Decided to take my car to the dealership for an oil change.that took 1.5 hours. What a joke.
Oh and they'll gut you with labour costs (different repair). I have tried to remain loyal to this dealership but have been incredibly disappointed EVERY time. The only time I left happy was when I took my Jeep home.
They have high reviews because buyers are incentivized to give 5 stars. STEER CLEAR!

Just like to say that Kristie in the service department is absolutely phenomenal! An attempt was made to steal my catalytic converter causing some concern on how long my truck was going to be unavailable for. She suggested to bring it down without and appointment, on a Saturday in case they had an opportunity to investigate it before Monday. Not only did they inspect and confirm what was needed, the repair was completed and the truck returned back to me by noon. Just great service all around every time! Thank you team Kamloops Ram.

Went in to see why my truck wouldn’t start, without even looking at the truck and going off my description they were able to pinpoint where it went wrong, extremely helpful and got my truck going based off their advice. Would recommend these guys over rivershore ram up the road who told me to get my truck towed over an hour to them before they could help

Dropped my truck off to get the fuel level sensor replaced. Estimate was a little higher than originally quoted but the part ended up being more expensive. Great customer service and the shuttle service was great.

I came in to get my transmission looked at (clunking when putting in gear) and they found nothing wrong with it, its still clunking and they charged me 500$ just in labour alone for only an hour and a half of work, I'm sure I can find a more competent mechanic for way less

My wife and kids were driving our 2014 towne & country back from Vancouver through to Calgary. Unfortunately I'm sidelined with post covid myocarditis.

Wife noticed a worrying noise upon braking. I suggested heading to the nearest dealership and not to go any further before hitting the mountain passes.

The staff squeezed my family in first thing the next morning into their busy schedule.

Adam worked wonders for me, busted his butt to the best financing possible for me, and he has an excellent demeanor. I would recommend him for financing a thousand times over. Jake was excellent to work with, very laid back and welcoming. I was met in the lot by Leo who right away got me the help I was there for. Overall, a very great experience with non-pushy, very welcoming and accommodating sales/financing. I recommend a ton!

Had the BEST experience here. We were just browsing with little to no expectations. We just knew we didn't want to drive our current vehicle anymore. Owen approached us and actually listened to what we wanted and needed. He matched us with the perfect vehicle. Chris worked all day on our financing so we wouldn't have to drive our old car at all anymore, and he got it done, all within budget. We drove our new jeep home only a few hours after the test drive. It's a bit of an oxymoron to have a no pressure sales experience that happens in less than 8 hours start to finish, but that is what we experienced. On a Saturday, no less! A fantastic, no pressure team, that will work their butts off for you when asked to. They've earned a lifelong customer.

Travelling from Victoria to Calgary and had some truck issues. Had to stay overnight for a couple nights until they opened after a holiday weekend. The service dept quickly helped me out and got me back on the road.

They are very busy, so I have had to wait for my car. They were very nice to talk with and apologized for the delay on fixing my car. I have found them easy to deal with in the past.

Went into sell my vehicle, as the ad said it was worth a certain amount went into the dealership, they tried to get me to sell my vehicle for way under market value you and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. But yet they have a similar vechile with way more kilometers and less features for $20k more ethen they offered me. Only here to make a buck and not retain loyal customers won't recommend this place again

Bought a truck from here during the summer, so thought I would give them my business when it came to repairs. I made an appointment a couple of weeks in advance to get a tail light repaired. I drove 45 minutes to make my 7: 30AM appointment, only to be told the part was on back order. I don't understand how no effort was made to contact me prior to my appointment, unless the part was never ordered in advance to start with. So extremely disappointed with this service, especially after purchasing my vehicle from them. I will take my business elsewhere.

It was a wonderful place filled with a great atmosphere great staff went in there to see what was going on with my 2008 Dodge and they did not disappoint give them the time and they will make sure that your vehicle's looked after

Great sales and service staff! Service department were very knowledgeable and really easy to deal with compared to the other dealership in town who didn’t bother even trying to fix my truck, Kamloops Dodge on the other hand had parts on order right away! I recently ended up buying a new truck from Kamloops Dodge and they were very fair with my trade in and of all the new vehicles I’ve purchased previous to this they were by far the best! During my new vehicle purchase they gave you space to think and weren’t trying to shove papers in your face to sign. The sales department was also very knowledgeable about all the features and differences between different models. They will definitely have a life time customer!

I brought my Ram 1500 ecodiesel which I needed a regen on. I live out of town and it was kind of an emergency; they were able to see me the same day (Saturday) and fix the issue for me. They charged me an hour of labour and one of their technicians even took the time to explain to me why the issue may have occurred and how to prevent it in the future.

Sales department needed some improvements last year when I was looking to purchase a Ram 3500. Ended up going out of town to purchase my truck.

Service department is top notch. They have some of the best diesel mechanics around. Always have had good experiences with service.

I cannot thank enough to the sales team of Kamploops Jeep. We had a wonderful experience with them. We drove all the way from Calgary to buy the Jeep and they had it all ready before we get there and everything went very smooth.

A very sincere thank you to your service team for getting our Jeep in for repairs on very short notice. Rod, Natalia, and Curtis were all fantastic to deal with. We reside in Nakusp, and were in Kamloops for Christmas shopping, etc. Our Jeep had a loud squealing noise coming from the rear left, and we were very concerned. Turned out to be a small rock lodged between the backing plate and brake disc, but it could have been much worse. Peace of mind to have it checked. Also thank you to Tim, your courtesy driver. We will definitely be returning to your dealership, for service and possibly a new vehicle down the road.

Just purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X from Kamloops Ram after a long search for the right vehicle. We've had some less than stellar experiences with sales people in the past, but I have to say that our experience at Kamloops Ram was quick and painless. Steve helped us get into the right vehicle for us and was knowledgeable and helpful without being the least bit pushy. The finance manager (I believe it was Chris) was also fantastic to deal with.

My wife Barb and I recently purchased a car in Sept / 20. We were impressed by the friendly atmosphere and professionalism. We recently reached out to Derrick Baker regarding a warranty issue with the car which was dealt with the same day. I strongly recommend this dealership and yes there still are some companies out there with honesty and integrity. Don and Barb

Never deal there again. I purchased a near new p/u there in 2019. There was no issue with the purchase but what came after. The vehicle still had remaining warranty which would be transferred over to me as well as the sales manager and the then finance person talked me into purchasing a reduced rate extended warranty. Later, while having some warranty work done found out they had not transferred my warranty over and never set up the extended warranty. After 6 months of chasing them and dozens of phone calls and emails to which they admitted they owed me a refund, I have not heard a word. Will have to pursue legal action at this time. Will end up costing them 5 times as much.

Really great group of professionals, I have to hand it to Chris Martin though; I'm not in the greatest situation in terms of my credit and Chris worked tirelessly for over a month until he was able to get TD to approve me at a fantastic interest rate on a brand new 2020 Dodge 1500.

Very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle.
