We had our belt break outside of town and Jay (The Amazing Worker) knew immediately what had happened with 3 seconds of looking under the hood. Jay and the mechanic stayed late to help us get our vehicle fixed and on the road so we can make it to our destination on time! Amazing service

Have used them for my automotive needs the last few years and always get excellent and honest service. We are lucky to have such a reputable shop in our area. Coming from the lower mainland you are lucky when you get excellence.

On my way back from Quesnel I had my check engine oil light come on. I'd purchased my filter from VW the day prior and was planning on getting the oil done as soon as I got back to Kelowna. Out of an abundance of caution I swung in to see if they took walk-in appointments. They explained that due to the busy time of year (first week for winter tires) they were unable to. They checked the oil anyways and it was on the low side. Right then, they made room for me and within the hour I was on my way! I rely heavily on my vehicle for work and coming into a long weekend (and three hours from home) it was very much appreciated that they were able to help me out on such short notice.

Called KalTire in Cache Creek on a Friday afternoon as we blew a tire out in Clinton on our travel trailer. They were very prompt to send out mobile service the tire was quickly changed by Joel who was great! Thank you for the wonderful roadside service Joel.
