I got myself a 2023 bolt EUV and absolutely love it. 8$ for me to recharge from empty at home. Your supposed to get 400km a battery, but if you hypermile using N to coast when it is more efficient to do so, I have gotten 515 km off my battery with lots of juice to make it home.

I drive with my AC on high, so not cutting any life support either for those figures.

Well what can I say, in a world where no one cares about customer service anymore, Kelowna Chevrolet is so over the top about service. From the moment I made an inquiry my salesman Steve has been by my side every step of the way, found the truck I wanted, got it to kelowna, not as easy as it sounds. Then Justin in finance explained everything clearly and then the insurance guy Kiwi, again so kind and happy for me and put on the right coverage, so helpful. The staff, it was like walking into Cheers, everyone knows my name. Such an incredible environment, extremely grateful for all the men who helped me on my brand new truck purchase. I highly recommend all three of these gentlemen to work with.

Steve is my truck guy, had absolutely incredible service from everyone who helped me purchase my new truck

I'm a returning client who purchased a 2022 Silverado High Country last year, and I found that this particular dealer had a Suburban Duramax incoming; the Manager assured me that if I gave him a $ 1000 deposit, it would be 100% refundable within a few days, and would speed thing up!

I did so, and after seeing the final quote, I decided to pass on the vehicle as it had all sorts of upcharges and fees! Right away, I requested my deposit back, and it has been 12 days with no luck in that regard.

Very disappointed in such business practices, be aware and don't give your hard-earned dollars to these guys.

We have been looking for a 2021 Regular Cab Long box 4x4 for months now and we found one in Kelowna.

We reached out to Kelowna Chevrolet Sept 25th through an on line vehicle auto finder and our salesperson reached out to us days later and that's when we were introduced to Luke via text message, E Mails & phone calls and after chatting for a couple days hammering out a deal where everyone was comfortable my partner n I decided to drive from Chilliwack to Kelowna Friday and staying the night at the Best Western next door.
1st Impression of this Dealership.
Clean neat n tidy inside and out are the words we would use to describe this dealership including the bathroom.

All levels of staff that we dealt with were helpful and respectful; which to us means a lot and should anyone.
Our sales guy (Luke) certainly stands out to us and will be our go to guy in future vehicle purchases as will Dave in parts for helping us with Wheels n Tires and hood deflector.

We had a long day there (Kinda like buying a Cell Phone) lol. But Luke and Dave offered us a loaner car so we could escape for a while and pointed us to Gyro Beach Park so off we went.

At the end of this day.
It was worth the time and effort to drive from Chilliwack. We are happy with our truck the swag goodies we received and the deal we got.

First time at this dealership and the customer service was refreshingly welcoming - from the moment I booked the appointment with the service department to the trouble shooting and test drive, to the ongoing communication with Brendan regarding the status of the maintenance etc. And, all in all the cost was less that what I was expecting!

Over charged me. $634.00.3 hours for a simple $30.00 hose connector part. Got back to Parksville Harris GM and was told by the service manager they took me for a ride that was a simple connector change he phoned them to find out why they charged me sooooo much.they would not give him an answer.if your a tourist in need try Bannister's.

I spent weeks looking for a red Tahoe as I had fallen in love with the colour but there were only black and white ones at any of the dealers in the lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. The only one available in Western Canada was at the Kelowna Chevrolet Dealership. From the moment I called to see if what still available, I had excellent service from the first phone call with Cory to me finally driving away with my new 2021 Chevy Tahoe! We were able to do almost everything over the phone and then my hubby and I drive to Kelowna to finally see the truck. We walked in and were immediately greeted by name and treated exceptionally well. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Cory, Brent, Leah and Ian and would highly recommend Kelowna Chevrolet!

I love Chevy, however. When bringing my vehicle in to get it looked over and a sticker taken off. They failed.
Went to pick my truck up and they had not taken the sticker off, or cleaned inside or out of the truck. I had 1 clean shiny rim. Greasy finger prints on the hood. Great people, just complete slack on the detail part of things.

Fantastic staff and service from beginning to end. Alvin was incredibly kind, informative and patient, doing everything he could to help make our experience easy and enjoyable. There was never any pressure and he even took the time to explain all our options, plus providing just the right vehicles which would work the best for us, not simply just make do. Everyone we met were so kind and helpful, especially Dave from finances, Joel, Jason and Donna which made the whole experience so much easier and of course Billy the adorable dog helped to push the experience over the top especially each time he needed another cookie from Alvin. Nick, The salesman that never stops working. Nick wasn't just friendly but exceptionally professional. He helped me figure out payments that worked for me and answered all my texts in a timely manor. He never left me hanging when I has a question and always kept me updated on how the deal was progressing.

