These guys are the best in the biz. 5 stars from me. Busy location for a reason, but they get a lot done in a day. Shout out to Nash. Great employee. You can tell he really cares about what he does.

Excellent shop. Have come here for personal and commercial truck tires/services; I’ve always had excellent, speedy customer service. I live in town and would still head out to the shop for any work getting done on tires and wheels

Booked my appointment online for a tire puncture repair. I liked that I was able to see how much it would be in the online booking system and it was easy to book BUT beware! The price you see online is not what you'll actually pay.even though it says the amount "due at store". What the website didn't make obvious is that the price you see is only for labour and does not include the cost of tire patch, which was an extra $16.just for a patch. That should be made more obvious on the booking process or told to the customer before they start the repair. I got the bill and wasn't told about extra fees. I checked the email later and unfortunately it says there may be extra fees for supplies, but I didn't even see it because that was a small note in the email. I understand this might be a corporate issue and not store specific so I can't be too negative about the store because the staff was reasonably friendly and service was fast, but next time I'm going back to my regular tire place which doesn't overcharge extra for just a patch.

I had a broken valve in my trailer tire today and brought it down to Kal Tire. Notwithstanding that they were short staffed, they fixed it for me while I waited, and did it at no charge! Great business! Great group of guys! When I need to set a tires, next time, I'll definitely consider Kal Tire!

Went in yesterday afternoon with my husband after noticing we had a screw in our back tire. The service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. He came right out and checked the tire and said they could get to it shortly. We had a call within an hour that it was ready.
Very pleased with our service.
Price was actually better than we expected which is a plus.

Just found a leak in my right front tire and was concerned as I had an important meeting to attend at 1300 today. Kal Tire squeezed me in and had my tire repaired in no time at no charge. I buy my tires there as they are the best price I have found. I recommend them to everyone.

Service is great at this location. Dropped off a tire with a screw in it during their busiest time winter tire season. They said they would try to get to it that day but couldn’t guarantee it. Called me back in 2 hours that it was done. Recently had another flat and they immediately took it in had it repair and back on the road in less than half an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Visiting from out of town and noticed a big screw and slow leak in our tire. These lovely group of folks got us in right away on NYE and quickly repaired the tire. Service was fantastic and fast. Very polite and friendly staff. Thank you so much, we love Kal Tire and will be customers for life, they have fantastic warranties on their tires. Highly recommend.

100% unreal service. They were short handed and i needed a flat repaired last minute at 1 pm and my family with two small children had a ferry to catch at 3pm back home 16 hours away. A commercial sales person was at the front desk that was just helping on his day off made sure we were able to get back on the road with no charge. Touche to you sir. Not to mention at no cost.

Did they know that I own 4 plumbing cans three personal vehicles and a travel trailer. Hahahah so yup they did. They got my Dodge Ram tires when it needed them. They’ve done 2 out of thw four plumbing vans and the whole reason I’m here today is because my trailer needs tires.

What can I say? One small gesture when I was in a bind has gotten them a ton of business. Keep it up. It’s nice knowing that’s there’s still great people in this world and I also appreciate the fleet discounts etc.keeep it up! You’ll always have my business

I was in a situation with an almost flat tire with something stuck in it and live in Sooke. It was around 4 in the afternoon and was worried. I called 3 other tire shops was told no including the Kal tire on Millstream. So I then called Kal tire on Sooke rd at around 4: 10 and was told if I was close by that they could probably take care of it before closing. They went above and beyond

I just tried to buy some A/T tires, and they didn’t have what I wanted in the stock size for my vehicle. So I asked if they sell rims that would fit my SUV, and they just…. Hung up on me? ! There was no disagreement before this. They just can’t even be bothered to answer whether or not they even sell rims for my vehicle? What an unreasonable thing to ask of a company that sells rims and tires! God forbid I might have spent over $2200 at their business and wasted their valuable time!

This is will be my first and last interaction with Kal Tire for the rest of my life, unbelievable.

I had a slow but critical leak in one of my tires. Like everyone, a flat tire creates a huge barrier to our lives. The employees at this location went above and beyond to help get me back on the road in no time. Not only did they stand behind the warranty, they fit me into an already busy day of appointments. Hats off to this location and their staff. This is now the one and only Kal Tire location I will use and refer loved ones to.

We dropped in (without an appointment) for a small, but bothersome, issue we were having with our car. They were so helpful. Got us out of a jam. Very pleasant, courteous and professional.

Quick change, professional service and good price. They performed an inspection of multiple items beyond carrying out the tire change and provided me with a report. The online support ahead of time in ordering in the correct tires was excellent as well

Have been going to Kal Tire since 2016.

