Had a miss understanding with Kal Tire, they were quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Still highly recommend them for there customer service.

Had to retire my long lasting 4 season BF goodrich advantage T/A's.
After shopping around and due to limited availability on 15 in wheels for our older car. Kal tire suggested the Nokian One 3 season tires. The installation was fast and all the employees were professional along with a brake/front end inspection and checking torque specs.on each wheel. After installation we noticed a smoother/quieter ride and a 5% increase in fuel mileage. The only drawback is we will have to purchase a set of snowtires for the winter.

KALTIRE lost my may spacer rings and when contacted the manager he said they were with the lug nuts. I check they were not. Phoned KALTIRE the manager then said they left them one the rims. So I checked again and still no rings. So called again and the manager said he would order new ones and send me a comfirmation email by days end. I didn't recieved the email and realized they don't know the brand of the after market rims to order the right size or model. KALTIRE MANAGER was dishonest. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone due to their dishonesty.

Went to drive to work this past Monday (March 20,2023) and found a flat tire on my car. I put on my spare and drove to this Kal Tire to see if they could fix my flat - it was a nail. They were quite busy with appointments and other flat repairs but they still were able to fix mine and reinstall it while I waited, excellent service!

Made and appointment to switch over to winter tires. Arrived but they didn't have our tires out of storage because it wasn't in the work order. There was a miscommunication somewhere, but they offered to have the tires couriered out ASAP and got them installed the next day. Nobody assigned blame, but they actively sought a solution to the problem to my benefit, a key sign of great customer service. Of course, their benefit is the guarantee of my return business.

Great work, special shout out to Calvin (I believe that was his name) for making it happen!

I was very impressed. This was a lot better than a dealership where they book you an appointment which is simply when you check in, not when your car goes in for service. At Kal Tire, your appointment is when your car gets serviced. So it's quick!

This kaltire location is so amazing and takes such great care of all of their customers. I have come in multiple times over the years with a surprise flat tire or nail in my tire and they have been able to get me in almost every time right away. Their customer service is excellent and once they removed a nail and patched my tire completely for free at a moments notice. Would recommend this location to anyone, I moved out to Langley and still drive to Port Moody specifically to come to this location.

Bought new tires from Kal Tire a bit ago and have had some bad luck of running over a nail and a screw within the past year. Both times, we've brought in my car to have the tires fixed with fast and exceptional service. The guys there are so friendly. Highly recommend the Kal Tire on Runnel Dr.

I have bought tires at several Kal Tire locations in AB & BC & always received good service. This morning was exceptional in Port Moody. I dropped in without appt needing wheel lug locks removed. The young fella working as a service writer came out without hesitation & removed them himself. I will be sending all my families tire needs to this location in the future. Thank you so much for the "old school", old fashioned garage type service, I thought that no longer existed!

I have been visiting this place whenever I need to inflate my tires (for free). They always assist with a smile and during my last visit I was told one of my tires has too little air left. So I was advised to bring the car in for a checkup. I brought it in another day and they found a nail in the tire, and did not charge me! I truly appreciate their service and will be bringing my car in for service maintenance

Quick service, polite personal, competitive prices. One complaint is an absence of a coffee maker.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I took it to kaltire here in Coquitlam. It was fixed promptly and I got a call when it was ready for pickup. Valve stem was broken. No charge because I purchased the tires here. During pickup I was about to take the tire when a different staff member noticed my tire was missing a valve cover. He was obviously busy and on the phone but took the time to get a valve cover and put it on my tire. Bravo. Another good experience here.

Calvin and Jake and the other staff are always so helpful. They just helped me get a brand new set of tires and have kept all of my vehicles running over the years. Recommend anyone to visit them.

Got new tires at a different location Kal Tire, dropped by there twice, once for air top up and another to fix hole in wife's car, no charge! Great service and professional team.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Honestly this place needs to check itself before it wrecks itself. Do not go in for a simple tire fix. They do extra stuff without asking you. Then you get billed for the extra stuff, you never wanted done without your knowledge. Customer service is just complete poo!
They don't have your best interest. Read the reviews throughly before you go to this place. Something I did not do!
There are many other tire shops near by before you try these shams!

