I took my bike in recently for some repairs. Connor was professional, called me before he did any of the repairs and explained exactly what he would be doing. I highly recommend him and the team at Kelowna Cycle!

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Sold me shoes and did a fit for a bike seat but didn't push the ones they had. I had a couple short listed and he said to come back if I didn't find what I was looking for. Was very happy.

Had a pretty messed up bike after some other people tried “working on it”. I brought it to Kelowna Cycle knowing they would fix it all up and have it in tip-top shape. Now it rides better than ever and I couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I love this shop, we've purchased a couple mountain bikes and skis from Kelowna Cycle. The service is always really great and the team is super knowledgeable. They have went above and beyond for a couple of emergency service situations for us with quick turn around times. We highly recommend this shop!

The staffs here are very helpful, I was able to come in and have the bike packed for a flight in no time. Would definitely come again!

I bought a 1959 CCM tandem. I called Kelowna Cycle to have it serviced. All I wanted was new tubes & tires, cranks re-greased with new bearings, rear break serviced, & a wobble in the front tire adjusted. They just shut me down telling me that they didn't have any parts despite the fact that I was telling them I didn't want parts. They didn't want my business. They didn't want to work on my bike. Funny thing is the bike has a Kelowna Cycle service sticker on it. I will never shop at their store again!

Just had a bike tune-up and bought a new saddle which they had an excellent selection of. I booked ahead and the bike was ready in just a few hours.staff are always friendly and knowledgeable

Awesome service! Most recently fixed a (self inflicted) bike problem on short notice, just before I was heading on vacation with my bike. Always helpful, fast, and get the parts and upgrades I want. Highly recommended.

I bought an Ibis Ripley AF for a family member at Kelowna Cycle at the end of 2021, and had a positive experience dealing with Patrick. He responded to emails quickly and in detail, and presented valid alternatives for build kits and colours when the items I originally wanted were not available. When I ordered a Ride Wrap kit for it, they even exchanged a kit that was erroneously sent by Ride Wrap for the correct kit without any charge to me. Overall, I have had good experiences buying from Kelowna cycle and would recommend the shop.

The service was great I dropped it off it was ready a couple hours later which which was way ahead of schedule the work was done to my expectations and the staff were very pleasant to deal with.
Rates were reasonable.
I highly recommended this place.

I've been shopping and getting service to my bikes here for over 10 years now. They make it worth the drive from Vernon. Attention to detail and always just a good experience. Support your local bike shops. Don't just buy online or the service and support will be gone one day!

Great service and friendly team - my bike went in for a full tune up plus new chain, cables, chain rings, cogset, back brakes, and new grips and back tire for a fantastic price and wicked result. I highly recommend everybody to get their bike repaired and tuned up at Kelowna Cycle. Awesome job Kelowna Cycle team!

One of the most honest shops I have ever been to. I was looking to buy new shifters and Patrick was incredbly helpful and upfront about the products I felt like I was getting good advice from a freind rather than being sold something

Friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes aren’t cheap these days and the salesperson I dealt with (Scott) was fantastic and took good time with me to make sure I was getting the right bike for my wife. Great shop!

Kelowna Cycles has a fantastic selection of high end cycling kit. They carry BMC, Cervelo, and Cannondale bikes to name a few. Their team is very knowledgeable and you will find yourself leaving with the right answers!

Both my husband and I purchased e-bikes from Patrick and can’t say enough good things about the experience. He made recommendations based on our usage and amount of riding and the conditions we face, and was spot on with the bikes we got. His team are all knowledgeable and provide quick and efficient service whenever needed. Thumbs up for this bike shop!

A few weeks ago my 1970 Triumph bicycle's internal hub shifter broke. Wanting to save this bike which held great sentimental value to me, I took it Kelowna Cycle to get it looked at, and to another bike shop for a second opinion. Both recommended I track down a donor bike to borrow a shifter from. After tracking down the bike, I decided to go to the other shop and have them repair it as they were the last ones I spoke to. After rolling my bike in through their doors, without even touching my bike, they told me that the bike wasn't worth saving, and the replacement part I had spent weeks tracking down was useless. They recommended I scrap the bike and buy a new one from them. I decided that I wanted to give it one last shot and take it to Kelowna Cycle.

The next day I brought the bike by the shop and Dave came out to assist me with it. Immediately he flipped the bike on its back and started tinkering right there in the parking lot; checking parts, adding lubricant, greasing chains, etc. He did his due diligence in checking the replacement donor part, lubricated it and low and behold it began shifting again. Over the next few days they fast tracked my bike, helped find the other parts needed, and fully repaired my shifter for me – all for less than the price of what the other shop was quoting to even LOOK at the bike.

The Kelowna Cycle team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to help solve my problem, rather than roping me into spending an arm and a leg on a new bike from them. I couldn't recommend them more!

My wife and I bought his & hers Gazelle Ultimate T10 e-bikes. The service & detail of information provided was second to none. No sales pressure was applied as there is no commissioned sales. A big shout out to Rob at Hub & Scott at Kelowna cycle for all their input that assisted us in our decision.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Always friendly, the staff will go out of their way to make sure you're looked after. The guys have always done a great job servicing my bikes, you can trust them to do it all the right way!

After calling around to every single Factor dealer in Canada, Patrick and team were able to sell me the exact bike that I wanted and make the process seamless.even from across the country (I'm in Ontario), I can tell that the folks at Kelowna Cycle and The Hub have a passion for customer service and really care that the customer's needs are met and that they have a positive experience. 5-stars!

Dealt with someone named Scott. He was very rude and impatient. The general vibe of the place was such that the patrons were not valued, but an annoyance to the staff. Lots of bike shops in town.do yourself a favour and skip this one.

