Kelowna Concierge

Jon was proactive and extremely helpful when something didn't go as planned and my bag got stranded at Kelowna airport. Truly a concierge service - way above and beyond just a shuttle bus operator. The result: the bag was found, forwarded to the airline and delivered to my home in a few days. This would've been far more stressful and far less certain without Jon's keeping an eye on the situation. Kudos!

Harry collected us from the airport and made our trip to Silver Star Resort a great experience. He provided great information about the local area on the way and helped us to our door with all our luggage. I would recommend this service.

We visited Kelowna last month and had a wonderful experience with this company. Our hotel had a shuttle service arrangement with them - both drivers were prompt and friendly. We decided to do a half-day wine tour with them as well - Amadeus was knowledgeable, kind and an excellent driver.

Steve was an awesome tour guide! He had such a wealth of knowledge on the wine and history of each winery we visited. He was conscientious of the group ensuring we tasted the wine on a full tummy. He had an exceptional time management skill, ensuring we got to each vineyard in a timely manner and was able to taste the wine without being rushed. All the hosts at each vineyard pour us good amount of wine for tasting, some provided too in my opinion. Anyone who wants to do a wine tour in Kelowna should book with Kelowna Concierge!

Thomas was a great guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mt Boucherie was a terrible experience and would not chose to go back to that winery again.

Very impressed with this service and the quality of customer care. At airport pick-up they waited for me a little longer while I dealt with a baggage claim. On my return I had a different driver and he was also phenomenal with getting the bags in the vehicle. Great communication from the business on when and where to be for pick-up etc. Highly recommend them.

Kelowna Concierge is fantastic. Our inbound flight was a bit earlier and they moved us to an earlier shuttle which saved a lot of waiting in the airport. On the way back our flight was delayed and they did an extra run for us so we could hang out at the resort for longer. The vehicles are great and the drivers are extremely friendly and happy to share their knowledge of the area. First class service!

The most friendly and customer-orientated provider in the whole of BC! Do NOT use any other service. I would give SIX stars if I could!

I CANNOT rate Kelowna Concierge high enough.
We have used them multiple times getting from Kelowna Airport and up to Silver Star mountain resort (and back). Each time (no thanks to Westjet) we have had numerous delays and they have always been happy to assist and change bookings without a fuss.
The drivers are absolutely unreal and are always professional and polite.
Even travelling with kids is not an issue at all, nor.thw 3: 05 am pick ups.

No doubt we will be calling on Kelowna Concierge for our next trip in a few years.

Steve was an amazing tour guide with a great wealth of knowledge he was happy to share. By the end of the tour we felt like we made a new friend. We will most definitely book another tour on our next visit to Kelowna.

My girlfriends chose Kelowna Concierge to be our tour guide for my bachelorette wine your day and 10/10 would recommend!

I also highly recommend requesting Thomas as your guide! Not only did he educate us on the wine we were trying, the vineyards we were visiting but went out of his way to make this one of the most memorable tours for me and I cannot wait to go back to try a new route with him.

We just returned from a corporate retreat and Chad and John could not have been more accommodating and professional. They were able to transport 20 of us in fairly short order (less than two days notice) and managed to pivot and set us up for a tasting at one of the premiere wineries. Jillian was awesome to work with to create the wedding shuttle package we wanted for our guests as transportation to and from our wedding venue. They were on time and efficient and delivered exactly as agreed upon on our wedding day! Would 100% recommend Kelowna Concierge for any transportation needs!

Wonderful tour with Kelowna Concierge! Our guide Patrick was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He even introduced us to his girlfriend Annie (see picture). When it comes to wine tours and other activities around Kelowna if you can’t drive call Patrick at Kelowna Concierge! They will get you there!

I booked my shuttle for a 6: 45am pick up at Prestige Vernon Lodge hotel. My driver John was few minutes early which is awesome! He was amazing!

Our Buck Branigan Golf Group plans an annual trip and this year selected Kelowna as the destination. Our plans required shuttles to and from our AirBnB and the 3 golf courses we selected (6 shuttles total). We had 6 different drivers over 3 days, and each one was better than the next (they were all outstanding). They arrived early, were always super friendly and engaging, played music upon request, and most importantly got us from point A to point B each day safely and efficiently.

Our point of contact, Jillian, was an outstanding communicator and facilitated several last minute changes for us which saved the day! She provided outstanding customer service.

While all the drivers were fun to engage with, a special thanks goes out to Patrick who got involved in our daily shuttle trivia and stumped us with his question, Steve who had the boys all fired up after our tough match at Tower Ranch and Thomas (Voted our MVP of the weekend) who facilitated our championship celebration following our final round at Gallagher's Canyon.

I can not say ENOUGH good things about this company. We will absolutely be booking another Kelowna trip and utilizing these guys soon!

Kelowna Concierge is the way to go! Always reliable, on time, with professional knowledgeable drivers and clean vehicles.

