My dad purchased a used car from Kamloops Kia. They were very good to him from negotiating price and trade-in value through to getting his insurance done promptly. He would highly recommend salesperson Karsh (sp?). My dad is a senior and Karsh treated him like gold.

I live out of town and so I came to kia to get a block heater install and an oil change; main reason was the block heater install. My fiance and I went shopping and received 3 phone calls from kia confused on what they were doing and was upselling tire rotations (needed the tire rotation so that was fine) but then on the 4th phone call was told that they ordered the wrong block heater. I wasted my entire day; extra gas with 2 vehicles and was told that I would need to come back in a few weeks to go through the process all over again. Very disappointed with the service since Judge and Gord left.

I went here to help my friend get a truck but because I was looking for a vehicle too they helped me get into a Nissan Rogue the SUV that I wanted the staff there are very helpful and nice

Absolutely HORRIBLE communication! Brought my optima in for warranty work…. After MIS-Diagnosing the issues, they ordered wrong parts obviously after waiting over a week and charging me to diagnose it WRONG! Then after having another mechanic diagnose the issues properly I called to book it in Arrange the work done over 1 month in advance! When it was brought in to have the work done they tried to charge me again to diagnose it! My mechanic called them 4 weeks prior to tell them the issues and even gave them the parts numbers! They had not even ordered the parts, or called me to tell my they were gonna try and charge me for the re-diagnosis! It has now been 1 1/2 weeks waiting on parts that they should have ordered 2 months ago, thanks to the highways being shut down. In the mean time they gave me a loaner vehicle which is twice as expensive in fuel. They can’t even be bothered to return my call when requesting an ETA on when my car will be done. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again!

2 for 2! Have had a bad experience with Kamloops Kia again. First time was when we wanted to purchase a vehicle from them some time back and now this time there so called sales manager, Andy is not a man of his word. If your transaction of buying a car from there involves Andy lol good luck. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone or any place Andy might be. Sad to see a sales manager be so impolite and NOT a man of his words. Honestly wouldn’t expect anything more from Kamloops Kia though.

Had an amazing experience with kamloops kia motors. It was all possible because of really friendly and amazing sales person utkarsh’s help. He made the process very easy and simple for us and helped us beyond limits. He helped us choose the perfect car and Max helped us to through our finance procedure so well! The delivery of car came before than much expected way where i couldn’t find any other motors with such good inventory. Great cars. Not a fan of this dealership. They didn’t notice that three quarters of the rock guard film wasn’t applied. They didn’t put the ceramic coating on the hood. Damaged a quarter panel when repairing some wiring behind the bumper. Very meh service

Good at ignoring me and not listening to what I want. I have asked multiple times over the course of a few weeks now to get pricing on a new Niro. Been told 4 times that there was some excuse for why it hasn't happened yet and they would get it to me shortly followed promptly by radio silence until I inquire about it again. I will go to Vernon to buy my car as this dealership seems to not want to sell me a car.

They are very friendly and the only car dealership I have dealt with that is not pushy and make you feel like you have to buy something. I have recommended Kia Kamloops to anyone I come across that is looking at getting a new ride. I ended up with a gorgeous Kia Sportage that I am obsessed with! My car broke down outside of Meritt and was towed to this location (I’m from Vancouver) They estimated my car would take 2-3 weeks to finish. No one called me to follow up (I had to call them and check in after a month) I didn’t end up getting my car fixed til 2 months later. I went to pick up my vehicle and my stuff that was left in the car was literally tossed everywhere, they didn’t even courtesy clean my vehicle. I’m driving home and I realize that there’s stuff missing (smart watch, sunglasses, mirror decals) so I called them and THEN they disclose there was a break in on the lot and “maybe” my car was gone through…
I’m glad I don’t live in Kamloops, I would hate to deal with this location regularly.

First oil change went good. (except, called in around Oct 2 but I couldn’t get into get my Oil change till. Oct 28 th. We’re they that busy it was just a oil change!

Intermittent A/C problem worked on promptly. Still not fixed completely. Frendly and professional service.

Daniel Cuzzetto was awesome when I started looking for a Kia electrified vehicle! He contacted me promptly on-line, made time for me when I popped into the sales room, allowed me to take a test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons to an EV. The best was when he sent me a You-tube video thanking me for coming in. The experience was relaxing and informal and I highly recommend getting your EV from Kamloops Kia.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful and anxious scenario for sure! But not at Kamloops Kia! I live on the coast and my Mom recently moved up to 100 Mile House. She asked me to help her search around for a vehicle best suited for winters, so I came up and we headed to Kamloops. We made a list of dealers and vehicles to look at and called around and made a bunch of appointments. When we met Geoff at the Kia dealership, we could see his kindness the minute he met us at the door. The rapport we developed with the whole team was so awesome, but in particular, Justin, Kaleena and Geoff were amazing! We felt at home and so well taken care of, and we laughed until our cheeks hurt! Kamloops Kia are wonderful. My engine went on my vehicle and once the vehicle was towed there the service department were amazing as once they received the part vehicle was done in 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful in keeping me updated also were very knowledgeable in their job. I want to specifically say Taryn displayed exemplary customer service and if I were to be able to rate her I would give 100 percent. Way to go Kamloops Kia.

