Kal Tire

First time customer, last time customer. Booked tire change for this morning at 9am, I arrived 15 minutes early. At 930am they parked my car in the lot and I was then told an alignment was necessary for my car. I asked the estimated time on the alignment, and I was told 25-30 minutes. I agreed to the alignment. It is now 1030am, my car is still in the parking lot and has at least another 30-45 minutes to go. I opted to sit in store and wait for the appointment, expecting about 30-60 minutes total. I do not have 2-2.5 hours to sit in a chair first thing in the morning, especially when I came prepared to only spend a short while here. Unimpressed by the employee's 'estimated time'.

After that lovely 2.5 hours of waiting that I did for my "90 minute max" appointment, I was told that my car actually did NOT require an alignment. So I waited 2.5 hours in your store for genuinely no reason at all. Also, the tires were replaced inside my car in a dangerous fashion, and they actually hit the back of the driver's seat several times on my way home. So time was wasted and safety was put at risk. Thanks again!

Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tried several different options to help with my tire repair or replacement. Same for a wheel. Sadly though, due to unusual tire size and being a Saturday, he was unable to help me.

Had a few recurring flat/air loss issues with a tire on my girlfriends car. With the current state of the okanagan I went in once again to try and get it sorted this time at a different location in case we have to hit the road. Not only was i surprised they were open but Dan (I believe was his name) was extremely helpful and managed to find the real problem with the tire. Not only that but him and an unnamed person managed to get us a new tire from another location and have it mounted and balanced to get us on the road. I greatly appreciated his assistance and wanted to leave one of my first "real" reviews I ever have. Thanks again for your assistance Dan.

Had a bit of a bad experience the first time showing up. But Dan made everything right and I appreciate the timely response.
Will be using them again.

Had a large screw in my tire, I discovered a day before a big road trip. Called my dealer, (its a 2022 SUV) they were of zero help and simply didn't care. Went to Kal Tire, as my wife had taken her vehicle there once before, and talked to Phil, the manager. They ordered the tire I needed, and they installed it the morning I was leaving. The definition of good customer service. I will be back and I highly recommend this location.

I went in with a loud clunking noise coming from my front end/steering. I had no idea how big or small the issue was but it sounded big - and expensive. A 30 minute labor charge and I was on my way. A super honest team

Excellent service.very satisfied.came to repair a hole in tire they did it with great effort immediately.especially Garrett the front desk Manager is fantastic to deal with.will come back.no problem

I had a wonderful experience at this Kal Tire location. The manager Dan is absolutely awesome! He helped me out to get a last minute appointment to swap a flat tire that I got on my way from Calgary to Kelowna. He gave me a great deal and timely, friendly service! 100% will return and recommend this store.

I'm on my way moving to Edmonton. And I had a flat tire in Kelowna with no other help the boys at mr. Lube on the hwy got me done, and for a wonderful price!

Dan the manager gave me exceptional customer service. This is rare for people to do this now days. Had a small mishap and he made it right for me. Dan has earned my business for life now. Thank you.

Although I made a small purchase (33 buck) at Kal Tire the staff very helpful and provided me with additional info about the product I purchased. I was not dismissed even though my purchase was small, they took the time to explain the product I purchased and why I had the problem.

Always fantastic service at the Kelowna Highway 97 location. Dan has been super helpful and I always know when he’s in that I won’t have issues.
This crew is trained well and I always feel like they straightforward and honest and aren’t trying to rip me off which as a single female is great as it’s usually the other way around.

Great service and price. I went in to get my brakes fixed, i.e. Everything from rotors, pads and calipers. The staff was really helpful especially Ryan the mechanic he was excited to work on the car and show my how the brakes are fixed. I would definitely recommend him as he is a top man who knows what he is doing.

Appointment made with no hassle. Vehicle taken in at designated time. Repairs done quickly with information given to me re repairs and time for repairs. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
