Kal Tire

Professional and on time friendly staff, I didn't have to wait forever and they had coffee for customers and donuts from timmys
My only complaint is not enough chair's to sit in

They do not know themselves what they are doing or what needs to be done.
One guy takes the appointment, makes me wait for a week & a half for my appointment for oil change.
I go on my scheduled time after a week, and get to know that my oil filter is not here.
And when I ask why, they say their supplier only gives a dozen in a box for the filters. I just need one. Is that a joke, like you have a service center.
When I got my oil changed before from them, they ordered the wrong filter.
I still was patient and said nothing.
Like if you cannot do a job, then just say No while booking an appointment.
I would have got it done way before rather than getting my car overdue for service now.
Disappointed in the service!

Got a quote on some tires and rims very helpful and friendly staff. Also they were able to get me a tire last minute and even though they were busy they were still able to put it on my truck very impressed with the service and price. Thank you so much!

Crew at this store was great. We had a slow leak in one of our truck tires, they fit us in quickly, diagnosed and resolved our problem all for free. Thank you Kal Tire!

I was in bc visiting my father. He got a flat and we tried fixing it. It didn’t work. The folks at kal tire were super helpful. And when I wanted to purchase new tires for my father the associate helping me explain that even if I purchased the tires, I’d still have to find the rims and they couldn’t do that. So long story short, I got my dad‘s tire fixed for free and he lives in the middle of nowhere and I could have spent a couple hundred bucks just to get a new tire so we have a good spare that he could use but they didn’t hose me and explain exactly what we had to do so I’m very thankful for the older gentleman that I dealt with at Cal tire in Vanderhoof I believe it was just like July 28. Very nice people and I would definitely go there again. But I live in Edmonton so I hope I never actually have to but very nice people.

Every other place was saying a day or 8 hours for a tire, we came in 15 minutes later they had it done, nice staff as well.

Got me in fast. Helpful. My appointment was at 9: 00. The car was in at 9: 00. They didn't waste time. Everything was explained to me and I paid $500 less than an estimate from a different shop

I have done business with Kal Tire down south over the years. So when I moved here up north and I needed assistance with tires. Of course I went to the local Kal Tire first. I wasn't disappointed. Still excellent service. Great advice. Good prices and good people. Even at their busiest time, they do their best to fit you in and get the job done right. Plus they have an excellent local reputation.

Costumer service is less than desirable. Booked trucks in to get tire work done and when we showed up to drop them off they said they where too busy and that it didn’t work to book ahead. Would have been nice to know that when we booked them in. The employees there also seemed to have a bit of a sour attitude.

Called ahead to book an oil change at the Vanderhoof, BC location and was told there would be no problem. Arrived at the apointed time and stood in front of the counter for nearly 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, let alone helped. When I said that I was there for my oil change appointment, I was told that they were booked solid and I couldn't be helped. No apology, no explanation. Dismissive, unfriendly, and some of the worst service I have ever received from a business establishment.

Appreciate the quick friendly service here the other day when I needed some air added to my tires.
