I stopped in unexpectedly because I had a nail in my tire. They had it repaired and I was on my way in no time at all and they didn’t charge me! All the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back when it’s time for new tires!

I was pretty disappointed with this location. I sent my mother-in-law there because she had a screw in her tire. She called and booked an appointment, and they fixed her tire. Everything seemed fine, and the tire patch was done well. Fast forward a week later, and I noticed that she was missing a lug nut on the tire they had fixed. While it's understandable that such things can happen, she took the car back to them, and all they did was hand her a lug nut for the tire. My mother-in-law is not well-versed in vehicles. It would have been nice if you guys had offered to put the lug nut on for her instead of just handing it to her and saying goodbye. It's a simple mistake, but you guys are known for terrific customer service and workmanship.

I had a flat tire yesterday and they helped me take a look at it, making me feel at ease and taken care of. They were friendly and had fast service. They put my spare on for me and did not even charge me for that service. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Awesome help! My battery started dying about 5 kilometers away, and the electricals were shutting down as well. Barely made it into the parking lot. The Kal Tire guys ordered me the right battery for my Jeep, and I changed it out and was back on the road in an hour! Thanks, Kal Tire!

Been coming to this location for years. Past 6 years great. The last two times have been a joke. Went for winter tire change and they broke my wheel lock key, had it for 6 years so not a huge issue. I returned with a new one (which was reimbursed) only the have them snap it again! Return with third wheel lock (reimbursed) and they tell me now my wheel locks are missing out of my wheels? Manager says they must of forgot to put them back on? Now have to order a new set though VW. Last time i’ll be dealing with this

Called here a day ahead and spoke with manpreet He was able to fit me in to get a new set of tires in a hurry as one of my tires popped not only did they make sure they could get me in when I needed. But Moh also went above and beyond when working on my car.unfortunately my lug nuts were locked on there and they were able to get them off for me! Definitely recommending! Amazing service!

Amazing service! I needed a new set of tires and walked in yesterday for a quote. Ryan was sooo helpful and friendly, and made sure I understood everything. They fit me in the next day for a new set of tires, and Moh was a great help. I was told it would be over an hour and he had me out of their within 45 minutes.

Got winter tires for my Tesla Model 3 SR+ in less than 30 min. The staff was friendly and professional. Super smooth experience.

Quite happy we chose Kal Tire over anyone else. A coworker recommended it as she gets her tires done by them and I'm happy i listened. The pricing is so much better than everywhere else and to be able to book online is icing on the cake. The service is very friendly and efficient. The guys here seem to be happy to do their job and boy they are fast. I have nothing to complain about! You won't have problems parking as they're in a huge lot and they have ample room for you to wait inside. We brought my husband's Ford focus which is a manual transmission 30 mins early and they finished it in less than an hour. Very happy customer here.

I had my pickup truck tires swapped onto new rims that I bought here. They did a good job at the price I was quoted. My only complaint is that I needed a large nut on my trailer hitch loosened. They were unwilling to do it as they were "too busy". After spending $750 I'm disappointed that this very minor request could not be accommodated.

I recently dropped by this location to inquire about my valve issue with my tires just before closing time. Moh, the manager and his crew took the car in right way and got it resolved for me.

My son and I are rebuilding a broken, non-running scooter. Our compressor did not have the flow to reset the beads.
Kal-tire accepted our plight despite not doing motorcycles or scooters.

They got these tough little tires set in just a couple minutes.

Excellent work. Really pleased with how they treated my old car. Didn't need the comment about not recognizing.me with the mask as a lung cancer.patient but it was said with a smile and I let it go.

Will not recommend it period. No test drive after service is done plus they lack customer service and customer safety concerns.

