Took my iPhone here after waiting for another shop to get my speakers in for months, they had the speakers in stock replace and ready to go in about anhour.the customer service was awesome.

My colleague and I came into Kamloops Phone Depot with 2 separate problems with our Iphones. Within minutes we had both problems completely resolved. My colleagues problem was resolved for free, and mine at a minimal cost. Also, this was the only place open at 08: 30 which made the repairs very convenient. Highly recommended!

I came into the store last week about my phone being further damaged after receiving repairs at this shop. The man working was incredibly rude and answered a call mid conversation with me without saying excuse me or anything. Just picked up the phone and ignored me while I was still speaking with him. I gave the other worker my name and phone number for a follow up and they have ghosted me

The store is fantastic I know nothing about phones. I only have one to help my parents out that are elderly and for work every time I need something they are quick to fix it and they don’t charge me anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had this kind of horrible service in my life. Took my phone in for repair, they lost the SIM card gave me 5 dollars and said go buy a new one. The manager REFUSES to take responsibility and come to a conclusion for the issues they have cause. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME. There has been a claim file opened with the BBB

AMAZING AMAZING workmanship these guys will go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied! They went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied and while waiting they were great at keeping you company for a good laugh or 10 LOL so if you need anything done about a cell phone I recommend this place hands down by far out of anywhere in Kamloops

Solved months-long problems other places didnt fix in half an hour. Tried a cheaper clean fix then replaced the charging and usb transfer port and restored my Note 9 for $60. Super attentive and helpful. I feel like it was money well spent.

The service was great. The gentleman was friendly and had my phone working in no time. Just a quick troubleshoot and everything was good to go. I needed a prepaid SIM card urgently while on vacation. I walked in hoping it wouldn't be an expensive visit. They were amazing and really helped me out. I was coming from out of town and i broke my phone screen and it was close to closing time and i called in many places and requested them to stay open a little bit more and I’ll even pay extra but no one agreed other than these guys.they denied to even take extra money to stay late for me and fixed my screen.the positive attitude is very important when serving a customer and they not even for a second made me feel bad for keeping them late.and most importantly the job done was amazing on my phone. This business and its employees are phenomenal! I had dropped my phone down some stairs and even though it had a screen protector - the phone screen spider cracked underneath and it sucked big time. I had called around to a few other phone repair businesses and some of the prices offered for a screen repair were completely out of my budget. The staff at Kamloops Phone Depot were super understanding and helped me find the best quality screen for my budget and the service was just above and beyond! They have great product in store and offer a variety of options when it comes to your phone repairs. They have made me a customer for as long as they are in our community.

I had Daniyal look after me today as my Samsung S20 had a problem with a broken volume button as it fell.
He was courteous and professional, and was able to get to it right away.
He needed 1/2 an hour so I ran my errands.
I came back and it was all done.
Great service and a great company.

He helped me fix a screen that I had tried to fix myself for a sick friend and it did not go well-he fixed it right before my eyes and the cost of was beyond reasonable. I am a firm believer that good service deserves to be noticed, it's surprisingly hard to find now adays! Very impressed with the service provided from all the gents who work here! I came by to get the glass on the camera of my S20 plus changed as it had a tumble and got a crack, unfortunately when the glass was changed the bezel was quite scratched so I brought it to their attention. Immediately the mistake was noticed and the solution was in hand, this is what really stood out for me.

Mistakes happen, we are all human but how it is handled it what separates a true successful business in my opinion! I was asked to come back another day when I had more time to leave my phone with them so they could fix it, I was thinking only the glass and bezel was going to be changes but to my delight they asked if I wanted to changed my back plate as well which I always wanted the black which was done at no charge.top notch service from top notch people! I wanted to pay them something so I went home to get some old phones I needed glass changed on and a battery swapped and will gladly be back for future repairs and recommend anyone I know!

I was greeted immediately by Sam when I entered the store. The quote for my iPhone battery replacement was very reasonable and they completed the work in less than the time they had indicated. This is my first time replacing the battery on this phone and I am really happy with my experience at this establishment. They had me check everything was working to my satisfaction before I left the premise and assured me I have 90 day warranty should I experience any issues. I am pleased to give them my vote of support.

Bought an iPhone 7 got perfect deal and these guys transferred my data from old to new phone free of cost. They are honest my daughter’s cell phone charge port was not working I thought I have to replace it but they just blow out the dirt and charge me nothing fixed in one minute.

Brought my Note Nine in with a broken screen, and an hour later I had a functional phone with a new screen. Bit of a pain in the wallet, but super fast and convenient. Definitely a lot better than replacing the phone!

This cellphone repair company was able to help me get my phone fixed after I accidentally hit it with a hammer and smashed the screen dead. They had it repaired in a short time and had me on my way. Not from Kamloops myself but will absolutely come back again for cell repairs if I’m the area.

Went in to simply have my laptop computer's power supply repaired. Not only could they not do this.but they corrupted my hard drive as well. My hard drive was perfectly fine until they tampered with it! In addition, each time i called to see how my computer was doing, the owner 'Sam' kept saying "just give me 30 more minutes. I think he knew that he corrupted my hard drive and was frantically trying to repair it.

I picked up my computer in worse shape than i left it! Maybe they are good with phones, but not computers
