I have used KBD many times over the years. Kathy was the dispatcher today and was so helpful in getting me some help over the phone and then ensuring that I had a tech for a service call when I could not solve my own problem. Thanks!

Great communication! Finished the install of our new mini split system from start to finish all in one day. Very professional, great dealing with you guys. Great job Brian and Shaun!
