I’ve been coming to Kamloops Cell Repair for a few years now and the service is great. They always have a good selection of used phones in our price range and then you get a 90 day warranty which is better than what you get on Marketplace!

Efficient, reliable service. They replaced the screen for my old Samsung Tab S2 quickly - I phoned them inquiring if they could, they said yes but mentioned a screen would need to be ordered. Within three days I had a brand new screen on my tablet! Great service.

I had my phone camera lens replaced here - staff were friendly, and were also able to order in the parts needed to fix the lens.only had to wait 2 days, and then my phone was fixed within the hour:) before going here I had tried going to a couple other cell repair shops, but they kept forgetting to order the parts and asking me to come back another time.definitely had no such issues here! If you would like quality and valued service, I'd recommend coming here first for sure!

400$ later and new phone. What a price for a poor ECCLESASTIC of Nature as me at the ripe age of 3. Would rather not rely on Vandalizing my body to make steel, however one must come and go as one pleases.

I was very impressed by their service. My phone was smashed, they fixed it quick and provided a warranty. I had a few issues following the repair and I expected to have a struggle to get them fixed, but they went above and beyond to correct my problems. I highly recommend them. They replaced my new screen again and everything works 100% now.

Great service both times. Moved over all my pictures etc to a new phone first time and replaced my camera lens. Efficient friendly professional. Rebuilt an iPad for my husband after it was run over. Did an excellent job and it wasn't expensive.

Screen they put on my phone was installed incorrectly and the entire camera lens filled with dust in a matter of weeks, said they would replace screen and needed to order it in. Day before screen came in, the screen cracked. I called to ask them if they had my screen in stock and could repair it and now they won't replace it for warranty, even though they had already seen the original issue that was there fault. Plus none of the damage is over the camera lens they installed improperly, so their error is still in plain sight. I was offered a pathetic discount that barely covered the taxes. Apparently the front camera that was damaged by their installation is no longer their problem. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND.

Took my phone in here to get the cracked screen replaced, they bungled the repair and afterwards it kept getting dust in front of the camera. First time they cleaned it out but it kept happening, then rather than correcting their work, they tried getting more money to fix their poor workmanship.

I am clumsy af and these guys have been fixing every version of every phone you can think of, from bb to galaxy to iphones. THE BEST PLACE to get your phone fixed.for years now.

We changed out cell phone over to Telus the other day and had a few problems. Went to Andres to get the phones working properly and was told they do not do hands on because of COVID. Was advised to phone 611 and go to Kamloops Cell to fix the second phone due to a voice problem. By this time I was very frustrated. But I have to say that I have received excellent service from the young gentleman there. He fixed all the problems and then some. I would highly recommend Kamloops Cell to everyone. Superb service and HANDS ON.

When asked if I could wait on hold, I said yes and waited 5 minutes or so. I hung up and called back a bit later to get the same response, "Could you hold? " I said I had done that and that I just had a quick question on the cost of screen replacement. The question was answered very quickly, it actually took him more time to ask me to go on hold twice than it did to deal with me. I thanked him very much, to which he replied, "Yah, not very welcome". Turns out hes overpriced as well as snide, so Ill go elsewhere tx.

Brought my iPad in to get the screen replaced on it and when I got it back a couple hours later I was impressed until I went to use the front camera the next day and there was something blocking it. Not being from Kamloops with the Covid-19 situation made this more frustrating but I brought it back in the next time I was there, got it back 5 hours later and they said their was a piece of plastic in front of it, so I looked at it and it was fine but now the home button doesn’t work very well and the touch screen doesn’t respond sometimes. So once again when a trip to Kamloops was needed I brought it back and they said they need a day or 2 with it as they are backed up but I was unable to leave it as my boyfriend needs it and when I asked about a refund they said they still would need the device for a bit so they could take their parts back. So I am now out $125 with a device that worked better with a smashed screen.

Excellent service always. On our last visit, quickly cleaned the ear piece and didn't charge us. We have had both our phones batteries replaced. I would highly recommend them.