Absolutely terrible. I have gone here twice with very frustrating results on simple tire swaps. Last year during the tire swap from my all-seasons to my winter tires, they ruined one of my winters which they then had to replace. Then apparently during that swap they ruined one of my all-seasons which will now also have to be replaced. Moe, the gentleman I talked to about this was absolutely useless, had no concept of customer service and hung up on me instead of hearing out my valid concerns and frustration with their technicians and service. Just told me to call in Monday for the manager. I hope he gets some training in speaking with customers. I hope this location learns how to swap tires without damaging them in the process. I guess I have to wait until Monday to talk to Bryan, the manager. Ridiculous.

Pulled into this place on Friday morning at about 10: 30 with our Pleasure Way RV. We were on our way for our first little camp trip. The van pulled hard to the right when we braked and then we smelled burning. Fortunately we were 5 min.from this shop.
Moh S.greeted us, he didn't think he could do the job until the next day. They got it done and we were on our way by 5pm. Couldn't tell you how happy we were with this service.

These guys were awesome! My tire popped on the way to a gig. There happened to be a Kal tire close by.just made it there without damaging my rims.
They were able to squeeze me in.find the proper tire and get my car in right away to change it out.

The team at Kaltire delivered great service when I order tires to be installed online. Even though, they were very busy, they looked after myself and the other customers in a timely manner. It didn’t matter if you were there for new tires, a repair or even checking your tire pressure they helped everyone as quickly as they could.
The price was good, but the service and after service is amazing! I would highly recommend Kaltire!

My worst experience. Staff was rude, disrespectful, no knowledge, wrong communication and wasted my 3 hrs even after having an appointment. Very sad and hurt.

I am a common man with no knowledge on cars and i think its not necessary to have in depth knowledge of a car when you use it. Let me narrate the scenario here, On Nov 1 2021 I went to this place with a battery issue and it was advised to replace it and i said yes and they charged $283 and was said it is replaced. I paid it and left the place yesterday my car didn't start again and one gentlemen gave me a jump start and while doing that he looked at my battery and said may be you will have to replace it and i said i just had it replaced he said no way. I walked into this place today morning and they asked me to leave the car and after three hours they called and said everything is fine you can take your car and I went to pick it and the person who checked out luckily came out with me and at that time I asked him did you replace the battery or any components in the battery as I see the battery is still the one I had from Honda and then he went inside and said please give me your car key we will put the most advanced battery in your car for better performance and gave me the car then i opened the hood and saw w new battery so it is simply understood that they didn't replace the battery on Nov 01,2021 and it is done by the person who checked me out today thanks to him

I just got a used car and was replacing the hodgepodge of old lug nuts and had one lug nut that just would not come off.
Called up Kal Tire (Fleetwood) and they said to come on down and they'd give it a go.took a few tries but they managed to remove it (and put my new one on for me). No charge.
I'm not even a customer and they were willing to do that for free! That is the kind of customer service that will not be forgotten.

Had a last minute issue with my truck before a camping trip. These guys hustled and got me on my way only a couple of hours after I originally intended to leave. I had been there for oil changes and tires before and in a pinch went to them for my mechanical problems. Will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them. Thanks to Kal Tire Fleetwood. Not good results as my car is steering to the left after having 4 tires installed…had them balanced aligned …took it back second time to be told all good we adjusted your steering…after this second chance for kal tire to get it right they blew it big time…in good conscience i can’t ever go back to kal tire…

Went in without an appointment to repair a tire that had a huge screw. They took me in on a super busy day and squeezed me in between appointments to get the job done. Such fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency and this place was the closest one I can find. I was under the impression that taking my car to a well known name company would be the best thing to do. The manager was nice and welcoming but my god are they clueless with their work. They did not know how to take my wheel off and did not even suggest how I can find the wheel nut key. I had to go to a small random store and even they knew more about cars than them.

Sorry to say, but I had a very bad service experience here several months back. The mechanics here seem to be just your normal than expected, they lack much in experience in especially with vehicles in dually tires. After replacing new tires the back dually’s went flat several times due to the tire tech not tightening the extension valves. This happened several times even after I returned from first incident. I felt this place lacks in care and supervision. I also got charged twice for the same engine diagnostic issue that they couldn't resolve the first time. I “re-paid” to be told to go to a better equipped shop for my problem.

