Saw Felisha for a fine line tattoo and she did an amazing job! Very happy with how it turned out initially and after the touch up appointment as well. Felisha is very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is beautiful, clean and inviting. They offer lots of services at Kelowna Brow + Co and everyone was so lovely!

I got freckles done with Felisha and she rocked it. They look super cute and natural and healed better than any other tattoo on my body. The freckles even hurt less than a tattoo!

So much fun, really amazing space and the service was awesome. Really happy with my new tattoo!

Had the clarifying facial with Kim. Such a lovely relaxing experience. She’s very knowledgeable and ensures to ask about any health conditions and medications that may interact with products prior to treatment. 10/10 reccomend! Skin looking and feeling great!

Kim was very gentle and put me at ease for my first lash lift. She explained every step through the process and made my visit very comfortable. She also gave me tips on shaping and styling my brows after waxing them. Will definitely return!

I had a fantastic experience at Kelowna Brow and Co. Aside from having a beautiful office at Osprey (my dentist is upstairs, so I know this location quite well), Felisha took time to sit and chat with me two days before my appointment because of my concerns with two-three previous lash lifts I've had. She assured me that Kim and Toni were experts in lash lifts and tint (she trained them herself), and that they will check my lashes to make sure that it is not being over processed.

When I arrived at the space, Kim was there to welcome me with a warm smile. She made sure to let me know what she was about to do every step of the way-no pain or stinging at all, which I sometimes experience when I get lash lifts and tints! She also assured me that she's encountered lashes like mine (that tend to resist lifting sometimes) and knows what she needs to do-and she truly knows what she is doing! She was gentle, reassuring, and validated a lot of my experiences with lash lifts and tints. Plus, I also got a keratin serum so I can take care of my lashes! They look fabulous!

I'm excited to go back end of May, and maybe I will go for a much more dramatic lift for my graduation. Thanks so much Felisha and Kim. You ladies rock and are all stars!

Anyways, I just wanna say that Kim is such a sweetheart! She made my lash lift and tint, She explained what she's doing and what she's putting. I got so comfy with her, matter of fact I fell asleep in the middle of the session lol. Anyways, love my lashes.thank you Kim!

Felisha always does my eyebrow laminations and I just recently had an amazing dermaplane facial with a rose jelly mask done that made my skin feel AMAZING. Toni has also done a few spray tans for me and is honestly the best. She makes you feel so comfortable in your own skin and beautiful. I Have gone to other places in Kelowna and no one else pays as much attention to detail as they do. These girls truly are the best so don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Even though i had trouble finding parking and was a few minutes late, Toni was very sweet about it and she still did both my lashes and brows in the same time slot and fast with such good quality & technique:) she hyped me up and made my brows and me feel & look absolutely beautiful!

In love with my lash lift and tint results! The staff are so sweet! I messaged them before I book a appointment asking if they building has a elevator as I red it was on the 2nd floor and I’m disabled and they replied yes and told me “Having an accessible space was really important to us when finding a location. ” That to any disabled person means a lot to them to know how much they care about everyone disabled or not:) without a doubt highly recommended them!

I’ve gotten everything from spray tans, eyelash lifts, brow lamination to brow waxes from Kelowna Brow & Co and it’s always 10/10. Felisha is amazing and first met for a brow lamination appt. I came across Kelowna Brow & Co on Instagram a few months ago and really liked the look of their work. After asking around I discovered a few friends went here for lash lifts. I have seen both Felicia and Kim a few times now, and have had my brows and lashes done here. They are so FABULOUS - incredibly good at what they do, super knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable and ensure you're happy with your treatment before you leave. I have had people comment on my brows and lashes and I'm always happy to tell people where I got them done! 10/10 will keep coming back.

I went for my 11 month touch up and almost did not go because brows still looks so awesome. Good consultation about what to do during the touch up and I am glad I followed my tech's advice. She did an amazing job as always!

I’ve been to see Kim I think 3 times (?) for dermaplaning, lash lift and for lactic acid peel. Loved each appointment! She’s a legend! Knows exactly what she’s doing, explains everything along the way (no question is too ridiculous, I’m an absolute novice with all of the treatments I’ve had), is so knowledgeable and is such a lovely person. She really makes you feel at ease and relaxed (confession time, I actually fell asleep during my lash lift I was that chilled out lol). I’m booked in for dermaplaning again this week and I honestly cannot wait! I was also super sick on the day of one of my appointments and they were very accommodating and understanding about having to move it. Can’t recommend this business enough! Xx