Just ordered 4 new tires for my 2003 Volvo S40. Tires were a good price and I was in and out in under one hour, always excellent service.

They have always given good service and if something went wrong with a tire and it was something they had done wrong (only happened once), they fixed it at no charge.

Like the fact they offer tire storage at a nominal fee.

I would recommend Kal Tire to friends and family.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at KalTire. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took excellent care with my vehicle. While waiting for the vehicle to be serviced I witnessed the professionalism with which Erik, in particular, handled multiple queries by phone and in person. He provided unparalleled customer service. Highly recommended!

We called with an emergency, 4 other tire shops told us it would be days before they could get us in, this location told us they would fit us in to get us safely on the road back home. They had us in and out in 15 minutes!

I've had great customer support and experiences with this shop in the past, but yesterday was a different story. I'm not sure if it's COVID or their customer service is slipping, but I have never had such bad service when trying to have my vehicle repaired. Miscommunications may have played a part here, but at least have the courtesy to admit when you are wrong and apologize. Don't argue with the customer on a personal level. I'll never set foot in this shop again.

Eric and the team at Kal Tire did a fantastic job setting me up with a new set of tires and fixing some broken and stripped wheel studs. Gave me a great deal and saved me some money. And when a rear brake caliper decided to stick the following day, they fit me in and got the car back on the road as fast as they could. I recommend them for your tire and brakes.

Amazing service. They went beyond expectations to fix a leak on an imperfect rim, tourked all wheels and set air pressure on all tires without being asked. The bill was very reasonable. They took the time to provide an excellent explanation of current and long-term possibilities. They also price match on tires. I strongly recommend this business.

Hayden assisted with my flat, offered fantastic replacement cost pricing and options, no upselling, just facts. Best tire-shop experience in Victoria BC bar none; and excellent service follow-up.

Unsatisfied. They couldn't give me a clear awnser why my tire couldn't be fixed, while another tire shop, I went to right after, could right away and I didn't have to wait one whole day to find that it out.

I found that my RV had one back tire that I could not pump. Pressue was around 0. RV had to go to trip in 3 hours. It was Saturday. Half of tire services in Victoria were closed, half were booked several days in advance. Kal Tire in Sooke was oppened and they replaced tire in 40min. My trip was saved. Very good and professional service.

I was going to drive to Calgary on Wednesday, so Tuesday I went to Kal tire and spoke with Eric who said the rules for drive bc require tread over 5 millimeter, so we went to the car and my treads were 4.9 - 4.8 mm so if I was in an accident I would have no coverage, they had no tires for my size, so I started to panic, Eric being the gentleman he is got me tires that were an inch smaller and said we have a 30 day return policy, so after my drive back I went back to Kal tire and they ordered me proper sized tires, extremely satisfied with them and highly recommended

They fit me in between two appointments to have my tires swapped out quick and easy. There prices are higher than some but service was there!

These guys are great! I ran over a screw in the middle of my wedding day. I showed up with no appointment and they got me in right away and didn't charge me anything because it was my wedding day! Unbelievable! If not for them, I would have been late to the ceremony or stranded on the side of the road. Thank you very much for helping my special day go so smoothly!

Nash and Eric are so professional. When I came out there to pick up tires, the entire staff was extremely respectful, professional and caring. They were honest in regards to the condition of one tire and were very helpful in assisting me put the tires in the truck. I was absolutely shocked at this level of professional service. I work for a very well established organization and I can say this was one of the best services I have ever had. I seriously recommend Kal Tire on Sooke road because of their honest and caring staff.

First rate, had the best service from this location.was a die hard fountain tire person, but now I deal with kal-tire, all of my vehicles go to kal.

We so appreciate Kal’s flat repair policy. When we came to VI way back in another century, we had a flat and Kal fixed it no charge. The fellow said “You’ll probably keep us in mind in the future”.

Friendly staff, was in and out in about 30 minutes for a tire repair, and they have a popcorn and coffee machine to use while you wait.

Took in a flat tire. The next day it wasn't ready after 24 hours. Took the tire and my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Excellent service received at the Sooke Rd branch. Rolled in with a big nail in my tire from a construction site first thing in the morning. The technician greeted us well, and was quick in completing the repair work within 15-20 minutes. Will definitely go there again.

Solid place to get tires because the service is great and they also beat Costco price both times. Was only by a few bucks but there warrant and the ability to go to any Kal Tire accross the country won me over.
The guys here at this location are awesome tho!
