What an awesome find. Just had a great shopping experience here today getting ready for a wedding. Awesome selection of high end stuff ranging from
Street to formal. Great service too. Highly recommended checking this place out.

Phenomenal service from both Adam and the tailor this store utilizes. I came in with a specific request that Adam was able to make work between his inventory and his expertise in fitting and the shops tailor. Additionally, Adam was able to get the paints tailored in the middle of wedding season in less than two days with no additional charge! The fit is perfect and the work is impeccable. I’ll also state that I’m not a dress up kind of guy and showed up wearing jeans and a T—Shirt, Adam was welcoming and helpful from the start. Some other businesses in town treat you like a bum if you are a blue collar worker - not these guys!

Lastly, as stated by another reviewer, the service I received this week is night and day from what I had received several years ago with different staff and owners. Give these guys a chance before spending money at Outlooks, you won’t regret it.

Been in here many times. Really good suits and clothing for that special occasion or just gifts for friends & family. The one guy who helped me manny is really knowledgeable and handsome.

I didn't end up buying a new suit today only because things were out of my price range (as a student) but the two brothers who run this establishment went out of their way to spend a great deal of time helping me try things on and explaining what to look for in a well-fitting suit. I'll be back for things within my price range for the next few years (shirts, socks, and accessories) and likely treat myself to a new suit from Kane Straith as a graduation present. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality menswear.

Kane's absence was painful for me, as it was for anyone that appreciated who he was and what he meant. The store is as wonderful as ever and Manny's service (and Adam's) were exceptional. If they don't have something for you, they'll get it. Their attention to detail is as exceptional as their much missed and revered father. This is a must visit for anyone visiting Victoria that understands class and style.

3 years ago I gave a “not so good review”. Today after learning of Kane’s medical situation back then, I would like to take back that review. Kane Straith men’s store is undoubtedly one of the finest men’s store in Victoria and the two young men who have taken over after Kane’s sudden death, not only are they carrying on their father’s legacy, but they have committed themselves to continuing to keep Kane Straith the best men’s store in Victoria. I am sure they will do just that. Again my apologies for my rash review of 3 years ago.

As a woman who dresses more masculine, shopping for "menswear" can sometimes be an awkward experience. However, I felt extremely welcomed and accommodated by the Straith brothers. Their professional demeanor and expertise made for an absolutely wonderful experience for myself. They have certainly gained a new customer.

If you're looking for a top notch mens clothing store then look no further. As a family run business I found the customer service to be extremely hospitable and helpful from both the owner and his sons. I needed a last minute alteration to my tux, that I bought from another store even, and they expedited the alteration for me and my tux was ready on time. I purchased a number of other items from their shop and they have earned my loyalty as a customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for high quality and classy items with excellent customer service.

For my taste, Kane Straith has the best men's clothing in town. His attitude has always been laid back, but he gave me his undivided personal attention while I was in the store.

I'd recommend the owner of this business spend less time judging people based on their appearance and more time treating them as equals. As soon as I walked in the man looked at me like I was lost or trying to steal. When I mentioned what I was looking for he instantly mentioned the cost and if I was willing to spend that kind of money. Apparently wearing an Arcteryx jacket (worth more than the blazer he had on the rack) and black jeans means you should be shopping at Moores. At this point I was so irritated I made an excuse to leave.

The cost was not the issue. WJ Wilson was able to sell me a Jacket ten minutes later for the exact same price with no judgemental and condescending service. Did I need to flash him the Rolex under my jacket sleeve to make me a potential customer? I wasn't going to find out.

The only reason this is not a 1 Star review is that he clearly knew sizing and I'm sure his products are excellent quality. It's the attitude that is pure trash.

Best menswear store in Victoria. Small space with huge inventory, from dress to smart casual. And the shoes.

This little shop is filled to the brim with high quality clothing! I tend to like to spend more on quality and fit that will last, so I was drawn to the store. Kane was incredibly patient, helpful and friendly. His knowledge and experience made it easy to settle on some things that got me dressed to kill for an important meeting. Everything was expertly tailored and ready in short order. No hassle, no worry. Of course things were pricier, but often it's worth spending that extra dollar to get exactly what you want. I highly recommend shopping here.

My friend and I visited the store to do some shopping for groom's suits because we both have our weddings happening this year and we wanted to visit a locally owned and operated store. We ended up finding that the owner was arrogant, disinterested in gaining new clientele and unwilling to showcase his products when we asked him for assistance. I guess being in our 30s made us seem too young but we chose to be patient and asked him for advice on what's fashionable in an attempt to see if his attitude would improve. Unfortunately, his attitude only improved after my friend revealed his family would be assisting with the purchase of his suit. I could only describe the exchange I saw as dollar signs beaming from the owner's eyes while my friend reacted like a regular, decent person.

I read an unfavourable review about a similar issue and decided to go to the store anyways. Now, I can say that unfavourable review was true and decided I needed to give my own.

I’ve been a loyal client for 20 years because of the exceptional service and selection provided. Kane will go out of his way to ensure complete satisfaction.

I went into this store looking for a winter coat that was rain resistant and would go over my suits. Preferably a short car coat.
Before I could say anything after he asked me what he could do for me, he retorted that he was very busy and he was swapped! I left immediately!
I’ve bought from this store before and even though he has a good product at a very expensive price, the owner is a real arrogant a-h! Don’t know how he stays in business. One can barely walk in his store, it is so cluttered.
