Worst can company I have ever used. Very rude drivers. Dispatch is very unpleasant. Left me stranded cause I didn't have an address just a landmark.

Small company in a small town. It's going to take a while for them to move an airplane full of people. Book ahead, or expect to be patient. Otherwise nice people doing a good job.

Want to give a good review to walsif very kind and polite while booking a cab.other drivers are really kind and approachable too.

Awful experience trying to call a cab for a guest at the restaurant I work at. Kept getting transferred, and nothing but laughing and unprofessional behaviour from dispatcher. Nothing good to say about the company in any regards to the situation at hand.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I can't believe they hired these people who are so rude whenever we followed up for our taxi that we waited for more than an 1hr. Please you are in Canada be civilized.

I waited 2 hours after the driver messed up the location and dispatch could barely speek english. Do not rely on this cab service.

Both drivers were friendly and arrived quickly. Both helped with my luggage and the rates were average or typical.

Dispatch horrible. Most of the drivers are nice, although one would accept cash only and did not use the meter.

Possibly the worst taxi service in Canada. Really lets down Terrace which is otherwise a great little city.

I called Kalum cabs to tell them they have a cab driving around with no lights on and he could not understand English

We took a total of 6 cabs in 2 days for a trip. The drivers themselves were absolutely wonderful, helpful and kind. The operator and customer service however is severely lacking. I had requested cabs for 7 people multiple times and was told that 2 cabs can take 7 people only to be told by the drivers that the company policy was only 3 people in a cab. When I called back I was assured that 2 cabs would take 7 people to once again be told the policy was only 3 per cab by drivers! This is ridiculously frustrating. Do better!

Didn't tell me how long I had to wait for a ride so my husband ended up walking. Driver finally got here and he hadn't got the message. Dispatch has TERRIBLE communication.

I’m eating this a one star because how long they take to answer and to go along with that it takes a bit to get to you

No meter value pulled from nowhere. Overpriced. However my driver was reliable for pickup during the day.

Call for a customer they didn't know where our location was been in the same place for 10 year. A good cab business should know where Cafe or restaurants are located.

I took the cab twice and both times first off there was no debit machine and the second time the guy had such bad Bo that I couldn't even breathe in the car like this is your only cab company in Terrace very very bad hire a car will never take them again

If you have to use this useless cab company, make sure you book them to come at least an hour if not two hours before you actually want them to come because they never come on time and are always at least an hour late.

I have had good service. The odd cab driver is very helpful with helping me load the cab when shopping considering I have 2 children (a baby and toddler) and its hard to.others.not so much.
One cabby I wasn't impressed with at all.
But other than that. They're usually really nice. Just the one is a little crabby.

We scheduled our taxi in advance and didn’t have any issues! We were planned to land at the airport at 10pm but our flight was delayed because of weather until 11pm and it took a long time to get our bags so we didn’t get in the taxi until almost midnight. Our driver patiently waited all that time and he was very nice and helpful with our bags. We were worried because of all the negative reviews but we had an absolutely pleasant experience. November 2021. I am a senior woman, with a suitcase. The driver popped the trunk but did not move from his driver seat to handle my suitcase when picking up or at destination. He had a conversation on radio phone the entire trip.
On my second call for a cab (from the hospital,) no cab had arrived after 1 hour! Dispatch claimed driver came and I wasn’t there—I was standing by the door watching for 45 minutes!
Hire a friend if you can! Lousy service!

Won't answer my calls when I got stuck in terrace wo my car.busy signal instantly forever.would have to flag one down once. He was a good taxi but operator is next to terrible.

I use Kalum Cabs a couple times a month to travel between YXT, Terrace, and Kitimat. Call in advance to avoid waiting. After I was accidentally charged the wrong fare in the cab, management acted quickly to refund the improper charge.

Worst dispatcher ever, she is so rude not sure why she still got this job.
Please hire new dispatcher who knows how to be polite.

Super quick! Arrived less then 10 min.after the call. Driver was super knowledgable and friendly. Would totally recommend to family and friends traveling to Terrace BC. Great service! Unfortunetly no credit/debit but cash is king.

Dispatch is rude, service is slow, no debit in cab. Very long wait times between Thursday and Sunday

I had to get an emergency cab for someone who was stuck at the airport at about 1: 30 a.m. They were very helpful in picking him up and getting him to the hotel in Terrace. Thank you very much!

Could someone explain to me why the usual fair for transport from ValhallaFest grounds is $35 but during our event the price got raised to a flat rate of $85 regardless of destination? We had to pull volunteers away from First Aid in order to get some of our artists home after their musical sets due to the price gouging we experienced during our event.

Awful cab service, was in town for business, cab driver can be so negative and rude! Rent a car if you can because the rude cab service is not worth anyone’s time or place.

I'm so mad I'm not even from this town n I think the owner should get rid of the lady that's there as customers come first that what pays wages n always sent a another car like grr

You think with all these horrible reviews they would clean up their attitude.what a joke.if you need a cab at airport make sure you call before you leave Vancouver.

Disrespectful and thirsty drivers. Took me to the train tracks and had me wait while the meter ran.
