We have since had our roof, gutters and skylights cleaned by Kasteel Exterior Cleaning and the service was once again excellent. Matt and his team did an exceptional job, explained all the cleaning procedures thoroughly and ensured that we were satisfied with the cleaning work. We find it really easy to book with, obtain quotes from, and communicate with Kasteel Exterior Cleaning. Both times we hired Kasteel, the crews arrived promptly and took good care of our home. We highly recommend Kasteel Exterior Cleaning.

Nik and his team had cleaned our gutters a couple of years back and did an excellent job then. We called him back this year to clean our gutters and roof (remove mold/moss and apply treatment). As usual, we received a very timely response and an extremely reasonable quote, given the size of our home and additional back garage.

Nik and his partner were prompt and professional. The gutters and roof were spotless and they cleaned up all of the debris that had fallen around the house during cleaning. In addition, they cleaned the outside of the gutters that are in plain view (and were in desperate need of cleaning) as a courtesy.

We very much appreciate their hard work, expertise and reliability. This is the only exterior cleaning company we would use.

I would highly recommend this company. Matt was prompt with his communication and his services were priced fairly. As well, Jordan who came to our house to power wash was both courteous and professional. He did an excellent job and ensured that I was satisfied with his work before he left the site.

We hired Kasteel Exterior Cleaning to pressure wash a client's paver patio before we put down new polymeric sand. The client was very happy with the work and the fact the fellow who came to the site moved a couple of pots for her and washed down the wall as well.
We were impressed with their notification system that reminded us the cleaning date was coming up soon.
Overall, we are happy with Kasteel and will be using them in the future when we need pressure washing done for our clients.

I hired Kasteel to do a window wash interior and exterior and these guys were absolutely detail oriented, quote was fair, very reasonable considering the amount of windows we have and no added costs!
The walk through was not rushed at the end, did any touch ups needed with the utmost sincere no problem attitude! They were tidy and super respectful, I will not hesitate to have them back annually!

We're very happy with the roof cleaning and moss treatment provided by Kasteel. Aman was very professional and pleasant, he did a thorough job, with a careful clean-up afterwards. We'll definitely be calling on them in the future.

Aman from Kasteel has done a fantastic job on cleaning the roof and gutter. He also did his best to clean up the debris and mosses fall from the roof to the ground (not only the large piece, but also the small one)

Would definitely recommend Kasteel for roof cleaning service and I am very likely to have them back again in 2 years for maintenance!

P. S. There are some mosses left on the roof that didn't fall off after few months. Call Kasteel to come back to clean it up and they honor their guarantee to provide free of charge after service. Kasteel is a GREAT and TRUSTWORTHY company!

Really grateful to have found Matt and his team. Incredibly responsive, everything was so easy from the quoting, booking to the service and more. Matt came over today and worked from 9am to 8: 30pm straight without a break. Despite a very hot day and an extremely tricky house with high walls and hidden corners and no easy access he was an absolute warrior.

I think anyone else would have been exhausted but he went above and beyond again and again making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned.

And he did it all with a smile - super kind and considerate. Clean up was excellent and my goodness - the final result - I’m just over the moon. It’s beyond anything I imagined. Looks amazing.

Just finished roof cleaning. Overall very impressed! At the very beginning the owner Matthew gave detailed quote with the choices of services items. Explained details in communication. There is reminding 10 days before the service date and one day before as well. This morning the technician was on time. Very efficient with latest equipments. Finished before noon with everywhere clean. It's $100 less to pay since "the work is easier than expected". Professional and promising company!

Today was exterior washing day for the condo I live in.we pulled everything off the balcony but the deck storage box, it's a little too big. I pulled it away from the side of the wall so they could get in behind, and the fella put it back for me. Such a small thing but a really nice thing that prompted this review. Matt was very quick, responsive and fair in his dealings with me. His quote was clear, and when discussing the overall cost, he assured me that if I wasn't happy with the final job, he would credit me for the cost of the more expensive cleaning fluids that they use. I was more than happy. Jesse, the young guy who actually did the work was amazing. He worked hard all day and was pleasant and polite. The final results were far better and thorough than I had expected. I had the same job done last year by a different company and the results weren't nearly as good. Matt did a soft wash of our exterior vinyl siding and wood trim, as well as an incredible job cleaning off our gross-looking moss covered deck. We recently had Matt and his team carry our a project for us and I have to say Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, helpful with a very prompt response and good communication. He was punctual, cleaned up well overnight and on top of the good workmanship, one thing we really appreciated was the complete lack of any form of bad language from Matt and his team.
