Kal Tire

Very friendly staff and I feel like they are really trying their best to help, but the actual mechanical service has been sub par at best. I bought a new set of tires (which are great) but I have had to come back 3 times for 3 separate minor issues and it has taken over an hour for each fix. The only saving grace is that the service is free because I purchased the tires here originally. I wish that the service could be a bit faster when the issues being addressed are fairly minimal. A valve stem repair doesn’t seem like it should take over an hour to fix, or if it does take that long a heads up so I can plan accordingly would go a long way.