Adam, The man. The Legend. This gentleman took his time thinking about answers to questions I didn't realize I should have been asking. That's unique in the car business and I've worked for dealerships for the last 3 years. I truly valued his ability to anticipate what was coming next and having the decency to keep me posted, even when I didn't ask for an update.

David! The Brain. Although my visit was David in the Finance office was short, it was quite fun. David is personable and took his time explaining the ins and out of funding my deal. He worked hard to fulfill his end of the deal we made and I couldn't be happier.

I can't say anything about their sales team, but the service team is exceptional. I've been to 3 different gm dealerships, 6 different times, when I first bought my truck (not from Kelowna Chevy) and it had a problem with the 4x4 system starting at only 500km. Kelowna Chevy was the only dealership that managed to find the problem and fix it, the first time I came to them. Matt is usually the one that handles my truck, and sometimes Jordan too, and they both are very knowledgable and answer all my questions that I have. And most importantly, I feel they talk to the customers with great respect. Some mechanic shops I've dealt with talk to you with a "mightier than thou" or "please don't waste my time" attitude, or take advantage of your lack of mechanical knowledge, but from my experience with Matt and Jordan, they are very honest and seem to take pride in their work. They explain the problems/solutions very thoroughly and easy to understand. The guys that work on the vehicles are super great too. Kudos to them for finding the very annoying problem I had in the beginning, and working on my truck with care from then on. Overall, exceptional service staff.

The salesman that we dealt with at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy, along with every other person we dealt with during the sale process. We were very happy with the truck we bought. The reason i am giving them a 2 instead of a 5 is because of the pandemic. There seemed to be very little regard for our safety. Our salesman wore his mask while we dealt with him - thank you for that, but in the building itself the staff ran around with their masks under their chin or off their face altogether. Being that the building is so huge i give some leeway. However, there wasn't even an attempt to have their masks up while walking by us or stopping to talk with us. The staff would stand right next to each other with their masks off. There was no social distancing at all. Now, all that said i stayed and made the purchase on our truck. Yes i could have left but i didn't. We needed a specific truck and at the price etc this fit our needs. So yes we risked our safety to get what we needed. We kept maneuvering ourselves to keep a safe distance from people and had our masks on the whole time. If not for the pandemic issues this dealership would definitely received a 5.

This Chevrolet outlet has the most helpful and friendly staff at the Parts Department in BC. This knowledgeable staff always has a very experienced track record with not knowing just the Chevrolet vehicles but their customers as well.

Let me start with going to get tires. Not a bad deal they advertise at cost? But overall not a bad deal. Then when they installed tires I was told I needed a brake job? Potentially $1500 plus. Odd, I thought and when I informed them I would wait to decide they seemed VERY surprised and hesitant! I got my car home and checked and had my neighbour a Red Seal mechanic look at the brakes and he advised brakes were fine. Just this year went to look at the new Corvette and settled on a model, options etc with a salesman and learned they charge $10.0000 over MSRP because the car is POPULAR. Needless to say I think this is unethical and walked.

I have purchased five trucks from this dealership in the last 1.5 years and each experience has been amazing! The staff are extremely knowledgeable on their product and a true joy to deal with. I never once felt rushed or pressure in any of the transactions. I strongly recommend this dealership and will continue to send referrals your way.

Was charged $228 to tell me I was getting a code which I told them I was getting for stabilitrak. Also charged $24 material and the only explanation was that the system automatically charges it and they can't do anything about that.

After picking up, the problem is now consistently worse.

There are several knowledgable diesel shops in town, will definitely be using those from now on.

Kelowna Chevy was the best dealership I have dealt with to date. Their staff were so friendly and helpful making the purchase of our new vehicle a breeze. Jordan helped us find a vehicle staying within our budget while still having all the features we were searching for. He helped make the decision easy!

This was my third time purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. The first time was back in 2015 and they really tried their best to get me a reliable vehicle when I had only just started working and only had my BC license for a year. Last week I bought a new Equinox from James and Brent still remembered my family from the first time we came in 5 years ago. They were even great with my 2 year old son running around, James tried to watch him while I finished some paperwork with Leah.
