The apple trees were neat, but I lost a lot of balls! Friendly for beginners and a cheap price.

Overall pretty medium experience. The course is great for novice/beginner golfers, however the facilities are quite run down. The greens are only somewhat maintained as well. The players assistant Jack, is very condescending and quite anxiety/stress inducing. As new golfers we understand being corrected on golf etiquette however this man was condescending and judgemental of younger people. He checked on our group not once, not twice, but three times every-time having a comment about something we were doing wrong. Honestly gives a negative vibe and plays into the “snobby” golf stereotype.

Run by wonderful people, Doris is a dream! A great place for beginners! A few spots under repair, but all in all, a wonderful experience!

Absolutely beautiful! I'm not a golfer but this course was perfect for this beginner!

The course is perfect for the beginner golfer or a family looking to get out
Pack water and hats not to many large trees for shade. The only downside was we had booked 2 Tee Times back to back for my wife and myself with our 4 kids
2 groups of 3
Since there wasn’t anymore golfers behind us we golfed together and the old Bird from the club house drove out to see us on the 5th hole asking if we we’re golfing together
We said yes and she gave this Disgusted look and drove off. (The next closest group was on hole 2)
We were very disappointed in how we were treated since this course was recommended to us from a few other golfer
We drove over 8 hrs to come hang out and golf in the wonderful weather and get our kids outside. I guess there is still a few Karen’s roaming around that can’t stand seeing other people having a good time with there family.

I gave it another shot yesterday here and now they do not even offer an Oct special anymore! Was 58 bucks after tax for two of us for just 9 holes played yesterday! Way too high for a course of this low magnitude! They used to be inviting come late season with a $20 to $25 all you can play deal offer. I thought it would be the very same when I booked. New owners must have said to heck with that and decided on just a big money grab instead. (Oct 18/22).