I've been taking all of our vehicles to this location for years. The selection and prices have always been great.

Brian and his team are always helpful. They always get me in quickly for a flat repair or tire rotation.

I came in to get two of my own tires mounted on my existing wheels. Stephen was great to deal with and quickly got me an appointment. The manager, Brian, provided great service. He took the time to explain the various details of two different tires I am interested in for the future. Unfortunately, two guys in the shop took 1.5 hours to uninstall my existing tires, mount, balance and reinstall my new ones as I stood outside and watched them waste my time in front of me. This is triple the time it should take any shop to perform this task. There were 3 open bays and the shop guys were far from busy. The customer service was top notch, but the poor performance in the shop really left me unimpressed.

I had an appointment for 2: 30 to swap tires and was in my car and gone by 3: 10. I like it fast and clean ;)

Had to go back multiple times for them to re-pair my TPMS sensors. It's very frustrating to have to go out of my way and have to burn and hour because they were unable to do the relearn procedure properly the first time or second time.

As many others have stated here, Brian lacks customer service skills.

Totally opposite from my experience 2 years ago, not sure what has changed other than Brian now working here but I doubt I will return to this location.

Have always used Kaltire for all my tire and wheel needs. This one happens to now be the closer one to my house and the staff and tire selection are great with reasonably quick service. They also take note of any special instructions you have such as installing wheel spacers or your own TPMS sensors as all which can be important for aftermarket parts.

My girlfriend went in to get a tire replaced due to a side puncture. These "experts" told her she had to replace all 4 tires even though they had over 80% tread left. Shadier than a tall tree on a summers day!

Kal Tire Fleetwood is the best place to go for mechanical repairs and tires. I have been going there for years and they always treat me well. I have always been satisfied with the work done there.

There is no price matching charged me close to 30$ a tire more than Canadian tire there is a lot of fine print in there guarantee check out Canadian tire first

Got my new tires put on here and these guys were great. Had me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the service.

Went in for a wheel balance and returned to my car with 6/10 of my rear wheel threads striped and upon further inspection it looks as though their mechanic actually torqued my whole threaded rod from the offset wheel adapters I had installed on my CRV, they blamed me for it and claimed it came in like that. Definitely don’t recommend. Let’s not forget this leaves my car out of commission making it very hard to commute to a full time job

Professional place for all your tires need and much more. Got the bead cleaned and sealed here when Costco tire shop would not offer that kind of service. Reasonably priced, fast service, quality workmanship. So far, I am very happy with them. Time will tell the quality of service. Will update this post later.

We got a nail in our tire a few weeks ago and decided to switch to all 4 new tires. We purchased and installed it at Kal tire. Right after exiting the parking lot, the car felt quite jumpy on the road. The next day as I was driving on highway 17, the back of the car swung sideways, kind of like slipping on a piece of black ice, even though it was late July and sunny outside. Good thing my car was an all-wheel-drive so it quickly gained control back. It happened a couple more times that night and so I was very scared and drove home like a turtle. The next day I tested on the highway and it happened again, slipping when the car was driving at high speed. And I noticed that the fuel efficiency decreased significantly.

I drove in fear for a few more days until I could take a day off work to go to Kal tire again. It turned out that they put one of the front tires at the back (my front and rear tires are different sizes) and so basically I had two front tires on the left and two rear tires on the right. They fixed it finally by switching the tires and the car no longer slipped on the highway.

Then I noticed that the rims at the back were switched (I had a curb rash so I knew the scratched one was on the right) so I went back asking for them to switch it back to their original position because I know I might scratch the right rim again (and will have to repair multiple rims later when reselling the car). The customer rep was so annoyed at me, and lectured me about how they cannot guarantee that the wheels will go back to their original spot because technicians dont remember and how I should have told them in the beginning. They then just switched the rims without balancing the tires even though I had paid for tire balancing and wheel alignment originally.

