The Kearney team was thoughtful and thorough in helping us through the loss of our loved one. They were kind and gentle as they led us through the process. It allowed us to process our grief and move forward.

Rene Taylor and the staff were friendly compationate kind and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we came in to sign documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult
I never felt rushed prodded or like it was business as usual Rene took her time to explain everything in detail. She definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was much appreciated

Renee Taylor of Kearney Funeral Services was such a kind, compassionate and knowledgable person to work with. It was such a comfort to be guided through the overwhelming process of burying our loved one during a time that is both stressful and full of grief. A very heartfelt thank you to Anne, Renee and Mayan for your help in arranging my friend, Susanne's Funeral Mass and burial. I knew it would go smoothly and it gave me great confidence you were in charge of the preparations. Thank you to the videographer, which allowed family and friends to view the Mass in: Hungary, Australia and Canada.

I found Kearney Funeral Services in Cloverdale to be professional, caring and accommodating. They took their time to really explain the process in a thoughtful and knowledgeable way. My family felt well taken care of and supported during a very fragile time.

0 out of 10 would never use Kearney again. My moms cremated remains were given back to my family in a plastic bag despite the fact that we had picked out a scattering urn.

Edited to Update on March 21st 2023: We took my moms bag of ashes back to Kearney today as they said they would put her ashes in the urn for us. Great. Except not really because they put her ashes in a plain wooden box urn and not a scattering urn like we specifically spoke to the Funeral Director about (as we had planned on scattering my moms ashes in the ocean). Thank you so much Renee Taylor & Kearney Funeral Services for making this entire process so difficult and awful.
