Took my I pad in to get repaired because I dropped it so many times. The person I dealt with was so prompt and informed. He looked it over and found that the repair would be minor and didn’t even charge me. I offered several times. I appreciate the honesty, attention to detail and the thoroughness that was shown. Shawn was amazing. We had trouble with our phone after Screen was replaced. Shawn offered to drive an hour to our home to replace the screen again. I haven't had a chance to test it too much but so far so good. So pleased with the service that Shawn has provided. He went above and beyond. I took my Samsung S22 Ultra in as my screen was cracked. The staff were very friendly and provided me with a quote to replace the screen. They gave me an time when I could come pick it up and when I did they told me there was good news as it was only my screen protector and not the screen. Their honesty was very much appreciated as I was prepared to pay for the full replacement screen. I was billed a minimal amount for a new screen protector and chose a different case to be more proactive. I highly recommend Kelowna Cell Repair!

I brought in my 6 year old iPad Pro and Kelowna Cell Repair put in a new battery. It is like a new iPad! Great service and very knowledgeable!

Excellent, honest, knowledgeable, courteous service! Recently, I needed to replace my older iPhone and decided to check out the replacement cost of a newer phone. I visited their shop and asked about a replacement phone for my needs. I was given a few options. All were reasonably priced and I chose the phone that worked best for me. Within a couple of hours, all my data had been transferred to my new phone and I was all set up. I thought I would be without my phone for the weekend and was so happy to have the use of it almost immediately at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Went in a couple weeks ago to get my IPhone 12 Pro Max fixed. I had crushed the screen at the gym and was worried I would have to get a new phone. Was having issues with my S20 being able to charge. They first tried cleaning the charging port and found it was a bit corroded, replaced it and works great now.

I went in to Kelowna cell repair thinking I needed a new power slot for my iphone12 pro.he tried a quick clean and resolve the issue. So instead of taking my MONEY for a repair he just did a quick clean for me and charging works fine again. Very polite and friendly

So glad I went and paid 400$ for a unlocked cellphone from them before leaving for Mexico, other then its locked to at&t and doesn't work here in mexico.yes I told them I was buying the phone to take to mexico.it says it just needs an unlock code for at&t but they aren't offering any help

I went in to Kelowna cell repair thinking I needed a new speaker on my iPhone XS Max since I couldn’t understand people on the phone anymore. Instead of repairing it they first tried a quick clean and that did resolve the issue. So instead of taking my money for a repair they just did a quick clean for me and everything works fine again. Very friendly staff and would definitely return if I would have any other issues with my phone.

I got my battery replaced and my new battery is worse than the one I had for 3 years in my phone that needed to be replaced. They also cracked the back of my phone and said that it was there before. I will not be going back.

Good quick service with a good price. However I wasn't happy with the reassembly of my phone. I took it there because I didn't have my tools with me to fix it myself. My work is better. I wouldn't have given a phone back to a customer and feel comfortable with the work.

I brought in my phone and got a free estimate, the turnaround was same day and they were upfront about the fact I might be able to fix it myself, I didn't pay anything. When the fix they recommended I try myself didn't work, I brought it in again and although my phone was past repair they did not charge me anything to look at it a second time. Amazing service would recommend this business to anyone. Super friendly and professional, no hidden fees, very upfront and honest. Will be coming here again for any issues with my new phone.

After shattering my phone on a tile floor I took it to Kelowna cell repair. There was a hiccup with the first replacement screen so I was given a loaner phone for the time being. Jamie was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

I would highly recommend taking your cell phone to Kelowna Cell Repair for any issue that you are having. I needed to get the back glass of my iPhone XS Max replaced so I contacted them because they were by far the cheapest. I found out that they do not do back glass repairs on weekends and that I would have to check back during the week. I explained that I am currently commuting to penticton everyday for work and that it would be hard to get back early enough to give them 2 hours to do the replacement. We decided on doing it in 2 visits so that they would have enough time. I got my phone to them at 4pm and then killed time until 5: 30. When I got back he told me that he was almost done and just needed a few more minutes. They were able to replace the glass quicker than expected and the tech even stayed after closing just to get it done.

So grateful I found this business! Kind, genuine people who truly want to help, and know their stuff. Thanks again guys!

These guys were nothing short of amazing with our cell phone issue! I showed up there on a Sunday half an hour before closing with a phone that wouldn't charge suddenly. The guy that helped me when I arrived wasn't sure if he could do the diagnostic tests necessary to find the problem (complimentary I might add, which was amazing too), until the next day which I was absolutely fine with, but literally called me within 5 mins of me leaving the store to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be and that it would be ready the next morning for me. Good pricing, great customer service and fast repair! Definitely the place to go if you have cell issues!

Okay you can't get any more honest than this. I thought my iPhone screen was broken so I brought it in for a repair and as it turns out my screen protector was the broken piece and they took it off and handed me the phone back and said done and it was free and that's my favorite price of course.

I highly recommend coming here, great service, great price and honest people!

I have been using Kelowna Cell Repair since it opened! As a foster parent of teens, I have appreciated how affordable the service is and how quickly the knowledgable staff have responded to the variety problems we came in with. With the teens in my care, there has often been a degree of urgency to our request. The patient and knowledgable staff have been so helpful.

EDIT: I had to add to my original review from a year ago. I heard these guys could upgrade the storage size of my iphone. Couple hours and $140 later I now have a 128GB iPhone instead of a 16GB

This is the place to go! All the other stores in town told me my phone was toast, and that I needed to replace the motherboard so my camera's would work again on my iPhone.
Within minutes these guys had my phone under their crazy microscope in the shop, $70 later and I was on my way with working cameras again! These guys are magicians! Amazing! Will be my first choice from now on!

Great experience getting my phone's battery replaced at a very reasonable cost. They were very busy with other orders, but still managed to get it done for me within a couple of hours. Would definitely use their services again.

Brought my iPhone X in for a new screen and battery. It was fixed in 2 hours and they discounted the price of the battery, since my phone was already open for the screen.

I brought my iPhone X to have a screen replaced in November, it worked great at first and had no complaints. It has since developed a dead spot that does not respond to any form of touch making the phone useless as it cannot be unlocked to start with. Called them and they said that there was no warranty on this defect and I would have to pay to replace the screen again. Which I will, somewhere else.

Excellent service at Kelowna Cell. I had a water damaged phone. They got a part in to check first on this as the potential problem. It was the screen and they had it repaired quickly and efficiently. Friendly and good communication!

Went in to get a virus off my phone. The guy fixed it in seconds and even showed me what to do if it happens again. And he didn’t even charge me for the help!

I broke the screen on my almost brand new S10 and took it to KCR to get fixed. Not only was the technician professional and knowledgable, he got to work right away and had my phone back to me in no time. This is my second fantastic experience with KCR and I would definitely recommend anyone see them for phone repair/ service.

I called in thinking my phone had a problem with the charging port.
They recommended that it might be a cleaning problem instead, and found out that it was a build up of lint. They quickly cleaned it with no problem. Great service!