I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I was just blown away by the lack of customer service during this process. When I had to go back repeatedly because they didnt do their job correctly in the first place, they made me feel like I was wasting their time and being a nuisance. I regret so much for purchasing tires from them and letting them install for me. Now my tires still feel off and I have to pay extra to check my tire/wheel balancing at another tire shop. Please read this review and consider carefully before you decide to seek service from this location.

Went to this location the 2nd time yesterday, Aaron was super helpful and accommodating on the phone, he was very patient and knowledgeable in person. Amazing experience and went above and beyond. Super recommend this location.

Went in the first time couple months ago, a guy from Fiji was super friendly and helpful too!

When I first called to inquire about a tire, the person I talked to was friendly and answered my questions. I called later to tell them not to order my tire just yet, as I wanted to check around for prices. Similar to a review left down below, the friendly service quickly took a 180, as the conversation was cut in a rude manner ending with a "kay bye". I did not say I was not coming back - I just said I wanted to check for prices elsewhere. After that rude response, I will for sure not be back - even if they are cheaper than other places.

10/10 Service from Aaron, he was very polite and generous and I would recomend his service to everyone.

I got the first quote to do some work on my alignment issues, the guys here checked for a good price on parts and came back with a VERY reasonable estimate. I took the car in early and they were finished the work much sooner than I expected. They are following the COVID rules properly and I've always been pleased with the work done on my vehicles. Glad they are close by so I can walk there from home.thumbs up guys!

Just called to cancel my appointment for changing two front tires as I get a better offer from Mitsubishi dealership, but an staff name Bryan was extremely rude and told me we price match everyone but before I get a chance to ask more, he hang up on me and when I called back he said it was a line cut up! Then I try to ask if they can price match Mitsubishi, he changed his tone and said we do just on four tires change and you go with Mitsubishi and even we lose money we sent back the tires! I’m so happy I changed my mind and didn’t go to this shop at all! Probably their tire change service matches perfectly with their terrible customer service! Stay away!

SUPER impressed with the level of service I received here. After experiencing some emergency issues with my breaks, I brought in my car with no appointment on a Saturday morning. They were able to see me right away, and they were extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem.they able to offer a cheap, fast solution, and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. 11/10 would recommend!

Had a pretty rude experience over the phone, wouldn't recommend this shop after this experience. My initial phone call a few days earlier was very helpful. They were bringing a couple tires in for me from their store in Edmonton, which I appreciated they were able to do. However due to unforeseen circumstances, I would be unable to purchase the tires.

The employee who called me, who I won't publicly name here but will gladly mention to management, was extremely rude. When he called, I apologized and said I couldn't buy them now. His tone was extremely disrespectful, and his verbatim response to me was "Great, that's awesome. Thanks for that. " and he hung up the phone on me.

I understand losing a sale is frustrating, but treating customers (as I have purchased from this location before) this way is a surefire way to lose their business in the future.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place no stars at all. Customer service here is terrible to say the least. I went in on a Saturday afternoon because of a flat tire situation. Now, I do realize I hadn’t made an appointment but flat tires come on very unexpectedly. So I thought since there was still a few hours to closing and since this location is closer to home, that I wouldn’t be taking such a great risk by driving to this location.

Once I got there, I kind of got the feeling that no one wanted to help me or even acknowledge that I was there. After some hesitation, an employee decided to offer help and when I explained my situation, he right away mentioned that they were fully booked and that the next available appointment he could schedule me in for was on the following Monday, since they happen to be closed on Sundays.

Long story short, I did try explaining that I would appreciate if someone could fix my flat tire that same day since I have family members with chronic medical conditions that rely on me to take them to their medical appointments, not to mention another snow storm that we were going to be hit by the very next day. Again, the monotone answer was to come back Monday.

My advice to anyone needing any type of car repairs done is to avoid coming to this particular location.
If they don’t have time to perform a simple flat tire repair, why trust them with any other type of repair?

