Big store could use more staff to help find small items. Good prices. Shop online but don't rely on quantity in stock to pick up.

Small hardware store. Like Rona and Home Depot, but with people who take the time to listen and help you out. Worth trying before the other two.

Just a heads up about your friendly neighborhood home hardware stores. I was looking for 2 generators to buy, totaling over $2000.00 purchase. When I asked if something went wrong or they stopped working etc what the return policy was. I was informed once you open it is yours! Once you open anything and use it there is NO RETURN. So buyer beware. A little weird considering #1 Home Hardware is more expensive than the bigger stores and having this type of disregard for not only the customers but also the products they sell, I for one will be sticking with Home Depot, Costco, Rona, etc.

Great service with a smile, and you actually get service. They really want to help u buy what you're looking for. They don't just point and walk away. So refreshing.

Love the staff as they are always helpful and the variety of product keeps me coming back for something all the time.

I stopped at Home Hardware on Springfield a few days ago to pick up a bag of ice melter salt. Bob was so friendly and helpful, he showed me where the different options are, when I asked about the prices he made a great recommendation showing me to buy a scoop instead of having to by a shaker container for double the price. He carried the bag of salt for me while he showed me the options in the store and he carried it outside and put it in the vehicle for me. Shoutout to Bob for very friendly and helpful service!

Pet friendly but apparently not.
We went to this store specifically because they were pet friendly because we could not leave our cat in the car. When we went in my cat was sitting on my shoulder on top of his cat backpack. He is very well behaved and didn't even jump down on the floor. We were asked to leave even thought it is supposed to be pet friendly!
This is discrimination. If you allow pets that should also include cats not just dogs. Even if it is because of an allergy it is not justified because people are also allergic to dogs. Allow all pets or none at all.

Very helpful staff. I just needed 2 2x4 6inch long and I was directed to Rick in the yard who cut them for me no charge! Thank you for the great customer service!

There are two old pieces of $hit work in customer service and they are the reason we will never biy from this store again. They are rude, racist and entitled. Only reason we kept on buying from this store after Dustin left was this is a canadian business and we want to support it but not untill they clean their staff.

Natalie is awesome! She was very heloful, informative and great personality. There is so many different types of soils and it is confusing. However, Natalie knew what was for what! It is unfortunate that customers open the bags of soil to test. Perhaps samples may be wise. Thanks for your Amazing Service Natalie!

Lots of selection and decent prices on what I was looking for. The customer service left some friendliness to be desired. They were still helpful though.

Had a really good experience at the Pro desk. Rob went to bat for me resolving a frustrating purchase problem. Above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.

The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful. I find their pricing very competitive and they had the best price on kitchen cabinets. There are always great sales there too! Highly recommend.

Everything we need to build houses is here. All products is A1 and great prices, even cheaper than Rona on most things. Best service with friendly smile every time.

Just don't get Canadian Springs in 5 gallon jugs. It's good water but it's overpriced by around $5. They won't refund your deposit on empties unless you buy more. Seriously? I was left without my refund of $20 on two empty 5 gallon jugs. What a rip. Nice staff, but this must be a system glitch. Never going there for water again.

Not very good service.asked 2 questions. If they carried 1" Poly Eth. Pipe.got an I dont know, and said they might have it out back and went back to chatting up the cashier. Maybe look on your computer? And poly rope, asked for a spool price and the guy said only if its mangled? ! Walked in hoping to spend $400.00, walked out spending $0.

Thank you Rocky and team for a great renovation. You kept our work to a minimum and we are happy with the quality of everything and how it all looks and feels.
