Tall black man was very nice and pleasant. The prices and selection are good. I often come back to browse.

One staff greeted me in front of the door.
I came to this store purposely to find for a Kate Spade (KP) accessories. It took me a while to choose what i want because of many beautiful designs with good price (after discount). I finally chose my favourite bangle and i got KP cute pouch too.
Overall, this store offers many selection and generous with the discount.

Beautiful store. I'm always interested in seeing the new collaborations that they do with other companies like Disney. The prices are quite good and the place is very clean as well as well it. Staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable about items.

Just wanted to send a "Huge" Thank you to all of you at Kate Spade. 'Amazing customer service' and a special Thank you to "Rose" and Charlotte.:) Rose has gone out of her way to accommodate me as I live in Kelowna and she has helped me do a phone order for a few bags now and ship them to me. So pleasant and I just wanted to say I really appreciate her and everyone else who has helped. You're all so wonderful and I can't wait to visit in person the next time I'm in Richmond. Take care. My friend got around 200 to 300$ purse, she didn't use until after 30 days when she realized that the zipper is not working! Kate Spade zipper not working is just like a cheap purse. My friend tried to return, they refused becuase it is after 30 days and they said nothing wrong with the purse after they tried to fix it with thier hands, shame on you Kate spade accepting this kind of horrible customer services! No money back, no exchange and broken zipper Kate Spade purse.when you pay a good money for a good brand you would think that customer service would be better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KATE SPADE OUTLETS RICHMOND

Terrible attention from the manager.
I have a really bad experience trying to get my warranty of the product.
I had to go to another location and got the warranty with NO PROBLEM
AT ALL.
Definitely, I won’t go back there and I strongly suggest to avoid this location.