Steve Francis was our driver and host on a two day wine adventure. His knowledge of the areas we visited along with the wines produced were impressive and appreciated. He has made our adventures amazing in 2018,2019 and recently in October 2021. Outstanding service and attention to detail from the begining to the end, for that we will always be grateful and will be returning back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the company. Our wine tour guide was professionally turned out and the transportation was immaculate. We were picked up at our hotel, where we met both our guide and our new friends already aboard the van. Great personality displayed by our guide, Patrick was both humourous and informative at the same time. Upon our arrival at each winery we were expected and quickly attended to by host servers who were all exceptional. Our new friends also made the excursion a worthwhile event. Without a doubt we would do business with this tour company again. BTW wine tasting is an individual experience, some great, others not so much. All in all great time, great info, great company, and no driving after consuming.

We used their services for both the wine tour and transport between the airport and the Delta. We had a very good time. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of us during the wine tour.

For the transport, initially we had booked the shuttle for 8: 15, we put in our flight was landing at 7 and chad was there already for us. That was really nice of him and we got to the hotel earlier. He even told us about things to do in Kelowna and hooked us up with that Wine tour with Thomas.

We had an excellent time on our Kelowna Wine Tour. Thomas was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information to complement the trips to the wineries!

Our driver Chris was amazing and his wife worked at the cidery we went to. We visited 3 wineries and finished at Truck 59 cidery. The BBQ food at Truck 59 was to die for!

We had a lovely time with Phil showing us the way on the Naramata wine tour. We asked the company to pick the wineries for us and we were not disappointed. They chose mostly small wineries except for Poplar Grove, which we had heard great things but we were very disappointed with the wine tasting. We didn’t feel it was a good representation of what they had to offer. We were told to try the wine at the restaurant but sadly we’d had so much wine the thought of having a full glass did not appeal to us.

Steve is an absolute legend. He made sure every winery took care of us. Always checking in to make sure we were having a great time and that we were staying hydrated. Steve made sure every family member and friend was having a great time. Wine trivia was hilarious.

We had Patrick as our guide for the half day tour and he was INCREDIBLE! He was witty, funny and made each winery so much fun. He also has lots of fun facts about each winery too! We walked out with a new group of friends and so many fun memories! THANK YOU!:)

We had a group of 7 guys in Kelowna for a bachelor party which consisted of 3 rounds of golf. Every driver we encountered on our trip was great. Very personable, polite and super accommodating. Drivers were early for each pickup and even worked with us so we could stay and have dinner at the nice golf course the one night. Overall, we only have great things to say about this business. The one driver Harry even lent us his personal cooler as we did not bring one. Thanks for making our stay that much better!

They were very willing and able to help and book, which is a really great quality. But, when we needed them, they didn't operate after 4pm, to take us to the Airport, and there are flights going out at night. We needed to use a cab.

So I appreciate your response to the above. I did not cancel my flight, they cancelled it on me. Then we they rebooked me, it was for 12: 30pm Thursday the 19th. When I spoke to the front desk they told me of your pick up hours. When I called to schedule the 8: 50pm pick-up, they told me we aren't running trips after 4pm. Although your service people were professional, that was t any help to me. I why would I rate it higher when there was no transport for evening flights?

This wine tour was very enjoyable. Our guide Thomas was very informative and made sure we were all having fun. If you get a chance, try the spirit tasting at Indigenous World Winery- you won’t be disappointed.

Friends that live in Kelowna recommended this company. We had requested Stuntman Steve as per their recommendation as well, but he was unavailable. Chad was our guide. He was lovely, very kind, knowledgeable, and interactive. Being a teacher, I ask a lot of questions…annoying to some, yes, but Chad was great at answering anything I posed.
The only thing I’d suggest is more time at each location to sip the wine. Personally, I felt rushed. I don’t drink my wine like a shooter, I sip and savour. I don’t think that was the feelings of the rest of the group though.

The entire experience with Kelowna Concierge from start to finish was an absolute breeze. Jillian was beyond helpful, and so organized. Harry was such a fun and positive addition to our day, and so accommodating. He packed our bouquets and things on and off the bus for the girls (a true angel), and he was so patient with all of us. Harry’s incredible service really reinforced the fact that we absolutely made the right choice in hiring Kelowna Concierge for our wedding!

We have used Kelowna Concierge a couple times now and they do not disappoint. Chris - our tour operator was attentive, informative and helpful carrying all our purchases {teehee}. The company was even open to a minor change of wineries we were to visit. I would highly recommend this company for any tour you wish to enjoy.

I could not have asked for a better day! Kelowna Concierge had a Beautiful clean bus waiting outside our house with no other than the man himself “stuntman Steve! ” Steve was our wonderful driver for the tour and not only extremely knowledgeable about the winery’s he had everyone laughing and enjoying the moment.
