Adam at the service desk is amazing! He took the time to hear my concerns about my vehicle. He offered solutions and times he could fit me for an appointment.
Truthfully in the past I haven’t been happy with the service there. However today I have completely changed my outlook on Nissan Kelowna. Adam is an exceptional employee ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

Exceptional customer service, nice clean building, free bottled water and cappuccino bar. They also wash your car after service.
