He lied and kept saying “ten minutes” “you’re at the top of the list” we were waiting an hour

Drivers won't wait 5 minutes, what a joke compared to big cities. Uber deserves to put theses clowns out of business, employee policy should hold them to a higher standard.

This service is absolutely ABYSMAL. I prebooked on the app for an appointment and not only did multiple drivers cancel on me the dispatcher stopped answering the phone. Then when I finally got in contact with him he was rude and unprofessional. They’re so lucky they’re 1/2 ride services in Kamloops because they would NEVERRRR get business if we had Uber. They are absolutely horrid and I do not recommend booking with them. 0/5

This is the second time I would have missed the check-in window for a flight due to a (very) late taxi that was booked the night before. Pass on this poorly organized company if you can.

Called the evening before for a pickup at 4: 40am to catch a flight from the airport.

Cab wasn't there in the morning and dispatch said it would be 10 minutes.

Simply unacceptable.

They love to turn meter on while still sitting still at address and leave when called cause they can’t wait 5 mins use uride or poparide this company sucks

Ok so my bf gave the driver 20$ to take me home it ended up being only 10$ so then I asked for the change back so I could return the rest to my bf and he told me no.

Driver took a very long route to get us to our destination.

Driver was friendly and all. But he took us a very long way back to our hotel. Felt a bit weird about that.

I booked a cab for an important work, and I also booked yellow cabs so I can catch which ever accepts first. Kami cabs accept so I cancelled Yellow Cans before it was accepted. Then Kami cab assigned 3 drivers each time each one was cancelled and finally somehow my booking was cancelled as well? Because of that, I was late and it costed me a lot. Truly disappointed with this. Hope whoever in authority at Kami Cans sees this.

I am so sick of the drivers speeding in my complex no care at all for the kids and people walking. My parking lot is 20 k ans they do about 60

Giving them one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Called today at 12: 39, the person who picked the call told me that the cab will be there in 5 mins. I called after 12 mins to ask where is the ride as I have to reach the hospital right away, then he said it will be there in another 10 mins and still the cab was not there and he was so rude that he hung up the call on me thrice. Poor staff, don’t know how to talk to their customers. Persons name: Amar

Half hour isn't 1 hour and 15 min answer stop being so rude I was better off walking the 12 km than talking ti kami cabs and I'm a big ferm believer of supporting local but after the last few years I'd go out of my way not to deal with this company

Phoned to have them pick me up on a day that was -20. They no showed and I ended up having to walk as well as be late for work.

Everytime i deal with this cab company
I come away asking myself y i call them i call them at 330 for a400 oclock pu i have to b in sahali for appointment just before 5 pm
My lady called at 20 min after 4 she was hung up on after telling her they wdre on their way be 5 min then at 430 we call again were told ten min and were hung up on again at 450 i call again
Dispatcher is soo rude im told their on there way
If i didnt like it call someone else
Well now i missed picking up my car rental
And im screwed now

Driver was there with in ten minutes of calling. Friendly service. Would definitely use again.

Consistently wait, beyond what is told for a wait time. No matter what time of day. Same goes for both cab companies

Rude and need a proper respectful phone receptionist wont call ag as in because of his phone manners

My special needs client was having troubles with his shoes. The cab driver told me he was here. I said he's just tieing up his shoes. He called back a minute later and I told him he was just finishing up his shoes and that we were out the door right now. He canceled our trip and would pick up trips and cancel them anytime I tried to re book. I used them religiously almost always give them a good tip and use them every week. I will no longer be giving them business as they don't care. I suggest using Uride. They care, they're cheaper, their vehicles are better and you can rate them. I have been loyal to Kami taking rides to work for over 7 years. I will no longer be doing this.

Kami Cabs has my recommendation. We hit some deer north of Clinton. The friendly dispatcher found they had a cab near by that could come and get us. Samir (apologies if I spelt it wrong) showed up and waited patiently for us as the tow truck was on its way. He helped us with all our bags into the cab and at our destination in Kamloops. He was polite and nice to talk with. He drove to the conditions. Best cab driver I've ever had.

If I could give zero stars I would. Booked the wheelchair accessible cab for my elderly mother. It was an hour late picking us up. The driver had no clue how to safely secure the wheelchair and took off without her secured. I had to do it myself AND he left the meter running whileI I crawled into the back to secure her. When we were dropped off he got me to also unhook it! When I said I didn't know how to loosen them. He said " me either! " Unbelievable! Horrible service. Never again.

A driver was rude to me, drove me around pretending to know where he was going only to get "lost" and act like it was my fault. I was so upset that I left a bag in the van, I was told I would get a call back and did not. When I followed up they said that I was wrong and called me rude and hung up on me. Can we just get uber already?
