Steve is absolutely fantastic! I was looking for a realtor to sell my rental propery in Surrey. I came across his You Tube channel and scheduled a call with him. I have worked with this team not once but twice in the last year. Both Chris and Eric went over and above to help me both times. Chandani at Karrasch Real Properties was an amazing and a professional realtor to work with. She always gave her honest opinion and I never once felt like it was about the sale. She always looks out for your best interest. I was so nervous as a first-time buyer in this superhot market. I did not have much knowledge about the whole process, but She made the process super easy by being very patient, providing all the information and answered all the questions I had as a new buyer.

Apart from her awesome service, Chandani also has excellent knowledge of the neighborhoods, building quality, strata considerations. She went through the strata documents with me and pointed what to look for. After only the first meeting, she very quickly understood my preferences and what was looking for. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty overwhelmed with the buying process and didn't know how to find the right realtor. Luckily, two friends recommended Karrasch Real Properties and I was put in touch with Eric Katajamaki and Steve Karrasch who worked as a team to help me find my new home. They were available every step of the way at all hours of the day (and night), and were so fast to respond to my questions that it felt like I was their only client. Covid didn't stop us from speaking on the phone and having a zoom meeting to discuss my needs and goals, and we had a group chat set up to make sure we were on the same page at all times. This was the second time we used Steve and the Karrasch Team for the buying of a home and for the first time the selling of our family home. We decided to upgrade to a new home with more privacy and with more space. We explained our needs for our new home and Chandani started the process immediately by querying homes and coming out all the way from South Surrey to Maple Ridge to show us these homes. Super handy as well was the recycling program they have with moving boxes which saved us tons of money! Hire Steve and Chandani. End of discussion. They are the Batman and Robin of Langley realty. My only regret is that we only used them on the purchasing side, and wish more than anything we had them as our selling realtors too. We had a moderately complex negotiation, which resulted in us getting everything that was important to us, and only conceding in areas that we had previously agreed were flexible. When it was time to move on the house we wanted, we had 100% of their attention, and it truely felt like they cared. In the two months prior, while we were waiting for our home to sell (different realtors), Chandani was extremely patient with us, answering any questions we had, but never once being pushy. Steve provided some great insights in regards to the technical aspects of our home inspection, and both came together to help find a win/win in the negotiation. "It was by chance that we met Steve and Chandani at an open house in Abbotsford. They were pleasant but I loved the unit they were showing. As we looked at other units in the area we got to know this duo better and realized that they were no ordinary salespeople. They were realtors who made every aspect of buying and selling a home very clear to us - the good, the bad and the ugly. Although we loved that first place that we saw, we knew that we had to sell our own home first. They assured us that there would be places just as nice as the one we loved.
