking lot for just over an hour.

I visit there for my tire change. Very fast and good service. I have already book an appointment so there is no hassle i just go there and they finish their work in just an hour. They make sure everything is good.

Although I use these guys at home, I would not recommend this one. Stopped with an emergency as I was passing by town and was told they could not help until 5 hours later or make an appointment. Very disappointing I guess they don't all run the same.

We had a flat tired beyond repair and they were great. Ordered tire and made appointment for following day. We were in travel mode, so had two dogs and my Autistic Daughter with me. The staff was so understanding and got us in right away. Installed new tire right away, and had us back on the road. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Terrible mechanics couldn’t even change flat to spare tire (bent rim on original tire) so they decided they wouldn’t do anything (also requested fluid top up (coolant and washer fluid) then had the audacity to give me my truck back with a completely deflated tire and ransacked the inside leaving it a complete mess.never going back to Abbotsford kal tire again

Highly recommend the Abbotsford South Fraser Way location. Called to discuss my tire issue. They listened to my scenario, were able to assist same day. My tire was fixed very quickly. I received fast, friendly and professional service. Thank you so much for all your help and customer care.

Again Travis and his team have made getting repairs on your vehicle fast and worry free. I recommend no other place than Kal Tire for repairs and tires.

Dropped in 10 minutes before close with a screw in my tire. They happily replaced my tire with a smile. Excellent service!

Awful service by Mike. Was given winter tires back after a season by another Kal-Tire location, and I brought them to be placed on by this location. Mike said it could not be done because the tires were "completely worn down past the legal limit. " The tires were given back to us by Kal-Tire employees, why would they be unusable? They aren't unusable. He then refused to place the other two tires on that were usable. Poor customer service skills. Would not recommend this location or this worker at all. Awful.

Bought some tires and tested sensors- the sensors stopped working but the warranty ran out a month ago. Good quality? Good customer service?

This Kal tire location provided excellent service recently. I was towing a Uhaul car trailer and it had two flat tires on one side. Kal tire was willing to work with me and Uhaul and had me back on the road in under an hour even though I didn’t have an appointment and hadn’t called ahead. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasant experience coming here. Had a leaky tire and was fixed in a few minutes while I waited, the guys are very friendly and efficient. I wouldn't go any where else for tire work!

Early in 2020 I was having a problem with a leaky tire. Took it to the folks at Kaltire on SFW and they kindly fixed the wonky rim - the source of the leak - twice, at no charge. So when I needed a new set of tires this month, I went back to them, and they set me up with an excellent set that met my needs at a competitive price. Excellent service, and pleasant people, including Alee (sp) who patiently answered my questions. Thanks Kal Tire. You get your customer service right.

Huge shout out to Curtis and Mike! I was on my way to Kamloops from Vancouver and noticed that my car was shaking badly as soon as I got over 100km/h. I pulled into this Kal-Tire and spoke with Mike at the front desk who was willing to help. He asked his colleague Curtis to take a look at my suv and Curtis was able to figure out the issue right away. The weight in my tires was off and Curtis was able to fix it quickly and had me back on the road in 30mins. I know they probably had a huge line of cars getting their winters on but they took the time to help me and made sure I got back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks guys!

I really appreciate the support that the team at Kal Tire gave to me today. I had been driving from Vancouver to Abbotsford when someone honked to let me know I had a flat tire. After finding a safe place to pull over and adding some air, I had enough air to keep going but I was not keen to keep travelling highway speeds to my destination and then back to Vancouver without someone looking at it. I looked up the nearest Kal Tire and ended up here - they were able to fit me in within 45 minutes of arriving. I asked them to recommend a cab and they did me one better and called one for me so that I could still make it to my appointment. While I was away, they took a look and identified the problem, fixed it, and had me back on my way as soon as my other appointment was done. And on top of that, they did the fix free of charge. Thanks so much to this team - you made a worrisome situation much better and are lovely through and through! Highly recommend for the friendly kind service and the great work they do!

Travis and Brady at this location were wonderful and knowledgeable. Buying tires is never easy or a fun task but they made it a hole lot easier on me. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for some new tire, wheel alignment or some windshield wipers.

Kal Tire always does amazing work, I recomend them to everyone! They are fast, kind and honor their work no matter what. I recommend them to all my friends for tires and mechanical work. 5 star rating!

My tire had a nail it and Toyota Dealership and KAL TIRE said can not be fixed - quoted me $1200 plus service charge for a new ones. Their explanation was that the sidewall has the nail and its a discontinued tire so I must buy 4 as a set. I did not expect this from KAL TIRE, the so called tire experts and service oriented shop. I drove from Toyota to here expecting they will help me out but no they used fear mongering in an attempt to make a sale. Had no regard for the owner or family that uses the car. I think places like this are the true reason customers turn to places like COSTCO or Cdn tire for their needs as it seems sale takes precedence over service. I will never go here.

I went to Curtis Tire and Wheel off S Fraser hwy, they fixed it for $40 and threw in tire shine for free. Car since been to Okanagon, Whistler, Squamish, Oregon and all over Washington State - no Issues. Thanks again guys - helped someone truly in need.

Service is good most of the time. Things decline a bit in the late fall when everyone is getting winter tires put on.

Great service good atmosphere they seem to know lots about their business very professional operation pricing was what they had told me and reasonable glad I went with Kal tire.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Very accommodating as I showed up without an appointment. I was dealt with in a very professional manner and left very happy with my experience at this Kal-Tire. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

They work hard to make sure you have the best price and communication is fantastic, including using SMS and email. Nice to have a tire place that also does financing. Mike has been great and did his best to work with my schedule.

Great service. It's rare for a business, especially in auto repairs, to find workers who have initiative. Andrew was very friendly at the moment I step into the store. I knew right away that I should not be worried. They serviced my tire and notified me that it is ready. When I picked up the tire, he explained to me what they did, etc. It was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them not solely because they helped me with my tire but they provided a really friendly service. I hope the company recognizes Andrew for his good work ethics.

Great place. Lost the locking lug nut key for my truck. The guys at Kal-Tire removed all 4 and only charged me $20 to replace the missing ones with actual lug-nuts. Absry wanted $60 and the guy at L&P wanted to charge me $100 each and get his worker guy to use a grinder to cut them off.

I had to think about this review.travis at the south fraserway location was honest to me both times i asked him questions regarding my tires. Both times the problems occured at the sumas location. I have had very bad experiences with the sumas location and would rate that location a 0 star. But i gave 2 star because travis was very helpful. The sumas location spoke to me like i dont know anything and fed me BS reasonings. Not impressed. Travis kept me updated and informed at the south fraserway location

I go to Kal Tire for all my car needs. They are affordable and they explain everything to me in a way I understand. The atmosphere and customer service is a ten in my eyes.

Travis was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Thanks to everyone involved in the operation! Will definitely be dealing with Kal Tire in the future.

Every time we come here we are treated with respect, and we get a trustworthy vibe from employees. Kal tire might not be the very cheapest place to get tires done, but we are always confident that they will do the job right. Make sure you bring your lug locks when swapping out your tires so you don't have to pay a cool $100 to get the locking nuts removed!
