What an awesome staff. Everyone was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. They all made us feel welcome while we were waiting for our tires to get put on.

Management team is clueless. The brown family are a horrible addition to Kaltire. Never get paid well enough. They steal money off your paychecks without notice. Matt Oak is a horrible service technician. He's mouthy and aggressive. 19 year old commercial supervisor who has no clue what he's doing 'Diego' Mark is incompetent and untrained. Can never properly give an accurate time estimate as there no such thing as time.

Husband went in for an appointment to get our winter tires put on. Appointment conformation said to “please allow for 120 minutes appointment time”

My husband was in the store, they did our alignment, put the SUMMER TIRES back on the vehicle because they “misplaced” our winter tires. My husband was not given any updates and overheard all this through the people at the front desk.

My husband was there for 4 hours before they finally found our winter tires and put them on. At the checkout, they refused to discount or remove any fees from the bill.
We are both capable of changing our tires but used Kal-Tire for convenience and because they store your tires. We will not be returning to this location and quite frankly, it is ridiculous that this appointment was so long, my husband was given no updates and that on top of everything, they couldn’t find our tires and refused to discount our $400 bill at all.

I would quickly inquire with the customer with what they need on the phone prior to putting them on hold for 40 minutes to respond with sorry we cannot help you right now.

Rude, Arrogant Receptionist, we are there Regular Account Holder I called 3 Time on Saturday from 2: 10 PM till 2: 35PM without Listing she was putting on Hold atleast give a chance to speak to person who is calling you.
Palacing on Hold to Everyone DOES not Prove that you are Busy and person on other End also have Time Value.

We had problems with our Motorhome, they were very caring and professional.
Over and above to get us back on the road.

Service attendant was informative and straight to the point. My tires were put on that same day and at the time promised.

Hard earned money well spent.

Ken and his service technician team went above and beyond to help me out. They replaced a suspect battery under warranty even though it technically passed the stress test. They researched engine codes and Subaru TSB noticed to try and help me figure out what was causing the problem. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I have been coming to this kaltire, for over ten years. They have always been very speedy, easy to work with and fair prices. Recently i came in with a flat in the front. They did not just fix my tire, they checked my others and noticed i had a leak on the back tire as well. At minus 20 it was nice to not have to change a another tire later that day. Thanks!

Scratched my rims, a day late switching the tires over, and covered the lower part of my dash with mud. Rushed job no care for my vehicle, and was still late!

The gentleman who I spoke with was very helpful and the information he gave me was educational.

Awesome service. These guys are great. Snuck me in for a changeover on my tires and have always gone above and beyond to ship tire sets down for me when my other vehicle is in vernon. Happy to have such a great tire shop in town.

Not so great. Waited an hour and half car still oitside. Wasn't offered a ride, another customer comes in and was told wouldn't be too long, would she like a ride somewhere? Hmmm. Took the car else where. Too hot to hang around after all that time wasted.

They fit me in fast both times I've used this shop, today was for a tire repair. They pulled a nail and did the repair in a timely manner. The shop is spacious and allows for social distancing.

Great folks, I woke up and had a flat and was worried I would miss a day of work. They didn't have my tire but they ordered it and sorted me out with a loaner in 20 minutes flat.

Awesome Service They went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be giving them all my business in the future.

Basically the Air Canada of tire shops, overbooking and under delivering. I understand tire change season is hectic but if it’s going to take 3 hours to change tires on rims you should warn people when they book the appointment.

Disrespectful, condescending and incompetent employees. Manager (A David Brown or Braun) called to discuss the satisfaction survey that I completed few days ago. He displayed the same disrespectful attitude that other employees at the shop demonstrated. What a leader!

Had a tire blow out north of Fort. St. John. Called ahead, they had the tire we needed in stock and Glenn hung around after the shop was closed to wait for me and get me back on the road. Absolutely first class. Thank you so much!

They took such good care of me when I was in a bind. I was treated very well, and the service was very fast! Thanks Kal Tire!

On my way through with a load for the Yukon one time, had trailer tires retorqued. The fellas came out and did it I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes and they didn’t want a dime for doing it. Great service and a good bunch of people.

These guys are always busy especially in October and May during the forced tire changeover period. They do work to get you fixed up though and they have a delivery guy who will come get you or drop you off if needed which is nice. They work on small cars to hi-way tractors and heavy equipment, Kal tire has you covered.

I am from Edmonton, and in August 2019 I was on my way down in my FJ cruiser from a 10,000 km trek up to Tuktoyuktuk and the Arctic Ocean - BRAND NEW set of Cooper ST MAXX 28tires from a local edmonton shop called "trail tire" (horrible tire shop.by the way) - Took a staple in the tire on my way down from the Dempster Highway and was filling it using my on board air compressor - knew my patch would be only temporary. Stopped in this FORT ST JEAN KAL TIRE, told them my situation, and the gentleman (I cant for the life of me remember his name, younger fellow, shorter/almost shaved head if i recall. Chris maybe?) waived the 40$ patch fee and patched it for FREE to get me back on the road. Had no other shop to go to, didnt even buy my tires from the brand (in fact Kal Tire doesn't even carry Cooper) And yet he got me back on the road, for free, and FAST.

I want to thank you. And I hope the shops here in Edmonton that carry the Kal Tire Banner are as solid as this shop is run - thats honesty - knowing i was desperate they could have charged me anything and Id have paid.

Don't buy steel trailer rims from them bought one rim and new tire drove to yard parked for a week went to use trailer and tire flat took it back said leaking on rim and made me buy new rim as they said no warranty
Had to buy a second rim and tire for axel next to it as well now I have 2 new tires and rims that won't hold air because the rim is defective or they damaged them installing and want me to replace rims I already bought 1 rim to replace defective one I am not buying a new rim every time I use trailer I am going to buy one from there competitor

Nice shop. Lots of selection. Very nice wheels for your car or truck. Knowledgeable staff. Haven't tried the installation or service area yet.

They had me in and out in less than an hour, and that includes mounting two different sets of tires after changing my mind from a set of snow tires I purchased at a competitor, and opting to go with a set of their studded Nokian tires, after they agreed to show me their extra inventory in their basement warehouse.

They even let me drive their shop truck to return the other tires while they had my truck on their lift!

Truly, a quality crew, and a quality service! They treated this stranger like family, and helped keep me safe on the ALCAN!

It was more then terrible service! It was embarrassing! Dropped 4 tires off at 10: 00 in morning, called at 2: 00 in afternoon, they hadn't even started working on them, the only bright side was I got paid to sit and wait on these clowns!

Extremely fast service every time I go in there I love going in there they're nice people did the sales guy he fix me right up needing a PO number for Gordon Food Service they got a tire on my trailer and no time it was really nice of them can help me out around closing time thanks Kal Tire

I was at a gas station in the morning filling up and noticed a scrape in the back driver's side tire so I poked it and discovered that it was actually a large hole.
This deflated it entirely but luckily there was a Kal Tire across the way.
When I got there the guy told me that they didn't have the tire but they could order one.
At this time I'm out a tire and a car but they said that if I get the summer one they cold rotate them so it would hold until it gets in.
When the tire arrived I went down and found out they could stud it like the others for free because they do that in store.

Amazing service! Such nice guys! Fair and patient! I was in and out very quickly and they even helped me with info about the roads and weather.

Service was great, staff was knowledgeable and able to help me pick the right tires and rims for my truck.

It was the biggest nightmare trying to get one tire fixed at kaltire fsj on top of that they wouldn't even add air to my other tire with out charging me 30$ to inspect it. I would recommend one of the other 10 tire shops.
