Mitch from Orthoquest Kinesiology is amazing. I was unable to walk straight for two weeks prior to going and now I can walk upright without pain frequently and continue to improve. Through Mitch's coaching and support I have maintained my efforts and have learned how the back muscles effect my body as a whole.