I was referred to Kia by my sister in law. I wasn't expecting anything different than a salesy experience that would leave me jumping from dealership to dealership like any other experience in the past. I started by calling them and speaking with the first available sales rep and got James. I was looking for gently used and had certain requirements that were a must for me. I was surprised that the brand Kia itself wasn't pushed on me and that James had multuple vehicles to offer me all with different and added bonuses. He did his best to stay in my budget, however it was a challenge to keep his mindset there. A sales man is a sales man after all! This didn't lower the rating of my overall experience. In the end James did what far and few would do and helped me take home something suitable with nothing more than a happy customer for himself. That being the final take home deal, James, thank you so much! 10/10 recommend!

Max helped me with the finance end of my deal and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle the money side of my purchase! He was unbelievably kind, personable and dedicated to helping me stay in my budget and then some! If I were to purchase again in the future and were to find out Max was a different dealership, I would have to find out where, just to deal with his service again! Always receive great service from the service department here. I had an issue with an engine recall that resulted in needing a total replacement, I wasn’t given the run around, Grant and Dave were very professional and honest and got my vehicle in right away. They worked to get me a rental car and completed the repair on time, since then I’ve had my vehicle serviced a couple of times and again have been pleased, got honest service and wasn’t sold anything I didn’t actually need.
Staff always seems helpful and peasant both in service and sales when we are in, based on my experience here I continue to make the drive for vehicle service and if the day ever comes where I’m in the market to purchase another vehicle or recommend someone to, I would go here.

Brandon and Colin were so fast and efficient, courteous and professional! Everything was in place within one day. And when I went to Kamloops to pick up the vehicle on a Sunday, Brandon met me at the insurance place to make sure everything was good. Absolutely TERRIBLE sales department. From a $2000 deposit (most other dealers $500), they ordered the wrong optioned vehicle then tried to stiff me for the missing options at a tune off $1400, then tried to Jack up the promised interest rate from 2.99 to 3.99, then my trade-in went from a written down $3000 offer they couldn't find anymore.they started to renegotiate@ $1800. Until I drove away then they found the original $3000 offer. I didn't turn around. They gave me a sales schpeel about vehicle value when they had the same car as mine on their lot they were selling for double what they offered for my trade in. Nathen & Justin in sales were not honest, fair or helpful.a vehicle purchase should be about customer service not just dealer profits. If you don't sell a vehicle then you don't make a profit. My business went elseware. I would rate Zero stars if I could.

Edited.upon posting a not so good review, kamloops kia has been in contact with me to find out what they could do differently and how they could make my experience better. So far they have kept their word.without sounding negative, time will tell.they have made proper steps in the right direction!

I just purchased a one year old Toyota Sienna with the help of Jonas Loza who did a fine job presenting the vehicle to me. When it came time to make the deal I was particularly impressed with the transparency shown to me by the senior staff. Yes, I would recommend dealing with these folks.

Terrible service. I had very bad experience at kia. Never go back there again to get a vehicle. They are not considering what customers like to drive. I felt to bad for myself for being ignorant for what they are up to me to buy a car. I will never recommend this to a friend and people out there.

I wasn't Canadian, so I was afraid to talk to them, but I nonetheless helped Daniel, God, and Nathan proceed with all this. Regardless of many questions, they helped me with all their heart, saying, "No problems. " If you need a new car, try buying it with them. You'll get more help than you think.through them

We were the 2nd customer to purchase a Kia when the dealer First came to Kamloops. I have since then, purchased 2 more. I have loved driving each one and love the gas mileage I get.they hold the road nicely I feel very safe in the Kia vehicles. On top of that the sales people, sales management, and of course the Service people are ALL FANTASTIC! I called 2 weeks ago about a black Kia soul advertised for 0% interest at Kamloops Kia. Talked at length to James Ormond about the purchase, and the variables in play. After a week of conversation I finally get a scribbled quote sent to my phone.wow. Then I get a follow up email from Nathan Rolf disparaging me for not taking calls while at a medical clinic. Then I get an email telling me to shop locally?
Clearly there needs to be action on the part of ownership, this is absolutely the worst car buying experience i could have imagined.
