KOS customer service is absolutely top notch. When I first started working in my office, I learned that we order from KOS. Unfortunately, I did not get training on what or how to order. When I confessed this with the lovely Gale, she so kindly told me what we usually order, right down to which brand and how much my office normally orders at a time. Their customer service has not varied from this amazing example to this day. 5 stars:) Thank you so much for all of your continuous help!
