Went to the shop by making a prior appointment almost a month ago. Somehow, they lost my appointment or overbooked it and couldn't find me. I was asked to come after two weeks. Awful experience and customer service. I had to walk out from Kal tire and visit another store, and they helped me right away without any problems.

We got a flat half an hour out of Burns Lake. We put on our spare and hoped that we'd make it. We got to Kal Tire to be met with kindness and professionalism.
