Kalai's curry kitchen

I must say that my recent experience at Kalai's Curry Kitchen left much to be desired. The food was disappointingly greasy, excessively oily, and overly salty, which significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Not only were the flavors unbalanced, but the protein servings were also surprisingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. It's unfortunate when a meal lacks the basic enjoyment of flavor and texture, and I hope Kalai's Curry Kitchen can work on improving the quality and taste of their dishes to better meet customers' expectations.

Been coming here for the past 3 years. Food is just amazing. Never had an issue. Worth a try if in the area. Please try buttar chicken Highly recommend.

Great food my work is near by and its my go get a lunch place my favourite is veggie patty n noodles burger one of the best Comes with veggie patty, noodles, bell peppers, onions inside the bun one of the best

Ordered the butter chicken. Or rather 4 cubes of butter chicken - see pic. $12.85 post tax. Sad.
Lady was nice tho.

One of the best places to have taste of Indian street food. Really great initiative by the owner and team works so hard to put smile on face of customer.

Excellent food and great service. I had tasted their momos and chowmein & I must say that it was mouthwatering. Can’t wait to return to try those momos and chowmein again. I would highly recommend to go to kalai’s curry kitchen at to try their outstanding food especially Momo and Chowmein

It’s a food truck Great food. Reminded me of the india’s s street food, highly recommended and great customer service. We ordered momos, noodle burger and manchurian. We liked everything and we will definitely go back to try other food items.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate this truck in it’s mentioned place. Tried to call and the phone went to voicemail. I was there in it’s mentioned time still couldn’t find it. I was expecting to try their food but disappointed.

Reviews might make it seem like the food is amazing. But it isn't. It's not bad. It's just average on few things and below average on others.

Bhel was pretty nice. Papri chat was ok. Chicken Biryani, Paneer curry and Samosa were below average.

Almost all restaurants will have better food than this. Sometimes there are food trucks where the food is better than restaurants. This is not that kind of food truck!

Best Indian food. Best allo tiki noodle burger in town. Please open one location near kistilano too guys.

One of the best places I've actually enjoyed the tase of indian food. Do give a try to the veg samosas, papdi chaat and bhel puri. Super yummy and tasty to the core. Keep up the good job!

It was the Food Truck that I found accidentally on Fraser Street. I had delicious Samosa Chat, Sev Puri, Bhel Puri. They also provide Chicken samosa that is worth trying.

I found Bhel Puri a bit dry but they were kind enough to pour more chutneys when we asked.
They are welcoming and I love their hospitality.

Their food is worth trying and I will try different food in future.

Awesome little food cart at main and terminal. 2 dollar samosa sign caught my eye and they were good samosa. Today I tried the chole samosa was DELICIOUS! And for 5 bucks can't beat that for a meal deal. Will definitely be back to try some of the curries and pakora.

Loved the butter chicken ($8 when it’s the daily special) and $2 veg samosa. Been craving to go back again!

She initially overcharged me for my order but when I asked her about the pricing, she promptly apologized for the mistake and refunded me.

Chats are good but biryani quantity for $10 from a food truck should be more it’s like half biryani.

I got a chicken curry at their food trick near Main station. The portion was kind of small but the taste didn't disappoint! Would buy again.

Tried the samosa chat here. Very good Street food taste. And the price is hard to beat. Well worth it for five dollars. If you're traveling by car, the location may be a bit tough to stop as there's a large sky train station nearby. The takeaway package was good and compact.
