I have been trying to phone for two days.waited 60 minutes yesterday.and today I phone right at 830 am.what terrible service.no reason for this.
I will only wait 30 minutes today.

No relief here. They give you pat answers and are not willing to do the diagnostics to give you any answers.

I waited 35 minutes and then the line went dead …I was like finally! …. And then I stayed on a blank hearing nothing line for another 15 minutes.and I realized something happened…so I phoned back and I’m currently back on hold for 30 minutes again……. I don’t hold out much hope it 48 minutes until 12: 00
