We loved the service. Always there to help and go beyond. Kabie has helped me a lot specially to secure good financing that fits my budget which was a deal breaker for me.

I always take my vehicle to KMB for service, and always get helped by Justin Mckenzie. Justin always lives up to the Mercedes standard of being the best, and always provides excellent service.

Dropped in with no appointment, Justin was super helpful and got answered all my questions.

Had a wonderful and expeditious experience here with both Ethan and Lynn. They answered all of questions and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a spectacular experience with Mercedes, they worked extremely hard to create a deal that I couldn't refuse. Lynn in finance made magic happen with my trade-in, creating a deal I am truly happy with. Jamie was my salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, ensuring I was in the loop the entire time. My new Sprinter van is the pride of the fleet now! Since I originally posted this, you guys have sent numerous texts messages and calls to my partner (and the company he works for) to get him to try and persuade me to change my review. Now you finally respond to me here, after the last attempt of texting my partner to ask for my number didn't work.
We ignored your requests to change/remove the review along with your bribes of gift certificates for dinner because an Honest review is an Honest review.

I honestly don't care about your canned response about Google not allowing you to upload two different times for the separate buildings.
Your service technician told my partner that they were open until 5: 30pm that Saturday. The others that we spoke with that day who were also looking to pickup their vehicles seemed to have the same impression.
We even walked over and spoke with a lady in the sales office and asked if anyone was around. She responded with "Oh, they must have gone home early. "
The fact of the matter is that your technician verbally told him they were open til 5: 30pm. My partner was scheduled to work up at Big White the following Monday at 6am. Due to the poor communication by a representative of your company, an entire day of working wages were lost.
I hope you are able to avoid any further instances of poor communication with your clients in the future.

Showed up at 4: 57 on Saturday to pick up My partners van which he had dropped off for service earlier that day.
Not a soul in sight as everyone had gone home for the day despite telling my partner they were open til 5: 30. Which is also what Google says for this location.
3 other customers were outside trying to pick up their vehicles as well.
Terrible service when no one is available when the business hrs are listed as open and people then have to wait until Monday to get their vehicles.

My family recently just bought a car here and had such a great and smooth experience overall. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Lynn in the finance department. She was so kind and great at explaining everything to us to help us to get into the car we wanted. Thanks so much to the team and Lynn would definitely recommend this dealer.

Our experience with Jamie has been absolutely amazing! We had considered other vans for our accessible conversion and the Sprinter had so much more to offer once we really started digging into the details and options. We were constantly asking Jamie to check on this and that and right now I’m on our first road trip and a couple questions came up. Jamie is so responsive and quick at helping. I recently purchased a GLC43 SUV from Kelowna M-B and needed a hitch for my e-bike rack. I wanted a particular brand which, when installed, is barely visible. Although it was not a Mercedes part, for various reasons it was difficult sorting through exactly what was required. I contacted my sales associate, Ethan and parts consultant, Cory, and explained the issues. Since I would not be installing a Mercedes hitch, it would have been very easy for them to have little interest in helping out. Instead, they both jumped in eagerly, researched the subject and got back to me before the end of the day with information that gave me the confidence to proceed. I recently came in to view a Mercedes I had seen online. When I arrived it was nicely parked out front for me ready for a test drive wirh Maggie. Upon seeing it in person I was disappointed that it was a bit too small for my needs. Maggie was quick to point out that a new one had just arrived (a pre owned) on the lot that day and quickly arranged for me to see that one instead. We have been recently dealt with Kelowna Mercedes Benz. The staff there is great, very pleasant. Although one person stood out from rest, Lynn the Finance Manager. She welcomed us and explained the entire process. She’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer my multitude of questions. I’d like to thank Lynn for making an intimidating process seem so simple.
