I ended up losing my keys when I was Kelowna, and I called, needing assistance since I live in the lower mainland. When he first came, he wasn’t able to fix the problem, since our car was one that used a key fob as a key, and the tech wasn’t working for him, but was visibly upset with that fact, and didn’t charge us since he couldn’t fix it. After about 5 minutes he called me back, and asked if he could come back and try again with a different fob, with now extra service fees, just the original price. We agreed of course and he came back and it worked. Regardless of the outcome the fact he cares enough about job to call back and go out of his way to see if he could fix it, and takes enough pride in his craft to be clearly upset at not being able to help are all things I think should be considered when calling. He will do as much as he can to help you, and I can say with confidence we would be in a much worse position if we hadn’t called him.

For both home services and our vehicle services, Ryan was very helpful, quick to respond, and provided the exact solutions needed (even when one didn't result in a sale). Thanks Ryan. Very polite and quick; we had a really simple problem that they identified from some pictures and just told us how to fix it ourselves without coming over and charging us for it. Took ~5 seconds!

It's too long of a story for here. After a thorough text messaging session, I didn't actually need a locksmith because I found the missing transponder truck key at the last minute. Even without a sale, I found this business to be helpful with follow up calls, problem solving and a professional tone right until the end. The quote over text was a fair price too.

I arrived earlier to get my key fob battery replacement, it was an easy fix therefore Teena and Jeremy offered it to replace for free as I have my battery with me. Teena and Jeremy both have a great customer service skills and they both deserve to be recognize. If you need anything from key battery or anything lock and key related, ask for Teena and Jeremy as they are so knowledgable and at the same time understand what the customer needs and both have a good attitude.

Had issues with my door lock / ignition. Was going to get my civic towed to the shop, but I ended up hearing about Ryan at Kelowna Lock and Key.

He came to my house, cut me a new key, and fixed both my door lock and ignition for an extremely reasonable price. Less than half of what the shop quoted me. Everything works amazing now and I'm super happy with the service. Wasn't even at the house for an hour. Very impressed.

Kelowna Lock and Key delivers an incredible service! I needed a programmable auto key cut and Ryan at KL&K was right on it! He answered every phone call I made (calls didn’t go to voice mail & so didn’t wait hours for a response). He texted me additional helpful info and instructions to assist my situation. I locked my keys in my truck in downtown Kelowna on Christmas Eve. Kelowna Lock and Key was working on a car nearby and the employee offered to do it fro free! I called Kelowna Lock and Key to have the keyed gas cap lock on one of our company trucks removed with very little notice as the truck was on empty and we did not have the key. It was a high pressure emergency situation on our end and these guys were able to help us out very quickly. Very impressed with their ability to help on short notice. They were even willing to meet us in Lake Country if we needed.

He was an absolute life saver for me! Showed up in less than 20 minutes to reprogram my car key fob and was almost 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged, not to mention he came right to me so I saved the cost of a tow! I contacted these guys about a month ago because of residential door lock issue. He quoted me a fair price but he wanted me to try fixing the problem myself and he walked me through the process by texting me.

I eventually got the issue fixed and didn't need him to come but I was very surprised that he would do this service over the phone while not making any money! I will definitely call these guys first if I ever need their service. Very highly recommended.

Had to have a copy made of our Honda chip key. They had it done in 15 mins and with a significant savings from getting it from Honda.

Young blonde guy came in during the weekend and changed my lock fast for at least 50$ cheaper than the other places quoted me. He also made a couple new keys for me there in his van and tested them for no additional cost. (Probably not a regular service they do)

I can not say enough good about Ryan! Last Thursday night I lost the key FOB to my Honda CRV and called the Honda Dealership Friday morning. They said I could have the vehicle towed there to re-key or call Kelowna Lock and Key, who they highly recommend. I called Ryan and he was here by noon! The Friday of the Long Weekend! Cut and programmed 2 keys right here in my driveway! Super polite and professional, done!
So today my original FOB was returned, I called Ryan to reprogram the FOB and he said he was super busy, in the middle of moving to Lake Country, etc. He showed up here at my house and reprogrammed the FOB! I said what do I owe you? He said 'Nothing, Cheers! '

Great customer service! My 7 month old and I were at the airport after travelling for 8 hrs, and unable to get into my car. Brandon got into my vehicle and then we realized that it needed a boost.