Shout out to the staff at Kelowna cycle! I showed up at the 11th hour in need of a new wheel and tire and as luck would have it they had exactly what I needed. This review is to recognize their swift, professional, and friendly service to get me set up with my new gear in short order!

Last summer I bought my 2nd Electra bike here - the Townie Path Go - and I couldn’t be happier with both the bike & the friendly, knowledgeable service every time I go in. Yesterday I went in to see if I could get a helmet they don’t currently have in their system - Scott said it was no problem at all and we had it ordered and on the way. I love that even though I’m not a serious “cyclist”, more just a pleasure rider, they don’t ignore me or brush me off as other bike stores in town had done before I found them.

Tried to support local business.staff busy moving inventory, and clearing counters, meandering. Waited and watched behind CHAINED entrance. Waited some more. Difficult waiting for service, was hot sun on hard pavement. I was Only customer there, waiting. Staff was not engaged with (supposedly needed) customers. Twice a fellow came and told me to wait, twice, In the time it took to cross the store Twice, I could have been given a hello or asked what I required. But no, he took the opportunity to tell me twice to stay out of store, I was not trying to get in. Realized I could go into can tire and get my supplies. Went to Canadian Tire. Got what I needed, much easier.

The staff are friendly when in the store; however, it is super frustrating that their website shows products being available when they are not. I recently bought an Electra Cruiser and 90% of the accessories listed as available on their website that I wanted to purchase were not available at either location. This is especially frustrating when driving from across town to purchase something shown as in stock.

From the time that I first walked in to Kelowna Cycle, I was impressed with the level of service, knowledge, and attention to detail. Every single time I’ve been to the store I’ve been greeted warmly, even by name, and they have made me feel like I’m the most important person in the store. I continue to be impressed and recommend Kelowna Cycle to anyone looking for a bike homebase.

I wish I could rate 0 stars! There is no chance I would EVER purchase from kelowna cycle! We got pretty women comments at the entrance of the store. But the salesman inside the store was very helpful and kind. Please make changes!

Drove up from Penticton looking for some XC ski wax, and I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! Great selection of gear, and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, understood my needs and answered a lot of questions I had as a beginner to the sport of skate skiing. Got my bindings mounted and first wax completed very quickly so I could get out on the track on the weekend already! Now if you could get me in shape and improve my technique, that would be fantastic!

I called 10 minuets before closing to ask a simple question on if they have elbow pads in stock and got put on hold for 3-4 minutes. Called back and the same guy I talked to said he would find who I was talking to and put me on hold again. I called back a third time 2 minuets before closing and they had disconnected their phone lines. If they were busy closing they should have just told me and I would have understood that but they kept me waiting for 10 minutes. My husband and I have bought many bikes from them over the years and this lack of respect from the employee working July 28 was very disappointing.

Super friendly service! I had the most excellent basket expert help me with my cruiser. Lots of accessories to choose from.

Great experience buying a road bike here! Consulted with 3 different team members here for over a month before buying, and ended up with the perfect bike.

What a fantastic little shop, Patrick is very caring about his store and his customers. Very willing and wanting to make things right. I was a bit disappointed at first but was told nothing but nice things, so I kept being persistent. Having met Shannon on Saturday and Patrick, after talking to him over the past week about my experiences it was very clear he cares deeply about his business and his customers. I was very satisfied with the resolution and appreciate his wanting to make things right. Very welcoming and satisfying walking in to a nice big smile Shannon had:) very pleased with my new fenders and my Electra overall, A+ Will be by many times to come and happy to support a local business that cares about its community.

Exceptional customer service from Corey when purchasing a couple of bikes recently. They also helped me immensely when one of my bikes was stolen by providing me a serial number for my police report. Very pleased with the service at Kelowna Cycle!

Just bought a couple of bikes there and the staff were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and helped to direct us to the type of bikes that were suited for our needs. They also set up the bike for the best fit.

Bought a $500 rebuild kit from them that turned out to contain incorrect parts. Refused to get the correct parts or help in any way. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful.

We went in this weekend and found the perfect bike for me. Dave and the staff were wonderful to deal with. Kind with my family, shared in the excitement and were very helpful with their expertise. Great experience and highly recommend.

Terrible. I go in and politely ask to borrow a 4mm Allen wrench to straighten the stem/wheel on my road bike. The employee comes out to check out my bike and then smugly lets me know that they don’t lend out tools, which I understand. Before I leave, (without my permission) he then clasps my front wheel with his knees and tries twisting my handlebars straight without loosening my stem. This is an expensive road bike.

Never stepping foot in this shop again. Pathetic and incompetent.

Best service anywhere. I needed a new bike. Was getting back into mountain biking after years of not biking. I got the right bike, right size, and left very happy. David, the sales person, was very patient. I tried out several bikes and finally landed on one we both agreed was the right one. Great bike shop, very highly recommended.

Brought my bike in for a tune up without calling for an appointment and the guy behind the desk looked at me like I was crazy. Told me in a very rude manner that it would be a few weeks for a tune up as they are very busy. Which I understand, it’s that time of the year. I then asked if he could recommend another shop, and he said again in a rude manner “no I don’t know any other shops, call around”. Pretty sad as I was a regular customer here years ago and now that I’m back into mountain biking I will not be back there. I went next door to fresh air concept and was greeted as soon as I went in the door they were also very busy but got me an appointment for a tune up within days.

An absolutely amazing bike shop, my bike recently got stolen so I went to Kelowna Cycle to look at new ones. When I walked in I was met with awesome customer service and the guys there helped me to get a great bike within my budget. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or servicing an old one.the store also has a great selection of accessories and biking gear.