I must say this repair facility dose a really great job when it comes to doing screen replacements. I first had a screen done on a LG g5 due to a problem with bleed through and this store had a replacement and was able to accommodate me to a new screen - a great job was done - although the speed of the repair was a Bit slow which I can see they take above and go beyond to make sure it's done right the first time - cant complain about that. The phone looked great as if I just bought it brand new.
Well again - this time I brought a LG g6 into them to get a new screen to which was in a Bit worse off as it was shattered and I was a Bit worried that the PC board might be damaged too but to my surprise they had a new body and screen replacement - even a new colour, a sky blue which looked great. Well again it took a bit of extra time as they went beyond and took great care of me - wow I was impressed! Another great job done and the phone is back up and running with a new cool blue body and new screen. I highly recommend this facility to bring in phones for repair as I can see they know what they can do and do it best and go above and beyond - way-da go team you're a credit to the profession and do such fantastic work to the point as if I sent the unit back to the manufacturer to get repaired. The manorism is very good - polite staff - clean and simple surroundings a good display of new and used phones - and pricing is very reasonable with quality as good as if you sent it to the manufacturer.
I wish there was six Star review ratings but 5 + + will have to do. Keep up the great work and awesome service, as I hope this review will bring you more business.

Went in with a problem getting my virgin phone unlocked. Went out of their way to help including talking on phone to Virgin and phone manufacturer. Couldn't resolve the problem (Virgins fault, not theirs). Did all they could and charged nothing. Courteous and friendly through it all.

I had a new battery put into my phone in twenty minutes and for $55 for my kind of phone.

My phone works amazing now! Super pleased!:) Great service.

Had a battery replaced on my old iPhone 5 a few years ago, after being ASSURED it was a brand new, Genuine Apple battery, and the “new” battery was worse than the original (dead in 20-30 minutes). I gave up after they replaced it on warranty once and it was no better. I’m pretty sure they were installing $10 EBay batteries.

Just recently HAD to take my work iPad mini to them to replace the screen (I recommended not doing so, due to my past experience and experiences from other people I know. I got it back and the home button immediately disappeared under the screen and can’t be used. The screen quality was also poor and much lower resolution than the original. Brought it in and had it “repaired” under warranty. After that, the touch screen exhibited poor response and randomly selecting areas I was not tapping/touching. Now, 3 months later (off warranty) the home button again is disappearing under the glass screen (just like the first time), and can’t be used. I’m sick and tired of this company and their selling poor quality aftermarket parts, trying to pass them off as genuine quality.

I wouldn’t spend one more dollar of my own money here.

Highly recommend not going here. I have taken 2 different phones in about 3 times now and parts of my screen never work. My phone seems to just randomly click places. Not a good quality place.

Paid $90 to replace my phone screen+new screen protector (which they did a good job of) but half an hour after I received it back, the whole lighted display wasn’t working and they said it’d be fixed at no charge. After the got the call saying it was done, picked it up and they said I have to pay another $100 to fix the part if I want it fixed. Wasn’t too pleased. Probably won’t be coming here again. Hopefully all phone issues will be resolved the second time around.

Phenomenal service. My phone's aux plug in was not holding the cable properly, they took it behind the counter, fixed it in less than 5 minutes (turns out there was a ton of dust in the cable port) and returned it free of charge! I would highly recommend Kamloops cell repair in Aberdeen mall. (The entrance is from outside.not through the mall).

Update: Would be 5 stars but the staff did not even vaguely explain the limitations or quality issues that are present with their screens.

Replacement screens seem to be poor quality and not equivalent to the original.

The glass for the new screen developed numerous cracks without being dropped or subjected to any impacts (so I assume just flexing in my pocket) and has practically no scratch resistance.

Nobody mentioned that these were not OEM screens, nor did they explain that the glass on the screens was cheap tempered glass rather than gorilla Glass. I haven't had any issues with water damage yet, but when I went to pickup my phone the staff member was helping another customer who had water damage and told them that after a screen replacement the phone is no longer water resistant. Nobody mentioned this to me either.

I have been very impressed with this business. I needed help with transferring my Android information to my new iPhone. Telus was going to charge $60 to transfer everything. I stopped in here and the guys showed me how transfer it all without a charge! I was super happy! I even got a tempered glass screen protector from them.

The guys helped me diagnose a faulty warranty diagnosis given to me by other local apple repair outlets. Great service and fast.

Went there after I spilled a beer on my phone and the ear piece was muffled. Instead of oulling my leg and costing me money.he worked his magic with a little brush and bam fixed. Thanks guys!