Terrible craftmanship and service - we recently got our alternator and battery replaced and weeks later the car shut off in the middle of busy highway and we had to pull over on the right lane (still partially in lane) - the battery was drained to the level that even the hazards did not work. My whole family was with me, including our toddler and there were multiple close calls, waiting for roadside assistance.

We towed the car to Kal Tire Coquitlam and left overnight. Called this morning to confirm and simply said they used a "faulty part" and that they will replace under warranty - not 1 apology or empathy from the service people even after explaining our horrid situation. Will not be doing business - both quality of work and service are just terrible.

Good quality tires but customer service is not great.
Wouldnt trust them with advice or work other than tire related things.

Wow. Where do I begin.honestly, this is the best Kal Tire I have ever been to in my life. Their bushes and trees created the ultimate protection for me and this cute girl to make out behind. I mean, boy, what a parking lot. I'm sure some passersby got a sneak peak, but you really cannot go wrong here. I'd definitely come back.

Kal tire came through big time today.
I was on my way somewhere with my utility trailer when I noticed that the left wheel was flat so I quickly pumped air back in and all looked good to me before moving on again. As soon as I got over the Golden Ears Bridge the tire went flat again so I stopped at Canadian tire of which they could not find any tire that I needed nor could they track one in any of the other locations across Canada in fact. They called other companies
like Lordco, Napa, but not a one. They gave up so I did my search. Second call in I got through to Kal Tire of which the location in Coquitlam had exactly 2 of the same exact size I needed. Bought the second just in case the other side blows, nevertheless they said come on down with an hour before closing they did the repair in line 10 mins. How fantastic I felt cause I had to leave my trailer behind hoping nothing wom be stolen and all was saved. Thanks Kal Tire!

I always trust kal tire with my oil changes! Great location and always great service. Full checkup of my car and they don't try to upsell unnecessary things! Very professional location.

Broke a shock because of an unmarked dip in a construction zone. Took the car into Kal Tire. They bent over backwards to find after market replacements - Mazda factory shocks were back ordered and would have taken weeks. They installed the new shocks that same day, and came in 200 dollars under estimate- first time ever that happened with a mechanic. Would recommend them anytime

Ordered a set of new tires and wheels through this location and unfortunately there were some hiccups along the way (not totally the fault of this location). Overall, the staff made effort to correct things with me so even though there was some delays for me to get what I wanted it was still an overall positive experience.

I'm an Uber driver and I drive around 10,000 km per month so I care a lot about my tires and getting regular high quality oil changes and other maintenance for my car. I find the team at KAL Tire to be extremely professional. Their service quality seems to be the best out of all the places where I have had service done here in the Lower Mainland. Their prices are very reasonable too! In the past, I was just coming here for tires but now I will be coming here both for my tires and also to have my oil changes and other vehicle maintenance and service as well!

I popped a tire and needed it replaced. Around the same time I found other issues with my engine and I’ve been having lots of difficulty affording all of this right now. I was able to find two tires off of marketplace for cheap but only planned on getting one installed for now so I could afford to fix the other issues first. Anyway, I told them I could only afford the one and took my car in to get it installed and they ended up putting both on for me without charge! I seriously can’t thank you guys enough! Very much appreciated!

Had a flat tire at rear and went there for repair but it was run flat tire and offer to replace one singe tire for $415 (continental 225 45. It was too expensive. This made me going for 4 standard tires (michelin) $ 875. And they told me to check the alignement for couple hundreds as well. When picking up, they had excellent customer service like shut up just pay and go. I would love come back. Thank you.

This tire shop quickly completed my alignment. The receptionist said she would ask the mechanics to put on fresh gloves before getting into my vehicle. They price match their competitors. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience for when you can't do the job yourself.

