I brought my vehicle in today for an appointment to get some Geolanders installed etc. The service today was AMAZING! Everyone was absolutely wonderful! They took care of my vehicle, quickly and gently removed and installed my new tires, did everything that needed to be done. The guys are super friendly and very understanding. If anyone knows me I am a little fussy about my vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations today! OUTSTANDING!

Seems like a pretty good place so far. Tire storage is available. Service is timely. Atmosphere is good. They change my oil as well. All is pretty good here. It’s better than across the street at Mr Lube: it seems like Mr Lube expected a tip, and then held emotional blackmail if I didn’t leave a tip. That’s why I came here to KalTire, there’s no problems, easy fast and simple service without the blackmail for a tip.

Purchased some Nokian tires on May 9,2023, and am extremely satisfied with the tires and the excellent service I received from Matt and the team. Highly recommended.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff here at the Eagle Landing location! We had a very heavy snowfall yesterday and I was concerned about the slow leak of my tire so I called in to see whether they have open spot. I told the guy on the phone about my concern and he said "yes we're quite fully booked, but just drop off your car and we'll fix it for you before closing". I was very happy that they still accept me because 2 weeks ago I also went to another location and their next availability was in 2 weeks. Thank you for the quick service!

Great service! I called in with a blown tire needing to get fixed right away, Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me a great deal on a new set of tires, brought the tires into the store from the warehouse and installed within about 6 hours. I will be back and will be recommending this Kal tire!

Had a tire that was almost flat. The Eagle Landing location in Chilliwack BC fit me in immediately and did the necessary repair at no charge! Perhaps I will now go ‘the extra mile’ and use that location in the future even though it’s farther away for all my tire needs!

Late one Saturday afternoon, I dropped by Kal Tire because I had a slow leak. I walked in the door at 3: 35, and I was out the door by 4: 00, with a quoted time of 30 minutes (they were 5 minutes ahead of schedule!). I didn't have a reservation and yet they manage to not only fix the leak but they also shined all 4 tires within that time! Amazing service!

I went to Kal Tire to repair a valve in my daughters tore and the service was amazing. I was looking for a new tire shop because the one I usually go to in Agassiz doesn't have the service it once had and I've deffinately found it. I will go back for tires and service on my car and my daughter was also extremely happy when the manager didn't charge her anything for fixing her valve. She going to be in the market for new rims and tires soon so she will be back to the Eagle Landing Kal Tire

Very quick and efficient. They did not have a lot of tires like your Costco stores, however they had most of the top 3-5 tires which pretty much is all anyone ever cares about. Would have loved to spend some time understanding if my choice of tires were good speaking to someone at the store. In pursuit of efficiency i did feel a bit robotic about the experience, cuz everything was over online and i only had to drop the key, pick the key and pay! Call me old school, but I missed the human interaction and expert opinion about the experience.

Thank you to Matt & the tech for correcting the pulling problem to the right as unfortunately the other tire & alignment shop in Chilliwack could not correct the pull after the second time there and their tech threw his hands in tha air and said I don't know what is causing it.

I have used the Kal Tire at Eagle landing a few times now and the service has always been very good and it's been a very easy process. The work has always been done pretty quickly and I can't complain. I have found them to be very honest too, I went in to have my tires changed and I noticed a terrible squeaking coming from somewhere on the car and I asked if they could check that out and it turns out there was a small rock that had jammed near the brakes and he knocked the rock out and the squeaking was gone. I have dealt with Robert olafson at this branch and he has always been very helpful and not pushy in anyway and I think he deserves a mention. I recommend this place.

Overall, a great experience in getting tires for the vehicle! They brought them in from their warehouse and the vehicle was completed in about 90 minutes. The staff were helpful, very nice and friendly. Social distancing was in place and we felt safe there. Waiting area was very clean and tidy as well as the service bays. One small piece of advise if may. Please conclude your transaction with a customer instead of telling them to please wait while you deal a walk in.

Never went to Kal TIre before and I found this to be a very positive experience. Rob was absolutely wonderful to deal with and genuinely wanted to help me out. First time car owner getting winter tires put on our car. Service team was friendly and efficient. Good prices for tires! Easy location. Fast service! Winter tires installed in less than an hour. They wrapped our original tires for storage. Much appreciated.

Not only is the warehouse here in town.i got a sick patern and good tread value. Will add photo.sick patern.knock off grabber and bfgs I see the wear by the tread stamp. 1409 all In.not bad for 20s

The last Kal Tire that we went to didn't test the tire after plugging a screw hole. We were very disappointed but after we went to the Chilliwack location at Eagles Landing they fixed it quickly and even reinstalled it on the truck for free. I am very impressed with the service and the fella we dealt with was very nice and informative.

I've always had great service from Kal Tire, winters on and off seasonally for years now. Prompt, quality service.

Had new tires installed Saturday to have major vibration issues. Returned to the store the next am to have the tires rebalanced. Just 2 days after original installation. Hope this fiixes the issue and we do not have to wait for a replacement tire.

Customer service in every Kal Tires I've been to is incredible. They always take the time to explain the problem, and in my case, they couldn't fix it, so they did not even charge for evaluation! I really appreciated the service, and I highly recommand them!

I bought a Nissan frontier and had problems finding a rim that fit I'm sure I was a absolute nightmare customer and these guys were so patient and went WAY above and beyond for me as I don't understand anything to do with rims and tires I went from being stressed and sick to my stomach with worry about the right look and fit for my truck as I spent around 4 thousand and these guys beyond saved me I thank God truly for people like these guys as I know how much of a problem I was lol but they truly went above the call of duty to make my job EXACTLY I MEAN EXACTLY what I want thank you soooooo much kal tire eagle landing

These people are awesome. They will go above and beyond for anything or anyone. Whoever knew you could walk out of a store like this and pay as little as $11 for them to work on your vehicle. Always impressed and would recommend this place to everyone

Went in for a wheel alignment and was told they could not do it due to excessive play in the front right strut. They offered a quote to repair the issue for $1400+ (quick strut replacement involves removal 7 bolts once the tire is off - very easy job). I took my vehicle home and could not see anything wrong with the struts so I called to confirm that it was indeed the right front (passenger side). They confirmed the diagnosed strut but could not give me details because the technician was not in that day. I trusted the technicians notes and replaced the strut in 30 minutes. I made a second appointment with them and after letting me wait for 90 mins for a phone call I returned and they again refused to do the alignment due to a faulty left front strut. I was a little upset at this point for the colossal waste of my time and money, but the technician did show me his concern. There was more play in the left front than in the brand new one on the right, but that is to be expected as it's a brand new part. There was no signs of oil leakage or that the dampening had been compromised. They still refused to complete my alignment. I will NEVER return to this location and am now unsure if I would ever use any KalTire again. Some advice if considering this location - have any quote worth over $200 checked by another shop. I'm willing to bet it will save you money. No compensation was offered to me of any sort for the poor communication between technicians that caused me this nightmare waste of time.
