Kelowna Community Theatre

Huge space, its a nice clean building, staff were professional and kind and full of smiles, 2 small bar areas to grab a quick drink, seating was comfortable, womans bathrooms were a little crowded at intermission and long line ups.
Sound and lights were also on point, I will 100% be back for future events

We saw "No Refunds" with Darcy and Jer.

It was a full house, everyone got in quick, we didn't bother with concession or washrooms as it's usually pretty packed.

This venue needs a major update. There is no leg room which makes it horrible to leave your row during an event.

Such a fantastic location. I've seen multiple shows here and the staff and seating has always been great.

This was a first for me at this theatre as I do not live in Kelowna and first for my son’s girlfriend who has never been to a theatre. We saw Grease and it was excellent, loved the enthusiasm of all the actors, everything from the stage sets to the singing was fantastic. We left the theatre smiling. So thank you for a great night out, I know my ‘Canadian family’ will become regular theatre goers from now on.

Great for smaller events/concerts. But the chairs are quite close to each other.
Still recommended.

Was here for a concert "The Raa" (rural Alberta Advantage) Amazing music! And great service. I look forward to going back in the future.

Great venue to see just about anything, only drawback is the need for additional washrooms so maybe sneek out before intermission.

Nice intimate space for music.a little dated but great acoustics.decently comfortable seats and both a bar and concession service for before the show or at intermission.

We saw both Corb Lund and Jesse Cook here recently.very different musically.but sound was good for both shows and sight lines are not an ussue from anywhere in the theatre

The venue was clean, well hosted. Lighting was great. Sound was on par.
I could not, however, get into the bathrooms. The line ups were crazy long.
I also think it could benefit from slightly wider seating aisles, as I found it difficult to stand and move out of the way for ppl in the center of the aisle to move by me.
Wheelchair accessible, but only on the uppermost seating area (the last row from the stage).

Attended The Sound of Music put on by The Actors Studio. The play was excellent, first class performance by all.

A lovely theater, well laid out and organized, it is wheelchair/mobility aid accessible, the theatre is always clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful shows and customer service. If they are fully book washrooms line can be long and challenging but other than that a wonderful place

We went to see the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It was a great presentation with really high quality costumes. We were Impressed!

A great place for kids to watch plays and meet the casts!

As a musician i spend alot of time at this theater. The staff are very welcoming and kind. If you get a chance talk to john or tim they run the show

Love this theatre. Not a bad seat in the house. Small enough to offer an intimate experience with the performers.

Kelowna Community Theatre is a great venue. Easy access, comfortable seating, good acoustics. The staff were friendly too, especially the concession ladies. Monster Truck was great and Big Wreck amazing. Awesome show! First concert in over 2 years. Thanks

One suggestion.have a team member come out on stage at start to remind guests to not have cell phones on before the show starts and to not yap with constant commentary the entire show! This family behind us, especially the gabby grandma, were quite insane with constant annoying yapping for the entire show! I looked back a few times but their pee sized brains did not grasp it!

I'm okay paying the price of a ticket for an event but the $50 extra fee to buy 4 tickets online is ridiculous. And there is no option to buy them at the theatre box office. It's more like outrageous!

The Nutcracker ballet Dec. 10 at the Kelowna theater was a great way to continue or start a new everlasting memories. The December 10 date also makes a perfect start to the Christmas season. The Nutcracker suite is a performance that appeals to all ages. I continued a tradition with my daughter that forges memories for life. If that's not a winning event for family and friends I don't know what is.

I went to a comedy show here that was a fundraiser for DIPG a children's cancer. It was fantastic! The facility was well laid out. The seats were comfortable. They are a bit close together. The sound system was good. It was a very fun event.

It's a perfect venue for a sit-down event like a lecture or theatrical/visual performance, but it's kind of a strange place for most types of concerts (unless it's very introspective stuff) since there's no dancefloor. I really don't get why they book concerts there so often!
I think you need to dance more, Kelowna!

I love this place. Not a bad seat.lots of staff.my only complaint is the line up for drinks and lack of organization for the line up.

Great acoustics, comfortable seating, and good views of the stage regardless of your seat. Feels intimate.

Attended a few events here - venue is great, staff are friendly, nice that they let you take drinks into the theater for shows.

Saw a comedy show here a few weeks ago and the snow was great. Staff were friendly. My only complaint was the seats really. They make you feel as if you were sitting right on your tailbone. Just not enough support. A few people around us had commented after the show as well. Wouldn't hold me back from going back though. Good times were had.

Never actually went inside was checking out what events where coming up and looks like be a good show, very clean outside