The guys and gals here are how I wish it was wherever I do business: friendly, attentive, down-to-earth, and most importantly have a sense of humor! Had a flat caused by a lovely rusty nail and kindly offered it back to me so I could run over it again with my other tire! It's that kind of service that keeps me coming back! I was there today to swap back to my summer tires and what a difference from another Kaltire location. My experience with Kaltire at Lougheed wasnt great. My wheel was damaged. But guys at Runnel drive went the extra mile. My tire had a defect and these guys found me the new oem tire and replaced it in the same day which wasnt the case in the beginning. Manager Calvin and mechanics Cody, Shahin were great to take care of me. They are also close to where i live. Why bother to search for anywhere else for tire work. I appreciate their service.

I wouldn’t say Kal Tire has the lowest tires and services prices in town, but not the most expensive, either.
I was happy with prompt service and reminder calls. I didn’t feel like service team rushed the installation and appreciated inspections during the tire installation service.
The lounge was comfortable and relaxing. The Starbucks coffee was actually pretty good.
Mechanical service quote is a bit higher than other similar shops, but I have not compared the parts and services in detail.
I would definitely consider Kal Tire for my second vehicle tires replacement.

Go to a little shop, go to a different Kal Tire go any where but here.

I Requested new valve stems with my new tires on my NEW truck (less then 400km on the truck) the quoted me an extra $4 for them and I said no problem.

Well that’s where the problem began.

When I was giving back the keys to my truck I was told there was a problem wasn’t really explained what it was but told none of my tpms sensors are currently working they had to order valve stems and they would be in contact with me tomorrow.

Tomorrow came with no contact and a pair of unreturned phone calls from me to them.

Finally I got a hold of someone who I later found out was a manager there who told me to bring the truck in and we will take care of it.
Perfect right what more could you ask for?

Yeah I wish When I got there the managers tone has changed the part was The problem it’s a dealership warranty issue, and “a dealership only part”. Knowing that this was complete BS I made a B line for my dealership just a few blocks away where the service department quickly said there’s not a chance that this is warranty and put the blame on Kal Tire.

Thankfully I was prepared for this and immediately called Kal tires corporate office and put in a complaint. Corporate office immediately contacted the regional manager (like seriously I’m shocked at how quick they had this dealt with) And within just minutes the part and magically arrived at Kal tire and the manager wanted to install it and make things right.

The fact is it should never of taken three phone calls a trip to them a trip to the dealership and then a trip back to them to get this problem solved.

A lot of people would’ve taken their vehicle to the dealership and excepted that it was a dealership only part and they had to fix it and paid out of their own pocket and that a manager would attempt to put people in that position is disgusting!

I changed my tires to winter The actual service was pretty good and it is usually easy as I have two sets of wheels. However I was mistakenly overcharged a bit and the front line people seemed a bit annoyed by having to correct the transaction. The guy was nice and offered to reverse the whole payment, but also mentioned he would be happy to pay for it himself, sort of implying my request for the $14 refund was petty. Of course I paid and I was happy to since the service was good. Oh the other attendant made me wait until she tendered to all the people in the line even though she had been given my keys long before people got through the door. Bottom line, if you are a patient person and check your bill before you pay (my bad) this is a good place to go.

I was on a long road trip this summer and had some problems with two of my tires. I contacted Gord and he took care of everything for me. I really appreciate the kind service I received and I can tell that Gord takes great pride in his shop.

Excellent service. Purchased KO2s without any issues. They set an appointment for 10am and had me out the door within an hour even though it was very busy. It's really awesome when a shop actually performs the work during the appointment time, no waiting around all day for the work to complete. Definitely recommend going here.

Really recommend this location for all your car needs. They are very honest and are focussed on customer service. Have been to other businesses for my car and experienced a lot of questionable practices, which I did not have to deal with at Kal Tire. Based on quotes I received Kal Tire came in at about 10-15% less expensive for some mechanical type work and were more competitive with pricing on tires.

Quick and inexpensive service for winter wheel swap.they also took time to explain the difference between hub-centric and lug centric wheels.

