We frequently dine here.the food is absolutely delicious.each preparation is curated with care…we usually order chicken momos steamed but from time to time we have tried Indian, indonchinese and other Nepali dishes this is my first review as I always post comments based on my repeated experiences as a measure of consistency which is important in the food business…I can safely call Kathmandu a great choice as it checks all the right boxes…the Service is great and the owner takes the time to personally attend each table to make sure the guests are happy….

Thank you for such a great service that you provided on call. We ordered their soup through uber eats and their soup didn’t seem fresh and not like the usual taste. We had ordered here several times before. Never got any issue with their food before. This time as well it would have been fine with just a normal conversation between a customer and the man on the call from restaurant’s side. We shared our concern with him that the food seemed stale and on top of it was for our friend who was sick already.
He didn’t accept it at first that it is stale. Instead told me to come to restaurant to get another soup. Like… why would I come to restaurant? I am already ordering it through uber eats.
I have worked in a restaurant field and I am totally aware about these same boring excuses.
Ok so this bad review is not for their food. (never had to post a review for such a petty issue). But it is for the attitude he carried through out the conversation. Thank you sir! You made us feel like a fool calling you out of concern. (time when we called them was 10: 59 pm friday 19 Jan).

Excellent environment, friendly service and great menu choices for delicious food at decent price, must visit restaurant. Highly recommended!

Went first time, waited 10 minutes for the server to take order, another 40 minutes to just hear “will be ready in 10-12 minutes” hated every bit of it. DONT GO. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Ordered food through uber eats. Never order Malai soya chaap. The worst chaap I have ever had in my life. Chili Chicken was average and veg Manchurian was not upto the mark.
Don’t go with them there are more better restaurants with same cuisine.

Polite and friendly staff. Food is delicious with great pricing. It is a Go to place! BUT DON'T GO ON WEEKENDS, didn't meet food quality.

Lovely spot to have a drink and catch up with friends. Servers nice, price is alright. Food is not the best but will update when we come back to a five star if its better. Thank you - Stephen

Went their recently around 11: 30 pm as was craving for some momos and fried rice. Met this employee, Aman from Nepal and I must say, this girl was full of energy, with a smile on her face throughout in her hospitality; we talked a lot and definitely felt so welcomed.
With regards to food, i would say 4/5 as I felt something missing in fried rice.for paneer momos, may be I was expecting it to have more veggies too. But all in all, had an enjoyable and a great evening!

It was my first experience visiting this store, compare to all other restaurants in surrey, I highly recommend this restaurant as they have great quality and quantity of food. Also, i was just so impressed with their loving customer service. I was served by ameen, i was blessed with the service there. Loved it!

The food is decent, service is decent and the ambiance is fair. Give it a try if you like Indo-Chinese cuisine. Try their soya chaap items very good.

Very delicious mocktails prepared by Aman. We asked her to customize our drinks and it turned out to be awesome

This place is a hit and miss. It depends who u have for a server and they do over charge. Word of advice, write down what you ordered and the price

Very friendly environment, especially when it comes to customer service every person working there deals greatly with customer, but special mention to Ria for bringing up such friendly touch in talking while taking orders. All my friends and family did really enjoy today’s get to gather over this restaurant. So thanks to all:)

Went there for dinner on Friday and it was the worst experience. I wish aman was there, this other waiter idk her name she had long hair tied back and honestly she should be taught a lesson. Hair in my food and I knew it wasn’t mine because I have light coloured hair and it was long, the hair was hanging off the side of the bowl. And when that lady was taking our order she seemed mad. She did not even use polite tone and her face just makes me want to never come to this restaurant ever again!

Such a fabulous place to dine. Despite all the busyness, service was top notch and food was excellent. Visit there and feel the difference

Worst service ever! The server was very rude and the jhol momo was giving a bad smell, we let the waitress know but she acted if we were lying and they served the same jhol momo in the same plate. After we let her know once again she was just straight up rude and didn't care at all. A SIMPLE SORRY COULD HAVE BEEN OKAY.

I visited kathmandu recently on my birthday with my family and friends everything there was great I enjoyed my special day, happy with service as well as food was awesome moreover alot of options in non alcoholic drinks too️#perfect place to hangout with family and friends.

The food was amazing! A friend suggested and we wanted to try the food. We had veggie noodles and momos. Despite being extremely busy, they handled the situation really well. The order was on time and they were very considerate! I would definitely recommend dining in here, the ambience is incredible and is quite relaxing. 5 stars for their efforts and service.

Our experience today with dinner and service here was disappointing. Honey chilli potatoes was good but rest of food was not as expected. Servers were not friendly as well. Dhanyabbad

Please dont go at this place. It is the worst restaurant I have ever experienced. Service sucks. Water stinks. Food is not good at all.

The food was delicious we had amazing time there. It was extremely busy because of diwali but they handled the situation. The server was nice and kind she recommended us singapuri noodles and veg manchurian that was awesome. Thanks for your recommendations Riya.

Placed an order on uber eats only to have it canceled 15mins later. Tried to call and they repeatedly answered then hung up.

I want yo shoot out to this place. I had the best experience. Food was so delicious with perfect spice and flavours. I lived the drinks and the server suggestion on drinks as well on food.
All in all best place to eat with friends and fam! ️️

I ordered the prawn chow mein and it was delicioso! The noodles were very flavourful and the shrimp was very well cooked, I will be back here again. Thanks for the recommendation, Honey!

Best customer service and tried the chilli paneer Momo's and the virgin Pina colada. Both were really good. The girl helping me today Aman was really nice and helpful. Hope to visit back soon.

We were here for dinner everything else was fine but jhol momo had some weird smell when we share our concern with servers they were not that approachable. They replaced the jhol momo but it was same and the server on duty didn’t even said sorry that was very disappointing. We find it very rude and we were expecting good customer service but it was a huge disappointment. I hope you guys focus on quality and customer service. I worked as a server too and this kind of service is not recommended in hospitality business.

I tried for the first time but I was not impressed. The food was boring, not tasty, overcooked chicken, oily rice.
Sorry but I won't be back.

We ordered food worth $70 from here and received only half the order. We called the restaurant and they took no responsibility and were not interested in providing any clarification. We had guests over and were waiting for this order, this entire fiasco created an embarrassing situation.

Please try the momos. I am sure you guys will love it and the taste takes you to Indian streets. ️?
