It took about two hours but in the end there was no cost to us, so I'm happy about that, just wish I wasn't stranded at Walmart for all that time. Me and our two sons were pretty bored. I had phoned ahead but they are super busy. Be prepared to wait, it's worth it.

Super friendly and helpful service. Two hours into our road trip we got a flat tire and they were not only able to get us in last minute but got the tire fixed and had us back on the road an hour later! Will definitely be returning customers here.

Stopped in while vacationing because our van was giving a tire pressure warning. Was quickly looked after. The problem was immediately diagnosed as a computer issue. Our van’s computer was reset and we were on our way within 15 minutes. We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff in helping us solve the problem.

Thank you Kal Tire Campbell River. After coming from another community I didn't realize City District wasn't plowing roads; they were horrible. I got stuck so many times and I finally had enough. Kal Tire squeezed me and put some chains on my car. They were polite and professional and super clean!

I test the tire I did 110km and it felt like there a bump in the new tires that was just put on feb. 3
It’s rated at 140kms it wasn’t a smooth ride that for sure hope it could be looked at sooner than later.

I purchased my Nokian tires 2 years ago from Kal Tire. Yesterday I noticed one of my tires looking flat. I took the pressure it was down to 15lbs. Anyway thought I may have developed a leak so I phoned Kal Tire to ask when I could book an appointment to come in. I was told on the phone that for a leak repair they weren't booking appointments that it was first come first serve so bring my car in the following day and they would fit me in. So today I leave first thing I live an hour and half from town. I get to Kal Tire approach the service desk state my issue and the lady at the counter ask if I have an appointment. No I say I was told that I wouldn't be able to make an appointment to just bring my car in and I would be fit in. Long story short I was told they would need all day to get my car in and sorry your sol basically. Ok I will go somewhere else, as I live out of town, I could not leave my car there for the entire day snow forecast for tonight and in order to drive safely home I need to leave by 3pm. So I go to another local tire retail/repair shop, my car was back in my hands after 45 minutes.now comes the frustrating part that makes me angry.turns out both rear tires were losing air because they both had faulty valve stems. I didn't have time for them to check and possibly replace the front valve stems aswell however I will be keeping close watch on the front tires to make sure I don't have the same issue and end up stuck in the middle of nowhere with 2 flat tires.

These tires weren't cheap, I drive less than 5000km a year the tires are still nearly brand new.one faulty valve can be excused 2 faulty valves not so much and if it turns out to be an issue with all 4, well no comment.so not only did I get given incorrect information on the phone (my original purpose for phoning was to book an appointment) that resulted in me waisting my time driving to Campbell River only to find out I would have to go somewhere else. But it turns out that the pricey tires I purchased so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting a flat in winter in the middle of nowhere had faulty stems.

The service was excellent at the other place and I will be giving them my business in the future for both tire repair and purchasing.

These folks bend over backwards to help you out. Squeeze you into appointments, check and do minor repairs for free, pick-up and drop off. A rare 5-star rating from me.

Pulled in with a flat front right tire at 4: 50 pm on a Friday when everyone was preparing to go home for the weekend. Tyler was happy to stay late and not charge me for the flat repair even though we'd never been there before. The tire ended up being un repairable so we decided to put 4 new tires on the truck and they even stayed later with smiles and never one com plaint. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely professional. Thank you to Tyler and his staff. Exceptional Service and we absolutely are thrilled with the Nokian Rotiva AT's on the truck. We got a flat tire on our way back to Victoria and stopped through this Kal Tire for service. Right from the first phone call the service was exceptional and the gentleman that assisted us was so friendly and gave us tips for getting home safe. Would recommend!

I had a flat tire that needed a repair. Since I only come to Campbell River about once a month to get groceries etc, was time sensitive so I could catch a certain ferry. I didn't have an appointment but I called ahead & they took my tire no problem. Very fast, efficient, friendly & they didn't charge me the repair. I went with these guys because of the reviews & I can see why their amazing.

Great tires you can just never get your car in there anymore unless you book a couple years in advance

We were camping near Woss and had one of our trailer tires go flat. We took the tire to Campbell River to another repair shop we were told “maybe they could get to it today. ” Well we couldn’t wait all day with the chance that it might not get fixed, so we came to Kal Tire and they helped us right away. Excellent and prompt customer service and even fresh picked apples while we waited. Definitely 5 stars!

Went above and beyond in service. I got my last tires at Canadian Tire for tax exempt reasons, this fall I will buy my snow tires from them.

I have had some really bad experiences with other tire stores in the past, but my experience at kaltire was amazing, the man at the front desk by the name of Dan was so helpful, and professional. They got the job done faster then expected and were so kind. They exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Just to provide background I was looking to buy a new used truck and it was the day I went to look at the vehicle it was raining sideways. I was able to get in to the shop to have a pre purchase inspection carried out. The staff were great, very professional and efficient and they were able to quickly get me in and out with thorough inspection. Not only did the service writers meet the customers with great customer service the staff in the shop seemed to be really enjoying working which just adds to the impression it’s a great place to work. Charged for putting winter tires on new rims and a balance. They didnt balance the tires at all, no wieghts or anything. Brought it back with a bad shimmy, tried to sell my on a $1800 for full break job to fix the issue. Brought it into Ironwood auto technicians who did the breaks AND balanced them for a fraction of the cost. Use Kal Tire at your own peril

I brought my truck in with a slow leaking tire. They had it fixed within an hour, free of charge! Great service and a friendly, clean atmosphere!
