Guru took very good care of us. My car was on recall repairs. Ford damaged the caliper Rented a vehicle as a temp replacement until my car was fixed. Did a great job and returned my car all cleaned up and sparkling. Highly recommended customer service

I was in a major jam when my battery blew out in the middle of the heatwave a few weeks ago, and the Parts team at Kamloops Ford bailed me out big time. Jared was a pleasure to deal with and made sure I got everything I needed to get back on the road. I can't say enough good things about their service and my experience. 100 percent would recommend.

Pleasant greeting at service desk, first thing in the morning. Kept me informed of progress and work completed in a reasonable time frame. Sanitized car afterwards which was appreciated.

She booked me a new appointment, fixed a quick technical issue that I was having trouble with, and scheduled a time to pick up my car from my home so that I don't have to do anything.wow!

The service department has gone above and beyond, on a trip from Vancouver Island and had some vehicle problems and they have bent over backwards to help. They found a way to get my vehicle into check what is wrong with it the same day. They have been great with helping my wife and my kid's plus our two pups get things sorted out so we can continue on our way.

I have had my 2011 MKX serviced at KFL. Very happy with their professionalism. I updated to a 2016 MKX recently and after a bit of a bumpy start, I am again very happy. Jeff and Andrew both were instrumental in ironing out the details and have been great to work with. I would purchase there again. Had one of my newer company vehicles involved in a major accident, and decided to do most of the repairs ourselves. Reached out to Kamloops Ford Lincoln on the hunt for some replacements parts, started off dealing with the awesome counter parts team there. Very fast and friendly service, the parts manager Ken went so far to help me by sending me diagrams of my truck to help verify the parts I needed. They were able to provide me with all the required parts for the repair. The truck is a 2018 and even though the parts are only available thru the dealer they helped me get very fair pricing. Would highly recommend them, and the next time I am on the market for a vehicle i'll definitely be going thru them knowing the type of support they provide here!

Great experience at Kamloops Ford! I had questions about an external brake controller for my truck which they were able to answer quickly and were very friendly. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute before the long weekend so I could tow my trailer for camping. Really appreciate the helpful and friendly service!

Kamloops Ford Lincoln was excellent! Friendly people, fast and efficient service. I love that they keep you informed and updated all along the way. I also love that they text you to remind you of your appointment dates and times. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy with the service they provide.
They were also AMAZING with following up after the absolutely ridiculous service described below by a different location.

On the other hand, I would recommend NEVER using Dearborn Ford. I received zero customer service from them on two separate occasions. The actual work they did on my vehicle was sub-par and screws were not tightened, my battery cover is still missing etc.
On the second occasion, my car was never even serviced. It sat at the Dearborn Ford dealership all day long, parked directly in front of the parts and service entrance. I was never phoned when I 'failed to show up' for my appointment. No apology was issued. No attempt to right the issue. I was simply told I would need to rebook.for 2 weeks later. I tried to contact the service manager by phone 3 times, but he was in meetings and did not take messages. I attempted to email the service manager twice, after being given his information, but my email was returned as undelivered both times. I gave up and proceeded to Kamloops Ford Lincoln.

The difference between these two locations is like night and day!

My wife took her Escape into the dealer to get an ignition problem repaired. This problem is a common problem and well known and we expected it to be repaired at that time. When she arrived the service person said they needed to investigate the cause. $180 dollars later they confirmed it was the problem. They have now addressed the issue.

Just had a service and a couple recalls done this last week and the service was amazing as always I would highly recommend this location for services. Sarah was great to deal with when booking my appointment and also kept me updated on the estimate time my truck would be ready to be picked up

This dealer had a great selection of trucks to look at and sales people who walked me through each in a respectful and relaxed manner. We were able to purchase exactly the truck we needed, with all the features we wanted and none we did not need.
