Kal Tire

We were on the side of the road with two flat tires (with two small kids in tow), and when we called Kal Tire we spoke with Jordan. We got our vehicle towed there and was met with the best customer service ever! They were so generous with their time and efforts for our family! They showed us exactly what happened and why. Jordan was so thorough with us it was unbelievable. All of the staff were outstanding! They got us in and out so quickly! HIGHLY recommend going to Kal Tire-amazing service and such kind people!

After breaking down in the bush and being stuck for three days, with three flat tires, and two small children, and in absolute panic, I rolled into cache creek, looking for help.

Coming up from Vancouver I had a problem with a noise that was becoming increasingly bad in my vehicles front end.
I called around and car repair places could not get me in til next week.
I was worried about being able to return safely to Vancouver.
Dropped in to Kal Tire and Brian said they would fit me in.
They found problem and fixed it for no charge!

Stopped here on the way to Vancouver as our tire pressure warning light had come on. They checked the pressure for all the tires and ensured that everything was good before we got back on the highway. Extremely friendly. Would highly recommend!

Went in on Thursday with tire leaking profusely. Attendant was rude and would help if we lived out of town. Terrible service

I called and spoke to Jordan because my daughter in law was travelling with 3 little ones and was getting a message her tire was low. Jordan took great care of her when she got there and it made me extremely relieved knowing they could continue their journey safely. Thanks Jordan, might have been a small fix for you but meant the world to me knowing they were safe.

Always so helpful! We have got most of our mechanical service done here. Very pleasant staff. Hopefully, in the future, they will be able to accommodate RV tire changes.

Jordan helped us big time after our vehicle broke down on the Coquihalla. He was able to look at our car quickly and though the mechanics were not able to fix it, when I went to pay for his services, Jordan refused to take any payment. He also allowed our 2 year old 2 run amok in the shop while we re-planned our trip. Awesome service!
