Driving through Enderby after a meeting in Vernon and ran over a rubber bungy complete with steel hooks. A hook imbedded itself promptly into my driver side front tire with air puking out. I was fortunate to be able to slowly limp to Kal tire and after a brief examination, Dustin and the team had my Telsa in and the tire repaired within 35 minutes. The friendly and outstanding service was much appreciated. Dustin even got a few digs in about my Tesla. I told him I would be buying my next set of 3/4 ton diesel truck tires from him.lol

I schedule an appt to put new tires on and to get an alignment. I drop it off at 8 am.
I get of yeah, we will be done in an hour.
11 comes around and I call and get
"The tires are in, we just havnt had a chance to do the alignment yet"
Nothing at all that day.
I call at 8 the next day, they say it's ready.
I go in to pick it up and they say " we were not able to do the alignment because of a few issues (which is fine)
But that means my truck has been ready since like 11 am the day before.
No one called to say its ready, or called to say the alignment couldn't be done, or call to ask if I want the other work done.
So from see you in an hour to picking it up the next day.
And the new I was keeping the old tires they were on my box.
Get get home only t see I was still charged a tire disposal fee.
20$ ain't alot for one person but if adds up after alot of people.
They tried to tell me my power stearing was leaking because they saw fluid spray on some parts (I just changed that 2 weeks ago just never cleaned the spray underneath)
So without it actually leaking they suggested I get it fixed.
Buyers beware.

I took my jeep in for an alignment and when it couldn’t be completed on the rear wheels due to work that was needed (the front wheels were completed) I was given a quote for how much it would be to fix the problems in order to complete the alignment, which I decided not to do. When I got there the man at the front desk was so kind and we spoke about my car and how much money we had already put in to it- he told me to put my card away and he didn’t want to charge me for half an alignment. Made my day. Thank you so much sir I wish I got your name <3

Our appointment for a tire change was scheduled for 3pm, we arrived 5 minutes early and were told it would only take 45 minutes at most. Almost an hour later the car had yet to go into the garage. Nearly 2 hours later we're still sitting in the parking lot waiting. Terrible service, terrible organization, and terrible time management.
