Kal Tire

Took my truck in, for an alignment they called said I need a new rear differential and a rim, took my truck out took it to another shop, they replaced one part and had alignment done in no time. SAVED THOUSANDS.

I showed up at Kal Tire recently at 4PM with a flat tire, the night before I had to fly out to Vegas. They were closing, but managed to squeeze me in because I was in a rush. To top it off, they came out and said "The manager says this is on the house, there's no charge". So after that, the least I can do is write this business a 5 star review for their service. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this place.

After being a long time customer today will be my last time at Kal Tire. I went in for a simple alignment as the steering wheel was off since the last one (which was done at Kal) and to have my rear brakes checked. I was quoted $2100 to do the rear brakes which is outrageous. Their policy is they have to replace rotors when doing pads. Imagine all the people they have taken advantage of trying to scare them into needing a full brake system. They don't machine rotors anymore apparently. Mine rotors are only a year old. I'll be moving my fleet maintenance elsewhere.

I went in there with a slow leak in the tire on my car. It was one of those things that it only lost 2-3lbs of air every few days. After much procrastinating, I brought it in.
The guys were super quick, found the problem and got me on my way.
They are friendly and very helpful.

Had a wheel bearing blow out on my truck while I was driving through Abbotsford. Not only did they have it ready the next day, they let us have a courtesy vehicle so we could save on taxi fares. Thanks for helping us out Mike!

The service and knowledge from the staff is great. They know what they're talking about and make sure they prepare everything before you come in so that there's no unexpected delays in your tire change. I appreciated doing business here and will come again when needed

Booked an oil change for a 42ft diesel pusher. Talked about it being a motorhome. Talked about it being a big rig. Booked the appointment. When we arrived there was a lot of hemming and hawing. The tech said they didn't have the filters.but I had the filters with me. Then he said they can't do it because they don't have reservoirs big enough for all that oil. What part of 42ft diesel pusher did they not understand? I call BS. They didn't want to do a motorhome. They were totally capable. Just unwilling or unprepared.

I would give 10 stars if it would allow me! My kids and I were trying to get back to Prince George and ended up with a flat Sunday night! Kal Tire sqeezed me in and repaired our tire they were amazing! Strongly recommend and would visit this location again for sure!

Tire light went off, quick call. Pulled in off highway 1, popped my spare on, no complaints even at 4: 45 on a Saturday, had us back on the road, all with smiles and no corners cut! Thanks So Much!

We have a fleet of trucks we run through there all the time, my truck had a fan issue, I asked if they could fix it, they said not till next Tuesday it was Saturday morning first thing, we spend thousands there and get nothing, this is the second time I've had to go elsewhere, looking for a shop to fix this anybody know of a reliable one?

We had a tire blow out on the highway got a tow not even sure of the service but when we arrived we felt welcome and treated with great respect. Good job we will be happy to do future business here.

A chain store that feels like a mom and pops store. Good service, I've bought several sets of tire here and I will continue to.
