As a first time home buyer, I was very anxious about purchasing my first home. I was referred to Kate by my parents (which should say a lot in itself) because she was the "condo queen" and knew that market inside out. We saw several places and I swear she knew every person/every building/every neighborhood we saw. Kate has been absolutely fantastic! Not only did our apartment sell within a couple days of being on the market at the price I wanted, but she also helped us negotiate to get our new apartment at an awesome price! She made the process go so smoothly and kept us in the loop at all times. Kate has an incredible eye for detail and picked out things in the depreciation report that I didn’t even see. She made sure that everything was taken care of. Kate and her team of experts also provided staging, professional photography, 3D floor plans, cleaning services and a handyman to come in and fix minor things at no extra cost all prior to listing our place. Kate gets it. She strikes the perfect balance between efficient and relational. She's thorough, prepared, knows her stuff and is happy to walk you through what can be an overwhelming process. If she doesn't know something, she says so and gets back to you on it. I've dealt with realtors (often male) who've talked down to me, are slow to respond or skip over details even when I want to understand them. Kate does none of these things.
