We experienced a very pleasant experience in our recent purchase of a new 2023 Lincoln Corsair. From the first visit to the show room, valuation of our trade-in, test drive and working with our sales representative Ivan Masse on the purchase, the process was seamless. We had to order the vehicle we wanted and it arrived a couple of weeks earlier than expected. Trent in sales and Dave in finance were both great. Car buying made easy.

Had been talking to Taylor about a used Ford mustang mach-e that had not even been detailed or posted yet. I called him about coming in to see it the next day after waking up from my night shift to check out the vehicle and test drive it. At around noon the VERY next day, I wake up to a text saying that he already sold the used one but he would give me credit on a new one ($1500 off a 74k car). I go to the Lincoln Ford at around 4 and he gave me the keys and essentially let me drive the car without any instructions. Whenever I asked questions about the vehicle, he answered me in a very disrespectful way. Decided to take myself to Lexus the next day to buy a hybrid. Complete opposite experience. Hopefully other people get treated better.

Had a great experience purchasing a new truck. From Pat, my salesman to Dave in finance, everyone was great to deal with.

I've been trying to get my Ford Focus in for months for warranty work and have received the worst customer service I've ever seen. When ever I call I get told they're booking 2 months out but will refuse to book an appointment. Now they're stating they are booking 6 months out. The service manager Ken is the most unprofessional manager I've ever encountered. He was rude and pretended like I hadn't called prior but somehow had my name and phone number already on file? Don't worry, I'll be doing exactly what Ken told me and taking my money to Orchard Ford from now on.

Great experience working with Kelowna Ford. Dominic was able to find us a vehicle that suited my son's needs at a good price. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Brought a friend’s car in to get serviced about 18 months ago so my number was on file as the contact for that day.

They seem to think that’s a green light to start sending me spam texts now.

Clearly business is great when you have to rely on mass spam. Don’t trust them with your info.

So happy with our new truck and we have to thank Pat for helping us out! He is super helpful and knowledgeable, which helps as for people who don’t understand vehicles that well. Super patient with all of our questions and he was happy to answer them all. If I were to get another vehicle or even recommend to someone, Pat is 100% the person I would look for. He is the best of the best!

Had some warranty work done my van, asked them to get me a quote to repair the radio. They offered to update the firmware for 200 and said if the controller was defective they’d know right away and wouldn’t charge me.

Well the controller was blown, and they charged me 150 bucks plus 20 dollars in shop supplies for something that was explained as a 5 minute job. I wouldn’t have agreed to the update had I known I’d be charged.

Eric & Dave are awesome! Made purchasing my new Bronco Outer Banks a breeze. I highly recommend this dealer if you are searching for your next vehicle!

Shoutout to the service department. I pulled in on a Friday afternoon before the August long weekend to get an oil change completed. I had tried earlier in the day but it was lined up out the door. Despite my tight timeline they got the job done. What impressed me was there was no hint of, "You want this done now? " They just got to work and had us out the door lickety split.

10 out of 5 stars and that's my final answer. Buying a car is usually a stressful and painstaking experience but yesterday was an absolute blast thanks to Eric and the team here. Eric, you are phenomenal there's not enough words to express how truly amazing you were. Dave in finance is an absolute scream, never thought I'd have a good time in a finance office but trust me you can if Dave's there. Marla in insurance is so knowledgeable and even more hilarious, made the entire experience a blast. As you can tell you can't go wrong here, probably weird to say but from sales to finance to insurance the team here are people you just want to hang out with, they make you feel like family. Honestly just stop looking anywhere else and buy your car here. I'm not even from Kelowna but will be sending everyone I know on a three hour drive just to come see Eric and the crew here.

I own 2 fords and have had excellent service with the sales team.

I needed a part for my truck so I called the parts desk and ordered a part but let them know I couldn't pick the part up until Saturday which is when the parts desk is closed. The parts department worker was nice enough to leave it with the front desk clerk.

When I showed up on Saturday I looked at the part and it didn't look like it would fit. I explained to the front desk clerk I would like to take it out and test fit it to my truck parked right out front. She said unfortunately that any parts had to be purchased before they could leave the store. I said I would leave my phone and wallet as collateral (They also have my name address and phone number on file) and it would only take a second. I still got a no. So I purchased the part and when I went outside it would not work. So I know have to return the part but was told that returns can only be made Monday to Friday from 7: 30-5: 00 which is my normal working hours.

I live in West Kelowna so it is a complete waste of my time and a hassle to return the part when I could've test fit it right then and there and not purchased the part.

Excellent service from salesperson, Darien D, , on the purchase of my Lincoln Nautilus. He was very informative, was there for all questions and no pressure. Finance Dept was great also. Thank you Kelowna Ford!