I had a bolt in one of my tires. They took me in right away with no appointment, patched it in no time, and to make things even better they did it all for nothing. No charge.

They told me all the issues they saw after their checkup and gave me some recommendations. I never felt pressured on buying anything. Amazing service. Especially from the brunette lady that took care of me. Sorry I didn't get her name! Total pro.

Few months ago I purchased a set of winter tires from this store and within tire change over, one of the crew damaged the bead of one of the summer tires. I was looking this from the showroom and asked the front counter to check the tire. Although he saw the cut on the bead, but he just said that is fine! And refused to at least apologize about this careless action. This is true that this was not the end of the world, and the tire might be useable, but at least I was expected that they accept their mistake and behave in a different manner.
Nevertheless, I still recommend Kaltire over the other competitors, and I hope that they pay more attention about the customer service.

Fantastic custom service, great staff. I have always had a great experience at Kal Tire over the past 4 years, it is for sure a place to consider when getting tires. They are fast with their service and the quality of tires they deal with are by far top of the line. I like the fact they have locations all over the lower mainland and the tires are guaranteed and you can go to any of there locations if you need then to check on your tires or if you have a flat. I do a lot of driving on back roads and having this reasurance is very beneficial to me. Both my husband Rob and I are very happy with Kal Tire.

I made an appointment for the following day at 8: 30am. When I showed up they had no record of it but they put me through. By 9: 45 they come to tell me that they can't put the tires on because of age. By 10 I was finally able to get back to work with absolutely nothing but a complete waste of time. I went somewhere else and had a swap done on the spot within 30mins no problem.

They have amazing customer service! My pregnant mother and I came in for a service and sat in their lounge and the woman that helped us (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, brown hair in a ponytail who spoke with us over the phone) was very accommodating and even offered my mother another chair in case she wasn’t comfortable enough since she was so far into her pregnancy. They also had fresh popcorn, coffee, tea, and hot water for us and TV. They were so friendly the entire time. The reason I came in was because I had some issues following a visit from another oil change elsewhere and they were able to diagnose our problem for us and top up our oil that was leaking.at no charge! We couldn’t believe it. We will definitely be taking our business here after the great service. Thank you so much for the excellent service and friendly staff!

They were super polite, I dealt with Gord. They put on my new tires, advised me when to remove them, let me know about Kal Tire's storage and tire change out policies, and they had free coffee available. Excellent service, great price on studded snowies.

First time buying new tires for my car. Researched many competitors, Kal Tire had the best prices. They also had outstanding customer service, they were very friendly and helpful. Installation was fast and they have free Starbucks coffee available in the customer lounge. I'm very happy with the service and my purchase, and will be coming back in the future.

I have used this Kal Tire a few times and always to change over seasonal tires had a good experience. However this previous time I was informed by the gentleman checking me out that I needed brake pads as mine were quite worn. He stated that they would need to be changed within the month for front and withing a couple of months for the rear brakes.

I made an appointment with my regular mechanic, who has been the mechanic for my family for a long time. He has always been trustworthy and provides excellent service Never charging for unneeded work. He called me after I had dropped my car off and told me that my brakes were still in great condition and had at least two years left on them For reference my car is only three years old with 50k on it I cant help but think that the individual who checked me out at Kal Tire was hoping I would bring my car back to them to get the work done. I'm young and female and perhaps he thought he could pull the wool over my eyes I will not be returning to Kal Tire.

Seriously so impressed with this place! Went in for a burnt out headlight left in two minutes flat with no questions or problems.reception was friendly and very helpful, mechanic was also friendly and very quick even though my Jeep is very tricky to access this light. Very impressed with their courtesy. I was experiencing excessive inner tread wear so I assumed my alignment was out. Brought my car in for diagnosis and they had it for a while. It came back that the alignment was fine so they didn't charge me anything. I was willing to pay for the time they had spent but they said no. There are not too many businesses out there that would do something like that. Thank you