Wife went in for a slow leak, they said it was a nail in the sidewall, took the tire off the rim and kept it saying it will be over $300 bucks for a new tire.
Never showed her the nail Until I told her to go back and get the tire that they stole. Took said tire to another shop, guess what, easily repairable not close to the side wall at all. All this place did was try and take advantage of a woman plain and simple. Stay far away from these guys, liars and scammers would be to polite for this place.

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer at Kal-Tire Fleetwood for many years. Multiple repairs, oil changes, seasonal tire swaps and tire storage.
This last experience started on Monday November 4/19. I called wanting to book winter tire swap as well as my Jerp had been running poorly. When I called I was surprised that they have switched to a automated service. After listening to all my options I pressed 5 for tire change, I was informed the wait was 40 minutes, so I waited after about ten minutes, and many ads encouraging me to book online, a message said I could leave my number for call back u just this option
After 2 hours and no call back I called again. This time wait was 20 minutes do I waited. Finally I get a really person after answering several questions I was informed their computer system was down and they would call back. I told girl that I was scheduled for call back 2 hours previous so please make sure you call. She did. But because I pushed 5 I could not request anything else to be looked at. Not happy but ok.
Arrived Friday November 8/19 for appointment and was told it would take 1 hour I was mad. In April I had same tires swapped and it took maybe 20 minutes. So I in angry decided I wanted my tires and I would go elsewhere. Paid $111.00 for storage and went to my vehicle. Bryan the manager came out to speak with me he was very nice and apologized I explained all the previous issues just getting an appointment. He said the would expedite appointment. Thank you Bryan.
I understand this world is going to more automation but when I want to have my vehicle repaired I would like to speak with someone who has a clue before I book appointment. Kal-Tire use to be that place.
I am an accountant and have many clients with Fleet vehicles and I'm not sure I will recommend any Kal-Tire.
Although Bryan is a star for them it's hard to look past this experience. I admit I was already frustrated before arriving, but when I make appointments I don't want to hear we are backed up. That is why appointments are made to guarantee my time.
To Bryan Rain thank you for your great work hope this company treats you better than they do their paying clients, you are their shinning star. Bryan's atttitude was why I gave 3 stars not 1.

Been a long time customer of Kal Tire, especially this location (fleetwood).
Me and my wife went in Saturday to have a simple rotation and rebalance done and were greeted with complete attitude by the “new” assistant manager “steven”. He was extremely rude to me and my wife multiple times to the point that we didn’t even want to get our tires done there but the mechanics were already working away. We then witnessed Steven texting away and on his phone multiple times while keeping other customers waiting, as well as him being extremely rude to his staff members who were working extremely hard it seemed while he slacked off. When we have come in before we have always dealt with Bryan or Alin and they were wonderful but after our experience today and dealing with Steven we will not be coming back or be customers to Kal tire any more. I feel extremely bad for the young men working away while steven is extremely rude and condisending to them. How this rude person is a Assistant manager i have no clue but clearly he needs a lesson on manners and customer service and how to treat his staff. He just lost the company a customer because of his bad attitude.

Great customer service from Alin and Bryan. Happy with my new tires. You can probably get the same or similar tires from somewhere else for a little less but the people here know what they’re doing and provide lots of extras that other shops don’t provide. Would definitely recommend going in and getting a quote if you’re curious.

A tire popped on my mom’s truck near kal tire so she went into the parking lot and a few workers were willing to help her but the manager refused until I came. You would think at least someone would give her a number for assistance. Seemed like he cared more about a parking spot being taken up than a potential customer. Definitely not going here now.

I needed my tires rotated. Alin got me in right away even though they were very busy. Excellent service. He even made sure the tires were washed and provided a nifty little orange Kal Tire bag for my wheel lock nut.

These guys have saved my bacon more than once, as a woman I am rusty on my car tire changing skills so really on these friendly super heroes to keep my cars tire in great shape so I can get my work done!
